The depravity of the Islamic State terror group in Syria and Iraq plumbed new levels yesterday as it released a video showing Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh being burned alive while locked in a cage.

The chilling footage, entitled ‘Healing the Believers’ Chests’, shows the captured airman wearing an orange jumpsuit and seemingly doused in fuel as a trail of petrol leading up to the iron bars of the cage is seen being set alight.

Flames are seen quickly spreading across the dirt to the cage, where they completely engulf the helpless pilot in images that are far too distressing to publish. Extremists pour debris, including broken masonry, over the cage, which is then flattened by a bulldozer.

The release of the expertly-edited video – which represents a new level of barbarity from a group notorious for its savagery – has prompted Jordan to announce it will execute all six prisoners convicted of association with ISIS ‘within hours’.

Within an hour of the 22-minute-long video’s publication, Jordan reportedly moved ISIS-linked prisoners to a jail in the south of the country which is usually used for state executions.

I’m afraid what we’ve got here, folks, is Evil upon the earth, taken form and walking among us. I think few people of good will are going to deny that, regardless of their nationalities, religions, or political persuasions.

Our policy should be, “You kill one of ours, we kill 100 of yours”. Let’s start with the ones at Gitmo. Let’s return them where they come from. From 30,000 feet without a parachute. Any other ISIS/Al Qaeda/Taliban “fighters” we capture, we interrogate, get what we can out of them, and shove them out an airplane. With a big slab of bacon stuck in his ass.

Hillary on her and Obama’s ideal of ”smart power,” it means, “showing respect, even for one’s enemies; trying to understand and, insofar as psychologically possible, empathize with their perspective and point of view.”
She was echoing Obama in 2007, when he talked of “direct diplomacy” with the United States’ mortal enemies.
Although JFKerry tried to SPIN her words into being about ”enemies” in non-combat mode, her context is to the contrary:
Hillary’s remarks were precisely in reference to enemies engaged in deadly combat against each other. Clinton’s reference to “what we call smart power,” followed her example of negotiations between the Government of the Philippines and the Moro Liberation Front, an Islamic insurgent group that had waged a decades long bloody guerilla campaign that had claimed over 120,000 lives. Video of her context at link.
What does Obama plan to do?
Degrade and ULTIMATELY destroy ISIS.
But ULTIMATELY might mean hundreds of years from now.
That ”arc of the moral universe” Obama loves to reference “is LOOOOOOOOONG …..,” so that Obama may dither now.

@Greg: I am glad you finally recognized that this is evil. Saddam sent buss loads of political prisoners to Najif on Thursday nights where they were lined up on the edge of a trench and shot in the back of the head. The Iraqis mocked you liberals when you denied WMDs not being in Iraq. They said, “Saddam was a WMD”. Now you liberals finally understand what we who were there have understood long before 9/11.

Jordan just executed 2 ISIS terrorists and are moving 4 more to southern Jordan for execution. Will the Precedent, in retaliation, release 6 more from Gitmo?

@Dreadnought:

With a big slab of bacon stuck in his ass.

Please do not waste the bacon — costs too much as it is!

@Nanny: In this case, showing respect for you enemy is ducking behind a wall and finding a hole to shoot through.

These animals are not going to be charismaed into stopping. They are not going to be shamed into stopping. They are not going to be tweeted into stopping. Only after a very large proportion of them are dead will the remainder begin to doubt the wisdom of trying to take over the world through terrorism. Sadly, due to the Islamist extremist’s agenda of indoctrinating the very young in their culture of hate and death, this will have to extend to children and women as well.

@Greg: @Randy: When presented with an example of such pure and irredeemable evil, I don’t think anyone can deny its existence. What needs to be agreed upon is the means to confront and defeat it.

@Greg: We are in agreement, but action is required!! Who will lead in this effort? Should the US play a greater role?? If this does not create a united Muslim front to stop ISIS then clearly this religious group IS part of the problem!!

do not expect the fool or any of his butt kissing congress to comment.
There is an islamic terrorist who occupies the wipe house
The movie Red Dawn has already occurred-just a matter when the violence begins. Are any of the readers aware of how much munitions that have been brough across the border thanks to the fool?
Just a matter of time when the fool will start burning book, Walter Cronkite’s library destroyed under his watch, than humans to follow.

ISIS NEEDS TO BE ELIMINATED WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.

@Common Sense:

If this does not create a united Muslim front to stop ISIS then clearly this religious group IS part of the problem!!

Which “‘religious’ group” are you referring to — ISIS or the whole of islam — do most people really still think that the “problem” needs to be ‘parted out’ instead of directly confronted?

There are two major sects in Islam plus a few lesser sects.
There are three sets of holy books in Islam: thekoran, the hadiths and the sura.
There were four ”rightly-guided” caliphs in Islam.

Put all that together and you have plenty of variety of ”right action” for good Muslims.
For example, Obama claims burning a man to death is NOT Islam.
Not true.
At least some of the rightly-guided caliphs and a few hadiths and at least one verse in the koran ORDER men who leave Islam for the ”false religion” of Christianity plus men who work for the success of infidels over Muslims to be punished by being burned to death.
In Pakistan people are regularly burned to death, as we saw recently with a Christian couple accused (no trial) of desecrating a koran…..their legs were broken and then they were placed in a kiln and set on fire while alive.
In Turkey, up until just a few years ago, (before 9-11-01) women dying in ”kitchen fires,” was one of the most common causes of death for women…..the reality was these women were set on fire for wanting to divorce, marry for love or disobey daddy in any area at all.
The Taliban (before our entry in Afghanistan/Iraq) used to throw accelerant through school windows and set all the girl students and their teachers on fire, preventing them from leaving.

@Rich Wheeler: It should have happened before they cut off such a large swath of territory in Syria and Iraq just like AQ should have been eliminated with extreme prejudice in the ’90’s before they grew into the monster they became. Everyone from our intel community to the Kurds to the Iraqis raised concern and called for action. Now that they are interspersed within the civilian population it will be much harder to eliminate the “JV team”. BOG will be required. The American people best not lose their nerve like they always do when it’s not a “quick war”.

The feds showed up with guns drawn at a house less than a mile from home last week looking for a suspected ISIS member. They are already in my backyard.

@another vet: They can run but they can’t hide long. Like you say, let’s hope the will is there to step up the fight and do whatever is necessary to eliminate these maggots.

@Budvarakbar: I would recommend wrapping them in porcine entrails, but, that would denigrate the fixins for polish sausage.

@Bill: 7.62 mm ‘boat-tail’ full metal jacket!!
