Liberal journalists Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger have recently released new allegations from a whistleblower regarding the origins of the censorship-industrial complex in a story they’re calling the CTIL Files.
As the journalist Glenn Greenwald has publicly stated: this new story is certainly the biggest online censorship story since the Twitter Files.
A few days after their new story broke, Taibbi and Shellenberger were invited to testify before Congress. This was their first encounter with the Democrats’ lead witness, a curious character and national security state “shapeshifter” named Olivia Troye who tried to debunk the whistleblower’s story about the U.S. government’s censorship industrial complex.
The results were hilarious and awful.
This play-by-play narrative of Olivia Troye’s stupidity was provided by Shellenberger on Twitter/X:
“Another amazing moment came when North Carolina congressman Dan Bishop pressed the Democratic witness, former Mike Pence staffer Olivia Troye, if she was aware of the court rulings in the Missouri v. Biden case affirming that the White House, the FBI, and other agencies likely violated the First Amendment.
“Now, I feel bad pointing out this moment, because I don’t have anything against Troye and it was obvious she had only been invited so Democrats like Plaskett had the option of taking a knee on any snap and asking ‘Ms. Troye, isn’t it true Donald Trump is the real threat here?’ whenever needed. But this exchange actually happened: “‘BISHOP: Are you aware of [the Missouri v. Biden case] that and does it affect your view that all of this is a figment of our imagination?’
“‘TROYE: I am aware of the decision. I also want to clarify, I have not actually have never said that this is a conspiracy. You’ve not heard that comment from me.’
“At this moment, Shellenberger, keeping his eyes forward, slid the paper copy of Troye’s opening statement in my direction, and pointed to a line, right there in black and white:
“TROYE: ‘Instead of continuing to spread conspiracy theories about government censorship, this Committee should instead focus on the very real and dangerous threat posed by the leading Republican candidate…’
“Troye said the verbatim quote like eight seconds before denying it. I didn’t laugh, but when I looked over at the impressive deadpan on Shellenberger’s stone face — Michael can be really funny at times — I almost lost it.”
Both Taibbi and Shellenberger seemed unaware of Olivia Troye’s disgraceful career as a useful idiot for America’s national security state — a female Forrest Gump of the Deep State.
In fact, the person most responsible for unleashing the Fauci fraud on America is Olivia Troye — when she was VP Mike Pence’s “COVID advisor” during 2019 and 2020 on the infamous COVID Taskforce. The most troubling thing is that Troye had no qualifications to advise anyone during the COVID pandemic. She brought no formal medical expertise and no scientific expertise and no military background to the table.
It’s hard not to suspect that Olivia Troye was picked as Pence’s “COVID advisor” in order to run the CIA’s plandemic playbook from inside the Trump White House.
Luckily, Troye was too stupid to say silent and disappear back into the shadows. In 2021, she was brazen enough to document how her job was to misinform the Trump Administration at every turn in a Bulwark article.
In that article, Troye wrote that the lab leak theory was so dangerous a threat to the IC that “ultimately CIA Director Gina Haspel intervened to defend the integrity of the intelligence community and insulate it from political pressure.”
It’s also interesting that she described herself in that 2021 confession as “a former career intelligence professional.” Which agency did she formerly work for — before joining Pence’s staff? Why was she so hostile to the Wuhan lab leak theory? And why was she so hostile to Pompeo’s lab leak investigation?
Is it simply a coincidence that Troye had exactly the same views of the lab leak theory as CIA Director Haspel? How would Troye know that key detail about Haspel’s “intervention” unless she was also working for the CIA?
In September 2020, Troye was fired by the Trump Administration after someone finally figured out that she was essentially a double agent inside the White House on VP Pence’s staff.
Within weeks of that firing, Troye had publicly launched an anti-GOP organization and was doing media appearances to support the Biden 2020 campaign — often with a framed portrait of Dr. Tony Fauci visible on her office wall.
What’s even more incredible is that, one year later, when the Biden regime whores at 60 Minutes needed someone to discuss the controversial malady known as “Havana Syndrome” on air, there’s only one “national security official” who comes forward to share her symptoms: Olivia Troye.
In that 60 Minutes episode, she tells the CIA’s favorite Scott Pelley about the “piercing feeling on the side of my head” that she developed one day.
While she whines and whimpers for the cameras, Troye admits to Pelley that she is “a member of the intelligence community.”
So, dear readers, it was no surprise to me that in 2023 — when America’s “intelligence community” gets caught destroying the First Amendment and gets hauled before Congress — Olivia Troye appears out of nowhere to represent the spooks who have turned our country into a banana republic.
I wonder why, if Trump was such a despot, HE never sought to suppress the 1st Amendment? I mean, censorship is a common characteristic of despotic totalitarian regimes… like the Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden fascist regime.
