Yes, the same J6 where national guard troops were rejected by Democrats, where undercover FBI sources and DC PD officers were in the crowds, where Pelosi secretly worked to lower security measures, and where police launched flashbangs and tear gas into the peaceful crowds
The DOJ is now going indict the President who fought against fraudulent elections while they protect the crackhead, Ukrainian bribe family in the White House

Kind of crazy to think that had he illegally bought a gun, lied on the background check form, laundered money, evaded taxes, accepted bribes from foreign oligarchs, and smuggled cocaine into the WH, DOJ would’ve looked the other way. Instead he told people to protest peacefully.
Democrat DOJ trying yet another approach to imprison GOP front runner and prime political opponent. The Left is beyond Stalinesque.
The seriousness of what is being done to Donald Trump by local and federal Democrat prosecutors cannot be overstated. It is alarming. It is shocking. And this republic is teetering. Trump will have to defend himself against bogus criminal charges in Manhattan, bogus civil charges in Albany, bogus criminal charges in the “documents” case, bogus criminal charges in the Jan. 6 matter, and most likely the shoe will soon drop in Atlanta. All the while, he is running for re-election as president. It is extremely difficult to fight all these prosecutors, and fight for your freedom, and run for president at the same time. And these prosecutors know it. They are also involved in something that has only two prior times in our history — that is, a concerted effort to knowingly and actively interfere in a presidential election. The two prior times were also against Trump (the Durham Report provides overwhelming details of this effort in the 2016 campaign).
And let’s be clear, the DOJ and FBI have demonstrated in the recent past that they will use illegal means to try to take out Trump — the Hillary Clinton/Democrat Party/FBI/DOJ orchestrated “Russia Collusion” scam that lasted years — and they are doing the same thing now, but on a unimaginable scale. There have been no substantive reforms at the FBI. Chris Wray’s testimony last week made that abundantly clear, given all the abuses and corruption that have occurred while he has been FBI director.
Merrick Garland and his extremely radical top-level staff are unquestionably involved in all these decisions. As for Jack Smith, chosen by Garland to go after Trump, he is no “special counsel.” He physically looks like what he is — a maniacal, seek-and-destroy hatchet man who has a long record of abusing and targeting individuals who have no chance of escaping his fascistic, Beria-like tactics. He destroyed a former Virginia governor, even though that conviction was unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. He destroyed what was left of John Edwards’s career, with a series of felony charges that were rejected by the trial jury. As head of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section, he authorized the unconstitutional IRS attack on the Tea Party, which was intended to cripple that movement. Later, DOJ paid several millions of dollars to settle complaints against it. And there’s more. Obviously, Garland found all of this to be a resume enhancement when he chose Smith to target Trump. Yet, because Smith triggers these criminal investigations, he creates his own immunity from congressional oversight, where the rogue prosecutor asserts that he can ignore any questions from Congress because he is in the middle of prosecutions of his own making. This, despite that fact that his actions have thrown the election and the nation into turmoil.
And, of course, the Democrat Party media is ecstatic today. They crave the unraveling of our country, regurgitate whatever the Biden regime feeds them via DOJ and the FBI (as they did when the Obama regime was in charge), they use so-called experts to provide opinions on Trump’s fate — who almost always are carefully chosen Trump-haters and NeverTrumpers, or Democrat-aligned lawyers — to give “legal analysis,” aka propaganda.
The Biden regime, the Democrat Party and their prosecutors, and the Democrat Party media understand that this next election may well be the make-or-break election of our time, or all time, for our country. Four more years on top of the remaining two years of this American-Marxist revolution (Bernie Sanders is thrilled with the direction of the country and, of course, early on endorsed Biden for re-election, as has AOC) could well mean that there is no way to claw out of the abyss. The “fundamental transformation of America” they are constantly talking about will have been enshrined, with more to come. The Democrat Party and its surrogates are playing for keeps — a one-party, state-party that monopolizes elections, the government, and the culture, with no effective competition, supported by the state-media, which is largely made up of Democrat Party members or personnel aligned with the Democrat Party agenda. This is tyranny. This is autocracy. And it is looking you directly in the eye.

