Two far-left rioters who pleaded guilty to burning down an Atlanta Wendy’s during the Black Lives Matter riots in 2020 have been sentenced to five years of probation by a Fulton County judge.

The Wendy’s was the site of the fatal, officer-involved shooting of Rayshard Brooks on June 12, 2020. Brooks had fallen asleep in the drive thru and attacked the responding Atlanta Police Officer, Garret Rolfe, when he was detained. Brooks was shot and killed after he tried to grab Rolfe’s taser, leading to riots not long after George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis.

Atanta’s BLM chapter, along with other chapters and far-left activists nationwide, called for Rolfe to be charged. He ultimately was charged with murder by then-Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard, though charges were dropped in 2022 by a special prosecutor.

Following Brooks’ death, riots erupted at the site of the shooting and the surrounding area. The Wendy’s where Brooks was shot was soon torched by arsonists in what became a widely recognized image from the year-long.

In the days immediately following the blaze, armed BLM militants moved into the area and set up blockades, which prevented law enforcement and other emergency services from accessing the area.

On Saturday, 11 Alive reported that two suspects charged with torching the Wendy’s had accepted generous plea deals. Chisom Kingston and Natalie White were each sentenced to five years of probation, court records show.

Both Kingston and White will also be forced to complete 150 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine. A third suspect, John Wade, was indicted for his role in starting the blaze this past January.

According to an analysis from The Guardian, upwards of 99 percent of charges brought against Black Lives Matter rioters in 2020 were dropped by local prosecutors.

That in itself is fantastic enough, but probation for arson? I wonder how Wendy’s feels about it, or the former employees that no longer have a job.

When the police allow armed vigilantes to take over areas of a city, they are just asking for more trouble. If they were WHITE vigilantes, would the police have just shrugged their shoulders and conceded defeat? I doubt it.

It will take decades to repair the damage the left has done to the justice system, both in states and federally. Utterly disgusting.

Of course not. Whites are supremacist and are more of a threat than anyone else.
Maybe it is because they love America

Meanwhile, J6ers are serving years for “illegal parading.”

Good.

Good?

I guess you agree with the police throwing concussion grenades into a peaceful crowd (of course, you will deny that the crowd was (at the time) still peaceful because you are a clueless fool and haven’t seen the video), beating a woman to death with a police club (by a female police officer who has never been charged) and murdering an unarmed Air Force veteran who could not be accused of anything other than trespassing. How about not finding anyone guilty of removing the “No Trespassing” signs prior to the time the Trump crowd got to the Capital much less knowing who removed those signs? And what about Ray Epps? He was trying to encourage the crowd to go into the Capital and it’s on video? Guess he’s a good guy to you.

I guess you also agree with the J6 Committee destroying evidence, if it causes another Trump supporter to wind up in jail awaiting months for a trial, in spite of the speeding trial clause?

You are as disgusting as your butt buddy, Comrade Greggie. And believe me, you will not like the Democrats totalitarian government any more than conservatives will.

Mikey may have been one of the teachers that tried to cement a door shut and set fire to a federal courthouse full of federal officers in Portland.

Is it as good as terroristic arsonists burning down people’s businesses and getting a minor slap on the wrist?
