Yesterday saw a grand triumph for the US space program, for Butch Wilmore and Sunni Williams and for Elon Musk and SpaceX. Musk and SpaceX rescued Wilmore and Williams from their nine-month ordeal and brought them safely back to Earth. Joe Biden had vetoed Musk’s offer to rescue them earlier because Musk had aligned himself with Trump and it would be a campaign plus for Trump. That said a lot about Biden. What is happening now says a lot about democrats and liberals.

Unable to make a dent in Donald Trump, democrats have turned their enmity, invective and hate on Musk, his businesses and everything around him.  Now there is what seems to be a coordinated and sponsored program of attacks on Musk and Tesla. There are arson attacks (Grok):

  • Loveland, Colorado (January–February 2025): A Tesla dealership was repeatedly targeted by a 40-year-old woman, Lucy Grace Nelson. She allegedly spray-painted “Nazi” on vehicles and the building, threw Molotov cocktails causing fires, and returned multiple times between January 29 and February 11. Nelson was arrested on February 24 with additional Molotov cocktails in her possession. A second suspect, a 29-year-old man, was arrested on March 7 for a related arson incident at the same dealership involving rocks and an incendiary device.
  • Salem, Oregon (January–February 2025): Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership on January 20, setting vehicles on fire. He returned later and fired bullets from an AR-style rifle into the showroom. Lansky was arrested and charged with possessing an unregistered destructive device.
  • Littleton, Massachusetts (March 3, 2025): Seven Tesla Supercharger stations at a shopping center were intentionally set on fire around 1 a.m., with police investigating it as arson. No suspect has been identified yet.
  • Tigard, Oregon (March 6 and March 13, 2025): A Tesla dealership was hit by gunfire twice within a week. On March 6, at least seven shots damaged three cars and shattered windows. On March 13, over a dozen shots were fired, further damaging vehicles and the building. Police note similar incidents at Tesla locations nationwide may be politically motivated.
  • Lynnwood, Washington (March 11, 2025): Six Tesla Cybertrucks at a dealership were spray-painted with swastikas and profanity. The Lynnwood Police and FBI are investigating.
  • Kansas City, Missouri (March 17, 2025): Two Tesla Cybertrucks caught fire at a dealership, with police suspecting arson. The FBI is assisting in the investigation.
  • Las Vegas, Nevada (March 18, 2025): Five Tesla vehicles were damaged in a targeted fire at a Tesla Collision Center. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force are investigating.

Teslas are being vandalized right and left. Fortunately, some are caught in the act.

Numerous vandalism incidents have been reported (Grok)

  • Sacramento, California (May 2019): A widely publicized Sentry Mode video showed two men keying a Tesla Model 3 and denting it with a truck door. The footage, shared on Reddit and covered by outlets like Teslarati, went viral with over 1.1 million views, resulting in the vandals turning themselves in to Sacramento police. The video captured their faces clearly as they laughed and returned to inflict more damage.
  • Broomfield, Colorado (September 2019): A woman was recorded keying a Tesla Model 3 in a school parking lot. The owner, Alan Tweedie, shared the footage on Facebook, where it garnered over 100,000 views. Local news picked it up, and the vandal turned herself in, facing a class 6 felony charge for criminal mischief after causing an estimated $2,000 in damage.
  • Edmonton, Canada (October 2019): Sentry Mode caught a man keying a Model 3 owned by Godwin Leung, a news editor. The vandal, seen exiting a pickup truck and scratching the car, turned himself in after the video spread online. He faced a mischief charge and agreed to pay $1,600 for repairs, as reported by Electrek and Teslarati.
  • San Diego, California (November 2023): A Tesla Model 3’s cameras recorded a woman keying the driver-side door in a parking garage. The victim’s son reviewed the footage, showing her retrieving a key from her trunk before scratching the car. CBS8 reported the incident, and a police investigation followed, with repair costs exceeding $3,000.
  • Scarborough, Ontario (August 2024): Posts on X highlighted Sentry Mode footage of a vandal denting and keying a Tesla Model Y. Toronto Police confirmed an ongoing investigation, with potential mischief charges pending, as noted by user ajtourville.
  • Australia (December 2024): A Tesla owner shared Sentry Mode footage on X (via @DriveTeslaca) of a woman keying their car, damaging its pink wrap and underlying paint. The video helped identify the suspect, though further outcomes weren’t detailed.

