CNN fired its star anchor, Chris Cuomo, after first suspending him following revelations he used his journalistic clout to try to blunt sexual-misconduct allegations against his brother, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo. CNN’s statement alluded to “additional information” that had “come to light,” which turned out to be an anonymous allegation of sexual misconduct against Chris himself from his time at ABC.
Sexual misconduct is a serious matter. And Chris was unethical in using his media network to track accusers and even dig up dirt on them.
But it does nothing to minimize those allegations to say that both brothers engaged in something much worse — and have gotten a free pass from the press.
Long before the sexual-misconduct allegations, back when he had gotten a $5 million book deal and an Emmy “in recognition of his leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic,” the governor was signing the death warrants of tens of thousands of the most vulnerable New Yorkers — and then worked hard to cover it up.

Even the evidence that Chris used media sources to help his brother track his accusers only got him suspended. It seems it took an allegation of years-old sexual misconduct at another network to turn his suspension into a firing.

I don’t know what Chris Cuomo did wrong. CNN’s entire business model is defending, protecting, shielding and promoting Democrats. They have protected Obama, both Clinton’s, Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff and, of course, idiot Biden. They run interference for the entire Democrat party. It’s their job. It’s what they exist for.
So, why fire Cuomo? Did they consider using company assets to protect a member of his own family an abuse and firing offense? I know it wasn’t for ethical violations; CNN HAS no ethics.
At least now, the collective intelligence went up about 2 points without this lying idiot on the air. Amazing how every time the left deems someone an icon and begins to worship them, their scumbaggery becomes apparent. They should vett their heroes better.

ATLANTA—Former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo is suing the media company, saying they wrongfully terminated him for being a “cuomosexual”.
“Did you know it’s illegal to fire someone for sexual preferences and it just so happens that my sexual preferences involve being a strict cuomosexual,” Cuomo said in an interview with Genesius Times TV.
Just last summer, cuomosexuality had reached peak popularity as Chris’s brother Andrew Cuomo went on a murderous rampage trying to “stop the COVID pandemic”. Celebrities and public officials were coming out as cuomosexuals daily. Little did they know that cuomosexual meant supporting sexual harassment.
In a statement, CNN said, “While we appreciate Fredo’s sexual preference, we cannot continue to employ someone who identifies as a cuomosexual.”
Anti-hate groups protested the CNN headquarters all day following the announcement.
“Stop the H8!” read several signs at the protest.
“I’m a proud cuomosexual. You can’t fire someone for that,” Cuomo added.
