Poll: 68 Percent Don’t Think U.S. Is Better under Obama

As President Obama preps for his State of the Union address tonight, two out of three people say the state of the United States has not improved since he took office, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey. Even more are dissatisfied with the state of the economy.

With 68 percent believing the country has either gotten worse or stayed stagnant under President Obama, a majority of the American people don’t have much hope for the rest of his presidency:
