Its going to get worse for Bragg and Smith and Judge Merchan should be totally removed from the Bench and replaced
The DC case should also be dismissed based on Judge Cannos 93 page ruling. Smith is an unconstitutional appointment.
DC is a different planet. Like NYC, the Constitution and due process doesn’t exist there.
IF they can’t take him out with the courts they’ll take him out another way…
