Doctors across the country are expressing shock and outrage after the Biden regime shut off distribution of monoclonal antibodies, preventing them from treating patients infected with the Delta coronavirus with the life-saving therapeutic.
In a letter addressed to Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra Tuesday, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo accused the Biden administration of “actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments,” undermining Florida’s strategy to handle the disease.
The Biden administration paused shipments of the monoclonal antibodies because according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the treatment isn’t effective against Omicron, which they claim became the dominant strain earlier this month.
However, the CDC has now admits that it seriously miscalculated the prevalence of the Omicron variant in the US, according to the Daily Mail reported, “overblowing the figure by as much as 50 percentage points, sowing confusion as the nation breaks records for new cases.”The agency released a revised chart on Tuesday showing that the new variant accounted for 23 percent of all COVID-19 cases for the week ending on December 18, as opposed to the 73 percent it originally reported.
The chart showed that the Omicron variant accounted for 59 percent of all new cases for the week ending on December 25, meaning the Delta variant has been accounting for far more infections than the agency initially thought, though Omicron is gaining ground quickly.While the federal government continues to distribute Sotrovimab, a monoclonal antibody from the company Glaxosmithkline that reportedly does work against Omicron, Ladapo argued that “the federal agencies under your control should not limit our state’s access to any available treatments for Covid-19.”
He said HHS “announced a dramatic reduction in the number of monoclonal antibodies to be allocated to the State of Florida” without providing advanced notice shortly after Florida had treated 100,000 patients with the effective therapeutic.
In conclusion, Ladapo referenced comments Biden made on Monday admitting that there isn’t a federal to end the nearly two-year-old pandemic.
“There is no federal solution. This gets solved at the state level,” Biden said at the time in response to Arkansas Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson warning the president against letting “federal solutions stand in the way of state solutions.”
“I respectfully request that you allow states and healthcare practitioners to provide treatment options that best benefit the communities they know and serve,” Ladapo wrote.
Ladapo, whom DeSantis appointed in September after the former surgeon general resigned, has also made headlines for opposing measures such as school mask mandates.
In September, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis hammered the Biden administration for overhauling the distribution of monoclonal antibodies in a way that will severely hamper the treatment’s availability in several Republican-controlled states.
The Department of Health and Human Services alarmed authorities in several southern, red states — where the antibodies are widely used — after announcing that the agency would be changing how the COVID-19 treatment is distributed.Numerous other doctors blasted the Biden administration on social media for withholding distribution of the lifesaving treatment.

Aside from being the first President ever to participate, attend, and speak at a March for Life event, in January of 2020 he wrote an executive order strengthening religious freedoms with the instructions to the executive branch to restrain itself regarding the issue, which included enabling students to pray in school, even if the educational facility receives federal funding (a move consistent with the First Amendment that states that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion). Trump supported religious freedoms and carried out his duties as President of the United States as an ally of Christianity. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s administration has been doing everything it can to undo Trump’s attempt to preserve religious freedoms, and has maintained its opposition to Faith despite the fact that the Republican Party has been demanding the Health and Human Services (HHS) department restore Trump-era religious liberty enforcement measures it revoked last month.
The latest and greatest campaign of fear and paranoia is connected to the Scamdemic (Pandemic), COVID-19, wearing masks, and the Big Pharma arm jabs they dare to call vaccinations.
The fear factor indoctrination has been delivered masterfully. My wife told me about a woman at work beside herself because she was trying to figure out why there were still people standing in opposition against “vaccination.” She talked about safety, protecting the community, and “do these people realize they will die if they don’t get vaccinated?” She then told my wife that the hospitals were overcrowded with the sick as a result of all of the unvaccinated fools out there.

A Norwegian Cruise Line reported 17 cases of COVID-19 among passengers and crew members despite their strict vaccination policy requiring that everyone on board be fully vaccinated against the virus. The CDC states that 86 cruise ships with strict vaccination policies have been affected by COVID outbreaks. The NFL was hit with 106 cases, despite their strict vaccine policies and COVID protocols. I was reading somewhere recently that 70% of the people hospitalized with COVID in the United States are vaccinated. In the United Kingdom that percentage is at 60%. Big time, hard left, Hollywood nutcase Alyssa Milano revealed in a Tweet that 90% of her friends have COVID, and then she says they are 100% TRIPLE vaxxed. The idiot meant to use the Tweet to encourage vaccination, not realizing she was actually saying the opposite. I, personally, am not vaxxed, and almost everyone I hang around with are not vaxxed, and I have had maybe two people I know (who were not even in my inner-circle) who got COVID**. But, dummy Alyssa Milano does not realize she is actually proving the importance of trusting our natural immune systems, not some experimental mRNA protein spike genetic messaging jab. And, remember, the COVID Pill was a complete bust, and the evidence is out there that the jab destroys natural immunity.
I have no fear of COVID. First of all, I knew before the latest round of science-folks began figuring out that COVID is minor, especially this latest round, and after this hysteria is all over, COVID will be nothing more than another pesky cold that shows up every once in a while. And, in fact, the OMICRON variant is the weakest of all of the alleged COVID variants.

The monoclonal antibody drugs in question DON’T WORK on the Omicron variant, which represents 95% of all current COVID infections. They were highly effective against the original virus and Delta variant, but are ineffective against Omicron because of mutations that prevent the antibodies from binding with the virus. Antibodies are useless unless they bind to the target virus.
The GlaxoSmithKline/Vir Biotechnology monoclonal antibody drug does still work, but it’s in very short supply. The government contracted for 600,000 doses of this drug back in November 2021, but producing the stuff isn’t quick or easy.
Why do you suppose DeSantis and the Florida Surgeon General are still treating residents with very expensive drugs that have been proven utterly useless? For 5 bonus points, why are they trying to blame Biden because they can’t get MORE of proven useless drugs at federal taxpayers’ expense?

I’m disputing the logic—and honesty—of attacking President Biden because he has declined to send Florida additional supplies of monoclonal antibody medications that have become completely ineffective against Omicron variant COVID.
