It’s not just coincidence that so many mentally-ill people are on the left. Leftist “politics” are really a game of self-affirmation and scapegoating others for their shortcomings, and the mentally ill usually need a lot of self-soothing like this.
In addition, leftism trains people to be mentally insane. You can make yourself more sane by adopting healthy mental habits. People with anxiety or panic can desensitize themselves to their triggers through confronting them in small doses. People with depression can train themselves to stop their cycles of self-denigration by their internal critic.
But leftism teaches the mentally sick that their mental sicknesses are signs of virtue and should be cultivated. They do not teach that tantrums are childish, but that tantrums are signs of education and maturity. They do not teach that violent outbursts are anti-social, but part of “achieving social justice.”
Self-governance and stoicism are derided as “toxic masculinity” while hysterical meltdowns are praised as “showing passion.”

The desperation of Democrats has reached new heights (lows), even resorting to giving criminals their right to vote back; see, criminals are inherently liberal. They don’t think they should have to work for their livelihood, they think those who have more than they do don’t deserve it and that they have every right to take what others possess, so of course the left wants convicted criminals to vote. Does Bloomberg ever contribute millions of dollars to make sure only qualified citizens vote? No… he only pays for convicted criminals to be able to vote because those are DEMOCRAT votes.

I take a certain comfort in the fact that Trump’s Supreme Court appointees have supported decisions that have gone against him around 75 percent of the time. My favorite thus far was the Trump v. Vance decision.
Pelosi is a highly effective House majority leader. If Republicans lose their Senate majority but Trump remains in the White House, watch how quickly your boy turns RINO on you.

Do you think I also made up the part about Trump v. Vance? The court affirmed 7-2 that neither the Supremacy Clause or Article II of the Constitution grant Trump absolute immunity from prosecution. Both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch concurred with the majority. Consequently, Trump’s tax returns and accounting records are going to be handed over to the New York County District Attorney.
Unfortunately that will happen after the November election. If Trump manages to win a second term, you could wind up with a convicted felon in the Oval Office.
What will you think if it turns out he’s up to his ears in Russian debt? Maybe then you’ll wonder about his promise to provide his tax returns, which more than half the country already knew was a lie.