If President Trump is going to be indicted for his speeches before January 6th, then when is Senator @BernieSanders going to be indicted for his speeches that led to the attempted murder of Steve Scalise and other Republicans?
I was harassed for hours by the Jack Smith grand jury as his anti-Trump prosecutors argued with me about challenges to the 2020 election, including whether or not I watched Trump’s election night speech. Having witnessed firsthand their abuse of power, no surprise these partisans now want to arrest Trump on political charges. This is a dire threat to the rule of law.
Trump is set to be arrested and indicted again after he received a letter from Jack Smith saying he is the target of a J6 Grand Jury investigation.
In the past year, the former president has racked up 71 felony counts and could easily be over 100 soon.
Ask yourself: How is the leading Republican candidate facing so many felony counts yet the Democrat candidate, who pimped out his son to foreign entities for shady money, is actually being protected by the ‘Justice System.’
It’s simple.
America works under a selective justice system. When someone challenges the Washington Uniparty, they are examined and pursued to the highest possible degree.
When someone protects the Washington Uniparty, the so-called ‘Justice System’ actually becomes their asset and friend.
Sad but not surprising.
From Day One, Attorney General Merrick Garland has politicized and weaponized the Biden Justice Department.
He’s relentlessly gone after Trump, Trump’s top aides, Trump’s supporters protesting the election results on January 6th, parents outraged by gender chaos and sexual assaults in schools, and Christians praying outside of abortion clinics.
At the same time, Garland has protected Biden, Biden’s corrupt family and business associates, BLM and antifa terrorists who destroyed American cities, trans-terrorists attacking Catholic Churches, and abortion-industry activists who destroy pro-life pregnancy centers and obstruct by illegally threatening and intimidating Supreme Court justices and their families in their homes.
Matthew Colangelo, a top Biden Justice Department official, joined Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s office to indict Trump for the non-felony of a businessperson settling a nuisance claim. And Bragg and Colangelo indicted the first former president in American history—who just happens to be the leading rival presidential candidate—based upon a bogus legal theory rejected by the prior Manhattan DA, Manhattan US Attorney, Federal Election Commission, and Bragg himself.
Then Garland had his handpicked and disgraced special counsel Jack Smith—previously reversed and rebuked 8-0 by the Supreme Court for Smith’s blatantly partisan prosecution of a likely 2016 Republican presidential contender—indicted Trump for the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records in the congressional funded and heavily guarded Office of the Former President, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act. Garland wants Trump to die in prison for “espionage” after Trump’s fight with Biden’s librarians and other bureaucrats over papers Trump has every right to access anytime he wants—but they claim Trump didn’t properly checkout.
At the same time, Garland secretly colluded with Biden’s personal attorneys for months to coverup Biden’s 5 sets of stolen classified records from the Obama White House and even the Senate, moved several times, accessible by the Biden’s Chinese agent, and almost certainly used by the Bidens to secure millions in foreign bribes and other corruption from Ukraine, China, and other trouble spots.
After Garland got caught in the coverup for his boss, Garland appointed special counsel Robert Hur, a protege of FBI Director Chris Wray who seems to be in no hurry to do anything.
Now Garland is poised to indict Trump again. So is Fulton County DA Fani Willis, a partisan Democrat politician in Georgia. This time for the non-crime of a presidential candidate objecting to a presidential election, which is permitted by the Electoral Count Act of 1887. Twisting political arms is also permitted by the First Amendment. It’s only a crime to object to elections in third-world Marxist hellholes. Otherwise, Democrats would be in prison for objecting to Republican presidential wins in 1968, 2000, 2004, and 2016.
Democrats are terrified they can’t beat Trump in the polls.
So Garland, Smith, Colangelo, Bragg, and Willis and running a baseless and transparently political lawfare campaign to try to have Trump die in prison instead of Biden (or Gavin Newsom) facing Trump in November 2024.
This is election interference at its worst.
It’s long past time for House Republicans to impeach Garland.
