Left-wing Federal District Judges Cartel: Democracy’s New Overlords

Nayib Bukele, President of El Salvador, recently made a statement that resonates here: the judiciary’s role matters. In the U.S., there are 677 Federal District judges—663 permanent and 14 temporary—of whom 187 were appointed by President Joe Biden. Democrats, leveraging a slim Senate majority, confirmed 235 of Biden’s judicial picks, surpassing the 234 confirmed during Donald Trump’s first term. This represents about a quarter of the federal judiciary, a milestone Chuck Schumer has hailed as a deliberate effort to install progressive judges to counter Trump’s influence. Politico dubbed it “Trump-proofing the judiciary.”

This shift has consequences. Some argue it’s created a bloc of judges determined to obstruct Trump’s agenda, pointing to rulings that consistently challenge his policies. Among them, five judges—James Boasberg, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Amit Mehta, Beryl Howell, and Chief Justice John Roberts—are linked to the American Inns of Court, an invite-only group for judges and lawyers. Details about its membership and meetings are scarce, but reports suggest Department of Justice officials have attended since Biden took office. This raises questions: Is it appropriate for judges to meet privately with DOJ representatives, especially in a setting shrouded in secrecy?

The connections deepen. George Soros has funded a fellowship at the Middle Temple, a British legal institution where Roberts serves as an honorary bencher. When Trump floated impeaching Boasberg, Roberts defended him—a move some now see as tied to their shared affiliations. Yet Roberts remained silent when Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez introduced impeachment articles against Justice Clarence Thomas, prompting scrutiny of his consistency.

Judge Boasberg, in particular, has drawn attention. Appointed to the FISA Court by Roberts, he’s been criticized for actions that blur judicial and prosecutorial roles. In one case, he demanded sworn testimony from a Trump cabinet member about state secrets, a move some call overreach. Critics also note his handling of Jan 6 cases versus his stance on the Tren de Aragua gang, suggesting a pattern of bias. If true, this signals a broader issue: a judiciary exceeding its constitutional bounds to thwart an elected president’s policies.

This trend demands attention. Legal expert Andrew Cherkasky recently argued that the Supreme Court must clarify the limits of Federal District judges’ authority. Without such intervention, the risk grows that judicial power could undermine democratic mandates. The time to address this Judgealoa Cartel is now.

Said before; been conservative 80 years. Voted Ronny 9 times NEVER VOTED FOR THE LEFTIST GWB who putt Boasberg and Roberts on the If UNIPARTY judges are bad; why vote UNIPARTY?

Fess up Doc; bet you voted for UNIPARTY GWB.bench.

Every year, for the last 24, proves my vote was right!

These people are not judicial; they are mere leftist activists that got robes.

Overreaching and abusing their Powers more reasons to have them totally removed from the Courts and we thought the infamous 9th Circus Court was bad enough. Some Judges should face total recall when they abuse their Powers

Imperialists Judges should not be immune from facing time in Prison for abusing their Power on the Bench and lose their Jobs Period
