Twitchy:
Defensive, yes. But mostly offensive.
The Senate Majority Leader apparently thinks the best way to persuade reluctant Americans to sign up for Obamacare is to insult their intelligence:
Sen @HarryReid , in support of latests O-care delay, said this is the problem: “People are not educated about how to use the internet.”—
Susan Ferrechio (@susanferrechio) March 26, 2014Watch him try to explain that, even though there’s no Obamacare “hiccup or delay” (cough, cough), people still need more time to figure out how the internets work:
Harry Reid in support of latest O-care delay: “People are not educated about how to use the internet.” youtu.be/AAtgsizDWV0—
Wash. Free Beacon (@FreeBeacon) March 26, 2014Transcript:
There are some people who are not — like my grandchildren — who can handle everything so easily on the internet. And these people need a little extra time … We have a lot of people just like this, through no fault of the internet, because people are not educated on how to use the internet.
Way to win hearts and minds, Senator!
He’s mental. MT @susanferrechio: Sen @HarryReid of latest O-care delay, said “People are not educated about how to use the internet.”—
Noah Wehrman (@NoahWehrman) March 26, 2014Harry Reid should have said in 2010…”we can’t enact Obamacare…people don’t know how to use the internet”
#ThanksHarry—
Noah Wehrman (@NoahWehrman) March 26, 2014Damn, Harry Reid is really starting to show signs of dementia. I mean, more than before.twitter.com/susanferrechio…—

O.K. First reid says the American people are liars. Now he is saying they are ignorant. This man is simply delusional.
Maybe he is losing his mind. After all, he forgot he gave his granddaughter a gift of campaign funds.
@Bill Burris:
LOL… yes…we Americans figured out the internet enough to learn about his misappropriation of campaign funds….
I can”t BELIEVE REID IS STILL THERE,
what’wrong with the electorat democrat , the young vote BECAUSE THEY GOT PAID TO VOTE, just like those who triple vote and those illegals who vote because the democrats are showing them where to put the x
THOSE SENILE LIKE RANGLE, CALLING THE TEA-PARTY TERRORIST , ARE A PAIN IN THE NECK, another senile
WHEN YOU GET SO FAR AS TO SAY THAT PEOPLE ARE IGNORANT IN COMPUTER,
WHEN IT’S A CREATION OF AMERICA, REID IS FAR PAST HIS BEDTIME, AND OLD AGE PENSION,
since that administration is in power, those on top try their upmost to humiliate the AMERICANS,
it”s so evident we can see it, AND REID DID IT AGAIN,
BUT ONE THING THEY GOT TO LEARN IS, YOU DON’T HUMILIATE THE AMERICAN EASY,
THEY ARE THE PROUD NATION NOT EASILY DESTROYED,
EVEN IF YOU MIX THEM WITH THE CREEP OF THE EARTH,
THEY STAND OUT TALL AND PROUD UNTOUCH, BY IT,
He must be thinking of his fellow Nevadans, who obviously can’t understand the internet, since they are stupid enough to keep sending him to Washington.

that’s a good one,

Hey Harry, Transference much?
@Jim S:
Now don’t be unfairly blaming a whole state of people simply because of all the liberals who fled California taxation and moved to “No State income tax” Nevada and the metropolitan centers of Las Vegas and Reno. There are quite a few Nevadans who despise Harry Reid. Unfortunately, as happened in Colorado the leftist loons are moving like swarms of locusts from the depleted wastes they created, to take sustenance from and “fundamentally transform” other lush locations.
Ditto
IF I understand well it tell me that they move in and trash and move out,
without taking their trash with them,
that has to be stinkers,

I apologize to the rest of Nevada. 😉 Ya know, there’s a perfect facility right in Nevada for storing toxic waste like Dingy Harry. Since he’s been largely responsible for Yucca Mt. not being used for storing spent reactor fuel, I propose it be renamed the Harry Reid Toxic Storage facility and be used to store the far more dangerous toxic sludge of Democrats and RINOs. 😉
RJW, etc, he’s talking about YOU!!!!!!
JIM S
what a great idea
Redteam
YES, INDEED
@Jim S:
I have my own objections about the Yucca Mountain project.
The first is because I went to the public planning information display on the project and looked at the 3-D mock-up architectural plan. They built the complex at a nexus of two fault lines. Not beside the fault lines, no the fault lines are running right through the center of the complex, meeting in the middle. I questioned the personnel on this and they claimed that the fault lines were “expected to be stable for thousands of years.”
The second is the danger factor in transporting the toxic wastes from the Eastern states who have nuclear power to Western Nevada that doesn’t. It seems to me that the transport vehicles would be a great target for terrorists. Many of the middle states are not all that wild about the waste passing through, but they have been placated with promises of high security and told that the materials would not be in their states long enough to pose a problem.
Nor were the concerns of Nevada’s residents all that important to the Eastern state backers of the project. State politicians of both parties fought to stop the project, but the Federal government shoved it down Nevada’s throats. It would be one thing if the Federal government promised to build nuclear reactors nearby to provide low cost power to the citizens of Nevada, but they don’t even get that. Just the toxic wastes of other states without any compensation for being forced to take it. All because the higher populated Eastern states don’t want to store their toxic wastes in their own backyard, and they had more political pull.
It is my opinion that Yucca Mountain fight is one of the main reasons moderate Nevadans voted to keep Harry Reid as leader of the Senate, and knowing his devious nature, it wouldn’t surprise me if that was part of his political plan for his job security. Reid promised Nevadans in the last election that his position gave him the power to block the activation of Yucca Mountain. The local news has kept it pretty quiet that there has already been large shipments of toxic waste that are even now being stored at the site.
@Ditto:
OR!!!!they could run a natural gas pipeline from Louisiana so that you could get dirt cheap natural gas. (as we do here in Louisiana) but then the do-gooders would find a reason to not allow a pipe line. Nuclear waste has to be stored somewhere, just as long as it is as safe as it is practical to make it. All states should have nuclear reactors for electricity, but NO!!!!!! the do gooders won’t make enough money off it, so they don’t want it. I’ll guarantee you if Obama could figure a way to make a huge profit when he left office, he would find a way.
@Redteam:
A natural gas pipeline from Louisiana to Nevada? I think a nuke plant would be less expensive, and less troublesome.
