by Capt. Seth Keshel
I drew my inspiration for this article from my presentation in Vero Beach, Florida, on Monday. It was for the Republican Club of Indian River and was my first presentation since December 7, 2024, in Prescott, Arizona. Much has changed in the American political world in just three months, so I was left with little choice but to retool my offerings. Given the spate of executive actions taken by the newly seated President Trump and from scrutinizing info given to me by my own sources, I am led to believe investigations and potential orders addressing the gaping holes in our national elections are right around the corner.
Three years ago, I published my Ten Points to True Election Integrity, which would offer Americans elections they can trust; however, readers of this journal most definitely know I am a realist above all else, and we are not on a pathway to have these ten points drive sea level change in our elections in the next four years:

Why?
Because most of the needed reforms shown above require state-level legislative actions. In some states, Democrat trifectas have no interest in reforming their elections, which show demerits like these:

In other states, even states Trump won, Republican legislatures (which are often owned by lobbyists, like in Arizona) are handcuffed by Democrat or establishment Republican governors with little to no appetite for election reform. Then, after we check off states one by one, there are still prevailing attitudes within Republican Party ranks that believe, since Trump won, there is no trouble with our elections and that perhaps 2020 was simply the political equivalent of a bad dream.
Americans in the Trump 47 era are faced with an unfortunate double-edged sword. For those who support Trump’s agenda, which now has record-high approval, his presidential actions and executive orders have been impressively bold and focused on maximum impact. For those considering the long-term picture, the total breakdown and compromise of the legislative branch of government means the chief executive exercises maximum power and authority, creating a precedent that will extend to future, less virtuous presidents. This means all Trump executive actions must be handed down in such a manner that they are irreversible and transformative.
President Trump is checking off campaign promises at lightning speed. He also promised massive overhauls for elections, and with the next campaign cycle looming and consultants circling like birds of prey, these actions will almost certainly be on the way in short order.
If I were to advise the administration on which three executive actions should be prioritized to have maximum impact, I would counsel the following:
I. Create the Election Reform Committee
One of my favorite books is James Michener’s Texas. In that massive novel, the fictitious Texas governor of the 1980s assembles a panel of educators, businessmen, and cultural aficionados to undertake a massive project to document the history of the state and create an accurate curriculum to pass down to future generations.
I would advise the very first step of executive actions for election reform to act in the same fashion and establish the formal Election Reform Committee. Ideally, it will be spearheaded by someone consumed by zeal for the topic with a broad knowledge of all things impacting the transparency, fidelity, and fairness of elections.
In discussing this very concept with someone high up the food chain and with ideal placement for the recommendation, I was given a practical framework from which to further document a vision for this plan. My contact, who many readers would be familiar with but for strategic reasons I shall leave anonymous, suggests four prongs governing the conduct of the committee:
· Investigate
· Expose
· Prosecute
· Reform
Investigate
The committee must consolidate relevant and actionable findings and conduct further investigation as needed into the corruption of the 2020 election and its related rule changes, processes, and violations of law. This will be the factual foundation from which remaining lines of effort originate.
Expose
The material stemming from the investigative phase will require accurate and concise presentation of information to the public, offering them the transparency they were deprived of in the 2020 election. Public unveiling of committee findings will be focused on the most ironclad violations of law, process, and public trust meant to garner maximum support for subsequent committee actions.
Prosecute
The foundation for the manipulation of the 2020 election was established long before ballots were tabulated. Any changes made to election procedures that circumvented legislative authority were illegal, and therefore, negated the legal framework of a lawful election. In keeping with the findings of the committee and affording due process, those guilty of criminally manipulating the 2020 election shall be prosecuted.
Reform
All actionable items identified by the committee and subsequent analysis should be pursued by the Department of Justice and, when possible, altered by executive order to ensure American confidence in the electoral process.
II. Completely Overhaul Voter Registration
Take a look at this slide collected by Wisconsin canvassers after the 2020 election and tell me if you think these voter registration numbers are organic:

