Sky News’ Mark Stone tried to interview some of the London rioters who were busy looting an electronics store, asking them why they were doing what they were doing. The answer of one rioter?
“We’re getting our taxes back.”

I wrote earlier today of the political lessons London has for America and the world, noting that it was the end result of promotion of government dependence. This is more evidence for my thesis.
Great Britain, much like America, has spending and national debt problems. That means the government must cut spending, and that means fewer benefits for the entitled. And now the entitled think that because the government is cutting back on their largess, they’re now entitled to steal and/or vandalize other people’s things.
This is the end game in socialism and wealth redistribution.
The Say Anything blogger found a gem of a story there.
I posted another link about how women are having some of these rioters come up to them and pull their wedding rings right off their fingers.
There is a Proverb that reads:
“The leeches have two daughters that cry, ‘Give! Give!’ ”
“There are things that do not get satisfied, there are things that have never said, ‘Enough.’ ”
Sounds like the writer was prophesying the people on the Dole.
In his own day the arrangement was to leave edges of fields unharvested so the poor could come along and glean (working with their own hands for their food).
Other forms of harvesting had to be done in one sweep, no going back and picking up what was missed…..that, too, was left for the poor to come and pick up for free.
All sorts of things like that were set in the Law.
Not today.
Today all the poor do is sit around and feel more and more entitled.
This cannot last.

After seeing the riots I suddenly have the urge to finish building my AK-47s
England, France, Italy, and Germany to name a few of the European countries have a good 20 years jump on Liberal government than we do. As well as multiculturalism, and the systematic destruction of organized religion, and conservative values with-in their societies. I can remember traveling in Europe in the seventies and being in awe at the lack of social constraints. And no I did not consider myself a puritan at that time, not now. I saw things that I never ever imagined would make it to our shores here in America. Fast forward to present, and we now have many, if not more of the liberal values, and I use that word very loosely right here in the good old US of A. But just last year many european politicians have made speeches stating that multiculturalism has failed, and liberalism as well and want a return to a more responsible and common sense societies. One major problem though with that statement, it’s not possible to change back to a more conservative, and responsible society with-out years of violence, and economic upheavals. I think its the price that we all pay for the idiots who think that we can have eutopia/heaven here on earth. In my opinion and others, we have already seen the early warning signs here in America just recently that countries in europe began to demonstrate with-in their governments, and societies 15 years ago, just as our nation was getting a good start on the road to embracing everything liberal. So stay tuned, because the riots in London, and elsewhere will be comming to a city near you too enjoy firsthand. And I don’t think that anyone can really expect people who have been pampered and spoiled by their government to meekly accept the new rules of the new game with-out resistance.
Getting our taxes back? Should they not be up the road at the English parliament destroying that building instead? Or is it just easier to demolish someone’s hard earned British Pounds that actually contributes to society to keep these leaches alive?
