This lame single charge tells us everything we need to know about Ray Epps.
No obstruction felony? No civil disorder charge? Not even a trespassing on restricted grounds misdemeanor?
Can't even tell you the last time I saw an "information" (misdemeanor version of indictment)… pic.twitter.com/zQ0rGT23ES

Epps not only encouraged people to go into the Capitol on Jan 5 and 6, he was one of the first to breach exterior lines, interfered with security, and remained on restricted grounds for more than an hour.
At the very least, he should have been charged with 1512(c)(2)

…and 1752(a)(1).
The whole point of over charging all of us was to pressure us into the plea agreement. The singular charge tells you they're planning a sweetheart plea deal.
Furthermore, my Judge, McFadden, did not seem inclined to entertain the 1752(a)(2) charge.

After a cursory review of DOJs J6 website, I can confirm that a single count information is exceedingly rare, representing less than 20. (J6 caseload is now 1,100)
Of those, most are for "parading" in the Capitol.
I only found one case similar to Epps'. https://t.co/pCt8lnnOva

Unless I missed it, this is the only case with a single charge identical to Epps pic.twitter.com/N0YVepEPDw

AND IN THE CAN'T MAKE IT UP CATEGORY
This individual was with the Proud Boys on Jan 6.
Recall at least 15 FBI informants were in the Proud Boys before and on Jan 6. pic.twitter.com/sP8MFusy2b

Epps should be rotting in the same jail with the other j6 political prisoners.
Or, rather, only those who committed illegal acts should have been charged and their penalties should have been proportional to their crimes. Under those circumstances, Epps should have had one of the more severe penalties, but nothing like 22 years, If his actions were held to the same standard as the rest, he would be executed.
Only charged because it looks so ridiculous that he ISN’T charged.
Clearly Epps is an FBI asset. His job before and on January 6 was to incite a mob to riot. We know there were several additional assets in place with specific instructions to make the peaceful protesters look like an unhinged mob ready to overthrow a government.
Epps is himself guilty of insurrection. Another example of democrats blame others for what they they have done.
Epps was an FBI asset and the principal individual orchestrating the fedsurrection.
This is “disorderly” but not even being there is a “seditious conspiracy”. You have to be really, really, really stupid not to see through this bullshit.
Ray Epps is undoubtedly an FBI asset. Julie Kelly breaks news with having seen Ray Epps was actually at the two breach points of the Capital on January 6.
People go to jail for extensive sentences accused of THINKING about going into the Capital and the ONE PERSON on VIDEO exhorting protesters to enter the Capital is blameless? How many possible explanations for that are there?
