In yet another example proving that our Constitution and laws mean absolutely nothing to the Obama’s, Michelle Obama announced to an enthusiastic gathering of Obama-cultists at an African Methodist Episcopal Church conference that separation of church and state means nothing in an Obama regime by calling for politicization of religion — endorsing Barack Obama from the pulpit is just fine:

Michelle Obama voluntarily asked that her own law license be placed on the inactive list.
Why?

Was it because she was going to lose it soon?
Was it to save money on fees and insurance premiums?
Was it to save her having to take more continuing education classes to keep up with current law?
All of these answers (yes or no) are only to be found in Michelle’s head.

I’m sure there are slight differences between ”inactive” and ”retired.”
But neither of them wants to practice law.
Unlike Bill Clinton who surrendered his law license, the Obama’s could reactivate theirs with some remedial schooling and payment of fees and insurance premiums and get into law if they want to.

@Nan G: Michelle obama was given a choice by the Chicago Court to either turn in her license upon the courts request, or being charged with insurance fraud.
Obama’s license was surrended due to fraud for a number of reason such as if he ever used drugs – his answer was ‘no’.
He also vouched to never have had another name than ‘barrack obama’; which we all know to be a lie.

It’s always easy to accuse someone of racism, when it has nothing to due with the color of obama’s skin, but rather the content of his character, which also includes his wife.
I really was proud when America voted to have a ‘bi-racial’ president or a black; it is his many lies, his shaded history, his dubious claims in his book, and countless promises he broke, which changed my mind.

Cali No public disciplinary action has ever been brought against either Obama. No basis in fact to claim they surrendered their licenses to avoid ethics charges. It’s a common practice.

I have two professionl licenses–which I have hd since the early 1980’s, and at least here in TX, there are several reasons a person voluntarily gives up his/her license. The one overriding reason is that the person is about to be charged with professional misconduct for one reason or another. The person can then voluntarily surrender the license or the state board will take it away. If the person volunteeers ro surrender it, there is no publicity surrounding the issue. If the state removes the person’s license, then specific reasons and date(s) of incidents are published. It sounds as if a court (in this case, in Chicago) had threatened to take away Michelle Obama’s license due to charges of insurance fraud and instead she voluntarily surrendered it, there was legitimate cause to bring that action against her. Courts and professional licensing boards don’t act on frivilous charges. They have to have proof of what they’re charging the person with. It has nothing to do with racism, as some posters would ask us to believe.
