If you search White House . gov for this you find it has been scrubbed off.
Even CNN falsely claimed he spelled it correctly.
I wonder if he’ll come out against the internet for allowing his dumbness to shine through?

he is so dumb, my German Shepherd could have spelled the word. To bad the fool has no respect for America.

So was the audience laughing with him or at him.

@Buffalobob:

with him or at him.

And considering he was reading from his teleprompter.

It’s just so sad that my fellow country men voted for this fool twice.

Every so often our leader’s lack of 8th grade educational competency comes through.

This is not a bright guy. The mainstream media mostly covers for him. But the peeks we get are enough to reignite the old questions: Why no birth certificate? I mean other than the computer generated copy posted by the WH in nine layers. How about his fake social security number, originally given to a man born in 1897? His high school and college grades? His SAT and LSAT scores? His passport records? His draft registration form…which did get out (somehow)…has a time stamp configuration not in use at the time he supposedly registered.

These are all records normally given to the public in the early stages of a political campaign. Not Obama. He doesn’t have to…and the media protects him by calling anyone who asks, names.

VoteOutIncumbents@#6 – If EVER the Left was exposed for their Fraud-Corruption- Lies and Theft – The Democrats would cease to exist – POOF!

When will citizens finally see the Democrats (Liberals/Progressives) have continually been and ARE being exposed as Liars and their Corruption?? From Fast and Furious – Benghazi – NSA – ACA (Obamacare) – Global Warming – Green Energy – Stimulus – the Fed – Common Core – and a host of others… For those who choose to acknowledge, to truly believe, they have been so outrageously DUPED – by the Democrats (Liberals /Progressives), by this Administration, the outrage would should be off the charts.

American citizens are far worse off today in every facet of their lives than 7 years ago…

U.S. Citizens – a majority of them don’t even “question” WHY our Government is trying to SILENCE those who are Conservatives and who lean right, who see the wrong, the lies and who seek the truth… until they do, they will continue to be DUPED by the Left/Liberals and Progressives (Democrats) until there really is no turning back…right now, we at least have a shot of turning things around..

Difficulties with proper English spelling and grammar are quite common among those belonging to the democrat party.

@Greg:

I would also suggest they have real difficulties with logic and reasoning.

Which is why they should not be in control of our education system. Most of their abilities regarding science, mathematics, history and economics are even worse. If someone is incompetent at something you don’t put them in charge of it, unless your actual goal is to sabotage the system.

How do you spell oblivious? As in, “They seemed to be oblivious to irony.”

@Greg: oblivious

@Mully #5:

“It’s just so sad that my fellow country men voted for this fool twice.”

Ah, but they did. And just to be a good sport, I’ll tell you why. The majority of voters were scared of the Republican ticket both times. First they were afraid of McCain dying in office and leaving Palin in the driver’s seat. (I’ll leave you with the task of figuring out why the majority of voters don’t want her in that job.)
Then they were afraid of the Romney-Ryan ticket because they figured that Paul would bully wishy-washy Mitt into following the Ryan-Right, and the prospect of that was too extreme for the majority of voters. The same thing will happen over and over and over again until Republicans nominate a ticket that isn’t scarier than the Democratic ticket. Even if Obama IS a fool, there are not enough voters who are afraid of fools. Now, note that I’m not saying that the voters are correct in their thinking on this. I’m just saying that this is why they voted Obama in twice. Sorry, but I CAN understand your sadness.

@George Wells: George, you give the American public WAYYYYY to much credit.

@Redteam #14:

What can I say… I am a generous sort.
What I REALLY like is that little bit of not-so-subtle, tongue-in-cheek irony in the title: the misspelled “potatoe” as if Dan Quayle wrote it. Humor is good.

@George Wells:

the misspelled “potatoe” as if Dan Quayle wrote it. Humor is good.

And Dan wasn’t even reading that off a teleprompter. Obama couldn’t spell RESPECT, even reading it from his teleprompter. You do see the humor in that, don’t you?

If the Left’s new pronunciation of ”often,” (yes, you can hear the ‘T’ in it) is any indication, a few years from now all of us will be spelling like we are texting.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T will probably become rspct, rspek or worse.
Obama won.
lol

@Redteam #16:

“And Dan wasn’t even reading that off a teleprompter. Obama couldn’t spell RESPECT, even reading it from his teleprompter. You do see the humor in that, don’t you?”

I certainly do. We elected a vice president who either couldn’t spell or couldn’t think on his feet, and we elected a president who couldn’t read. The joke is on US!

@George Wells:

Probably, but at least the VP usually can’t do harm. Zippy is well on his way to destroying the country.

@Redteam #19:

Like I said, joke’s on us. And if H.W. had died? Would be about as funny as if Obama died and Biden took over. Some say the Obama picked Joe because the fear of Joe sitting in the oval office was enough to give would-be Obama assassins pause… In politics, there is no end to the humor, and WE always catch the short end of the stick.

@George Wells: I do agree that Biden would be a disaster, but I’m fairly sure he would look great compared to Zippy. We never have to worry about having a worse president. I’m sure no one can ever get below Zippy.

@Redteam #21:

Why do so many of these posts throughout Flopping Aces focus so intently on disparaging Lame Duck Obama? He will never again run for public office, so you’re not influencing anyone’s vote. Wouldn’t Republican interests be better served if a few more of you concentrated on figuring out why you lost the last two elections to… “Zippy”? And FIXING the problem?

Who is telling you that the House of Representatives’ voting, what, 47 times? to defund or repeal ObamaCare will somehow lead to respect for – and more elections of – Republican politicians? You need to fire that person, as he’s a Democrat implanted to spoil you chances of ever winning a national election again. And while you’re cleaning house, throw out the bums who are telling you to keep focusing on social issues because principles are more important than winning elections. It doesn’t matter that you are right (if you are) if you aren’t in office to make things happen “your way”. Yes, making such changes is a lot harder than just complaining about that which you are not in a position to change. But getting elected is surely a higher goal, and one worthy of more attention than you are giving it.
