Welcome back to Day 110 being liberated from the Biden*Harris Occupation! We’re running with another new theme for this week, and as the title suggests, we’ll be looking at efforts to keep The Radical Left from stealing elections. Let’s get to it!

Feds Investigating Democrat Election Money Machine ActBlue

Current Events

Trump orders Attorney General Bondi to investigate unlawful campaign contributions from foreign entities by using “straw” donors and money laundering through ActBlue in past elections. The report is due by October 24, 2025.

North Dakota becomes the 15th state to ban Ranked Choice Voting in elections.  Alaska, along with Hawaii and Maine, have RCV but the fight to repeal the method continues in Alaska.

Election Integrity Taskforce created by 15th District Attorney Alina Habba – New Jersey.  Three goals:

  • information sharing between local, state and federal levels to produce cleaner voter rolls
  • actively investigating and prosecuting all election fraud especially federal offenses
  • insuring compliance with HAVA and NVRA voter list requirements

Certification

Court ruling throws out part of Arizona’s election manual that had required supervisors to certify election results; manual went further than the statute

Election Administration

Internal investigation shows Madison city clerk was derelict in her duties and failed to meet the expectations of her post after 200 ballots were left uncounted in the November 2024 election

Electoral Boards

Control over the NC Elections Board and, thus, power over election decisions, shifts from the governor to the state auditor, appellate court rules

Fraud

New York man charged with felony for voting twice – once through fraudulent mail ballot and then in-person

Florida foreign national submitted over 100 fraudulent ballots and is convicted of voter registration fraud in a for-hire scheme

Hand Counts

Canada uses paper ballots and hand-counting for elections to maintain the trust among voters

Machines

What?? After 8 years an Atlanta judge closes the case centered on the vulnerability of Dominion voting machines while acknowledging the vulnerability of the machines

Multiple Ohio counties directed to use paper pollbooks to check-in voters for May elections due to insecure electronic pollbooks

Arizona pushes bill to Governor’s desk requiring all election machines – every single part – be Made in America in time for 2029 certifications

Mail-In Ballots

Dispute about counting ballots that arrive after Election Day may be headed to the U.S. Supreme Court shaped as a states’ rights issue

Noncitizen Voters

D.C. District Court judge blocks two provisions of Trump Executive Order on elections.  Judge ignores Congressionally designated authority of the Executive Branch to enforce existing federal laws requiring proof of citizenship to register and to cast a ballot

No joke.  A Russian, an Iraqi, and an Uzbeki walk into a polling place…..  DOJ investigating multiple cases of voter fraud committed by foreign nationals – multiple states, multiple elections

Chinese national in Michigan who voted as a U.S. citizen in 2024 fails to show for court hearing; bench warrant issued

Online Voting

Nevada bill expanding electronic ballot returns to more disabled advancing in state legislature

  • state already allows overseas voters, those with disabilities and tribal members to cast ballots electronically
  • expert warns security risks outweigh access gains.  Hackers will be able to flip election results when enough votes are cast online.

Precinct Voting

Arizona Republicans send Bill 2017 to Governor’s desk in hopes of banning voting centers, capping precincts at 1,000 voters.  Costs, staffing, and locations considered impossible by Democrats and others.

Permanent early voting sites expanded to replace mobile voting units in Idaho County

Voter Registration

Same-day voters in North Carolina win opportunity to cure vote defects in court settlement. Undeliverable Mail Provisions reduced to one corrective mailing in order to meet election deadlines.

Texas bill would eliminate unsolicited mailings for voter registration sent by county election officials.  Opponents believe the bill would dampen voter outreach – but is outreach the role of the election officials?

Voter Rolls

Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) loses suit to examine Pennsylvania’s voter roll information.  Court rules PILF has no standing and cannot demonstrate harm. PILF considering its options.

Like our other themes, I’ll work this into the rotation, so expect to see it again in a few weeks.

Thoughts on this? Or on last week’s upcoming Virginia elections? Let me know in the comments!

Have a great weekend!

That “Bush Republican” Kemp has GWB’s Canucks DOMINION count the votes is just a coincidence. NOT!

Trump orders Attorney General Bondi to investigate unlawful campaign contributions

This could be huge. Not only could it deprive Democrats much of their laundered money but may also expose many of those involved.

North Dakota becomes the 15th state to ban Ranked Choice Voting in elections.

Every time a system to choose a candidate becomes more convoluted than the guy with the most votes wins, it’s a massive red flag.

Election Integrity Taskforce created by 15th District Attorney Alina Habba – New Jersey

Why does “election integrity” always involve taking on Democrat election mainstays?

Court ruling throws out part of Arizona’s election manual that had required supervisors to certify election result

If the supervisor has no discretion, then why isn’t the certification just automatic? Of course questioning the results could/WOULD be abused by Democrats… what else is new?

Internal investigation shows Madison city clerk was derelict in her duties

Entertaining to see all the different terms used to avoid saying “fraud” and “lying”.

Control over the NC Elections Board and, thus, power over election decisions, shifts

Sad that turning it over to Republicans is such a big deal, but Democrats simply can’t be trusted.

New York man charged with felony for voting twice

While it seems rather puny to charge one guy for voting twice, if his crimes and penalties were well publicized, it might dissuade others from doing the Democrat’s bidding and risking THEIR freedom for the DNC’s gain.

Florida foreign national submitted over 100 fraudulent ballots and is convicted of voter registration fraud

Prison? What’s wrong with deportation and a ban from returning?

Canada uses paper ballots and hand-counting for elections to maintain the trust among voters

Democrats don’t care about voter’s trust, they just want the win.

After 8 years an Atlanta judge closes the case centered on the vulnerability of Dominion voting machines while acknowledging the vulnerability of the machines

Well… yeah. After all, isn’t that the entire POINT of the voting machines? “Sure they can be hacked and manipulated… let’s go with em!”

Dispute about counting ballots that arrive after Election Day

Perhaps the most infuriating part of the left’s constant efforts at election fraud is that it is so transparent and obvious.

D.C. District Court judge blocks two provisions of Trump Executive Order on elections.

I imagine the next thing Democrats will attempt is absentee illegal immigrant voting where they mail ballots out to other countries so illegal immigrants can vote before they get here.

Nevada bill expanding electronic ballot returns to more disabled advancing in state legislature

If it lends itself to election fraud, the Democrats are behind it 100%.

Arizona Republicans send Bill 2017 to Governor’s desk in hopes of banning voting centers, capping precincts at 1,000 voters

Would this be the same governor that was the Attorney General for her own election and manipulated the balloting to her favor? Yeah, I wouldn’t hold out much hope.

Voter Registration

There is no doubt that all these leftist strategies to sign up as many people to vote, regardless of eligibility, is a blatant attempt to bloat the rolls with opportunities for voter fraud. Like voter ID, if a person wants to vote, they will get themselves registered.

Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) loses suit to examine Pennsylvania’s voter roll information.

I expect that is easily resolved by establishing themselves in Pennsylvania.