 A 26-year-old Trump hater with “She/They” pronouns has been charged with felony criminal damage to property and misdemeanor criminal trespass after allegedly vandalizing a newly built Tesla sales, service, and delivery center with graffiti targeting Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and supporting “trans rights.”

The Daily Herald reports that Erin L. White, a resident of the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove, was arrested on charges of vandalizing the newly-built Tesla dealership located in the same town. The incident occurred on Friday, and White is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

After Scott Jennings BLASTS Democrats for “systematic terrorism” against Elon and Tesla — — Neera Tandon answers with “people are legitimately upset” and Josh Rogin jokes that Teslas would just “fall apart” on their own anyway.

JENNINGS: “What’s going on with a guy who helps our country, who runs successful companies, who doesn’t have to be doing this. And now one of his companies is under systematic terroristic threats and violence all over the country. And people seem to be laughing about it or fine with it.” “It’s outrageous. I’ve sat at this table and had people say we should cut Elon Musk from the government totally. He rescued our astronauts today. Is that what we want? The treatment of this guy is outrageous. These people who are doing this need to be found, put in jail and made an example of. That’s my point.”

TANDON: “Anyone who commits violence against Tesla or Congress or anyone else should be put in jail. 1,000%. But that does not stifle dissent or opposition from Elon Musk.”

JENNINGS: “Give it little lip service. Give it a little both sides.”

TANDON: “I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry to say that people are legitimately upset. They’re legitimately upset.” “But there is no reason to have violence in the country and I just wish all of us would support punishing people who are violent wherever they are.”

ROGIN: “From what I understand Tesla’s will fall apart if you just leave them alone anyway. Yeah, there’s nothing really anybody really needs to do about it. Just drive them enough. Eventually the things will start to fall apart.”

Left wing groups are all but begging for violence to be visited upon Tesla owners and dealers:

A website called “Dogequest” reportedly has published the personal information of Tesla owners nationwide in an apparent bid to shame and intimidate them as Elon Musk’s ties with the Trump White House have grown.

The site, called “Dogequest,” reportedly reveals the names, addresses and phone numbers of Tesla owners throughout the US using an interactive map — and uses an image of a Molotov cocktail as a cursor.

The site’s operators, who also posted the exact locations of Tesla dealerships, said that they will remove identifying information about Tesla drivers only if they provide proof that they sold their electric vehicles, according to 404 Media.

Musk has rightly called this “terrorism” as Teslas have even been riddled with bullets

Tesla CEO Elon Musk condemned the latest attack on his electric vehicle company as an act of “terrorism” after Nevada police confirmed a “targeted attack” on a Tesla facility in Las Vegas.

Early Tuesday morning, a suspect dressed in black used Molotov cocktails and a firearm to carry out the attack on a Tesla Collision Center, according to the FBI and Nevada authorities. The suspect also spray-painted “RESIST” on the building.

“This level of violence is insane and deeply wrong. Tesla just makes electric cars and has done nothing to deserve these evil attacks,” Musk said in a post to X, later calling the incident “terrorism.”

The suspect fired three rounds into different Tesla vehicles, damaging a total of five cars, including two that were engulfed in flames, according to Las Vegas Police Department assistant sheriff Dori Koren’s press briefing Tuesday afternoon.

Attacks continue to be ramped up and now are accompanied by death threats. This absolutely is terrorism, and AG Pan Bondi has affirmed it.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is calling the recent spate of arson attacks and vandalism against Tesla vehicles “nothing short of domestic terrorism” and promising harsh punishments for perpetrators if they are caught.

The statement from Bondi came after the latest incident in which five Tesla vehicles were damaged when a fire was started at a Tesla Collision Center in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning. That was the latest in a wave of incidents aimed at the electric vehicle company, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

In the statement Tuesday, Bondi said, “The swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism.” In some of the cases, she said the Justice Department is charging perpetrators with crimes that carry five-year mandatory minimum sentences.

“We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes,” she said in the statement.

Bondi should employ all of the measures made precedent in the Jan 6 investigation. Kash Patel should deploy several thousand FBI agents to hunt these perpetrators down using mobile phone geolocation and arrest anyone within half a mile of the incidents. The preps should then be dispatched to solitary confinement pending arraignment and held for years without a trial.  Heck, she should even multiply the sentences with that 1512 rule and let the courts sort it out later.

We see Teslas all over Utah.
Utah also happens to be an “Open Carry,” pro-2nd Amendment state where self-defense as well as defense of property is respected.
No instances of arson against Teslas here.
I wonder if there’s a connection.