Now see what happens when states turn to Automatic Voter Registration:

If you’re looking at that graphic and asking yourself, “Did Harris only win one state that doesn’t have Automatic Voter Registration?” you’d be correct in your judgment.
We can talk about machines and illegals voting until we are blue in the face, but I am telling you, voter registration corruption is the foundation of election manipulation. The cleanest states in this past election were those without Automatic Voter Registration or those which performed drastic voter roll purges (Iowa, Florida, Texas, for starters) between the 2020 and 2024 elections. No state has cleaner elections, per my analytical method, than North Dakota, which has no voter registration at all.
Governments all across the country require citizens to re-register their vehicles annually, and if you want to fly in this country come May, then you’ll need to get switched over to a REAL ID. This portion of Trump’s executive reform should hinge on minting an entirely new system for voter registration that applies nationwide, which would kill two birds with one stone by also tying it to identification requirements.
This would force Voter ID opponents to try in vain to make arguments to the rest of America, which is sick of their obstructionism, that it is somehow racist or otherwise discriminatory to require voters to show ID to vote when we brandish them for renting cars, flying, buying weapons, alcohol, or tobacco, or interacting with the police. Those who know much more about the topic than I do have suggested overhauling many components of voting, including registration, with Blockchain measures, which are designed with security and fraud prevention in mind.
Cleaning up the registration problem, especially in the so-called blue wall, will disintegrate the foundation of the impenetrable election manipulation problem and leave splintered, more manageable problems found in the final portion of the executive election cleanup program to contend with:
III. Attack the Eight Cardinal Sins of Elections
For a deeper look into what I mean by the “Eight Cardinal Sins” of elections, refer to my two-part Anatomy series reviewing what it is that separates blue states from red ones. While the integrity of the voter registration system is and will always be the most critical, here are all eight cardinal sins that must be confronted:
· Automatic Voter Registration
· Ballot Harvesting
· Excessive Mail-in Voting
· Prolonged Counting
· Ranked Choice Voting
· Same Day Voter Registration
· Unique Corruption
· No Voter ID
Of the items listed above, Unique Corruption is the only one that is wholly arbitrary. States marked for that demerit are identified based on unique characteristics that compromise their elections in ways that do not extend to other states. For instance, Wisconsin receives a demerit in that category because it has the Wisconsin Elections Commission, headed by the sociopathic Meagan Wolfe, which alters election rules and procedures on the fly as needed. You will find that body critical in the fast-approaching race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
The confirmation of Pam Bondi, who has held fast to her views about the 2020 election, as Attorney General makes this portion of the executive plan readily actionable and puts the Trump Department of Justice front and center.
At least this writer Capt. Seth Keshel is honest.
All of this is authorized by the individual states to happen or be stopped from happening.
Democrats have made it clear they don’t want fair elections.
They said it over and over again…..
Democrats want “Every Vote To Count.”
Legal or illegal.
Republicans have tried to keep elections as contests among candidates be LEGAL voters.
Democrats call that, “Voter Suppression.”
As you look at all of the screaming and threatening by Democrats over simply cleaning the accounts over at USAID, you see how irrevocably divided we are as Americans.
Look at the “abortion issue,” which was settled by the Supreme Court, too.
There is no middle ground.
One side wants a clean electoral process, the other wants the ability to cheat at will.
Election fraud spiked in 2020 because Trump was so successful in his first term. Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden was such an utter disaster, the switch-a-roo with Kamala so insulting and she was such a terrible candidate that the 2024 election was out of reach with fraud. But, the left will more desperate and more determined in 2026 and 2028, which will bring the massive tidal wave of fraud back. We must be prepared.
Democrats are dedicated to election fraud. They are experts at it. One thing that prevented it being utilized in 2024 was Musk’s contribution to fight it wherever it arose BEFORE it was effective. Democrats are NOT going to participate in any true election integrity reforms, so blocking the onset of election fraud is what will be required.
Dems will pretend not to notice the big steal.
