Welcome back to Day 40 of the Reconstruction in wake of the Biden*/Coupmala Regime! This week we go back to The Economist, checking in how a once excellent British publication degraded to being a print version of CNN. Let us count the reasons why:
Donald Trump has begun a mafia-like struggle for global power
“Mafia” suggests control. Aren’t we the ones trying to get Europe to take more responsibility for their own security?
Can Europe confront Vladimir Putin’s Russia on its own?
The simple answer is “Yes”. Putin doesn’t have the resources to roll Europe, and if he did want to, Europe could make some hard choices as to how they want to live.
Will Donald Trump and Elon Musk wreck or reform the Pentagon?
Yes. Who says that Hegsworth can’t do both? Both steps are necessary.
Elon Musk is failing to cut American spending
Pointing out that Entitlement Reform and the Military will get bigger bang for the buck is correct on the surface. But this is not a good faith argument. The Radical Left wants to sucker Trump into cutting these programs for their public unpopularity. Yes, these need to be confronted. But first, the public needs a steady diet of seeing how badly our tax dollars are being wasted before we can even have a serious talk about the biggest problems.
Yep, MSNBC-level writing. Way to go, Economist, way to go.
Donald Trump cries “invasion” to justify an immigration crackdown
Friendly advice, Britain. When you’re in the middle of being conquered by seventh century barbarians, now might not be the best time to lecture other countries fighting off foreign invasions.
Is it just me, or is the only masculinity that The Radical Left doesn’t find toxic comes when men dress as women and prey on women and/or children?
How bad could a second Trump presidency get?
Another marker of success – when the people rooting for a dying world don’t like what you’re doing.
Have a great weekend!

It’s not Truth to Power if you wait til the electorate retires him and his enablers.
Cashing in on the very conspiracies he helped cover up. It’s almost poetic how he’s monetizing his own complicity. https://t.co/fuNTelGYoO

Brother Bob is no longer on Facebook (although you can see his archives there), and is back on Twitter again, but is ramping up on Minds and Gab, and has his biggest presence on MeWe.

If Vance could have I bet he would drag the little ingrate to the presidential loo and given him a nice swirly.

That could have raised plenty of money on pay per view!
After miserable demonstration of it’s military power, why would Merz feel NATO is done? Isn’t that totally in the EU’s and England’s hands? All they have to do is pitch in. So, while the EU LOANS Ukraine their aid, the US is a jerk for demanding renumeration for OUR aid, which overwhelms the EU’s? It appears Trump wants to use economic power, as opposed to military power, to control aggression. I guess those that seek to make the US weak and poor can’t grasp this. This guy seems to, at the same time, criticize Trump for “exploiting” dependencies on the US while saying that we need to cultivate those dependencies. Sounds like Democrat foreign policy.
Getting Europe to take more responsibility for their own defense (and thus not the sole responsibility of the US) has been Trump’s goal from the beginning. As I said, the Russians demonstrated they aren’t that tough a nut to crack. Sometimes, leftists don’t realize, as they are whining, that they are making exactly Trump’s point.
The link goes to “Elon Musk is failing…”, but I looked this one up. It has a paywall.
Doncha love those who have claimed that while it was impossible for Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden to accomplish the things we demanded, they expect Trump to turn it 180 degrees around in three weeks? Why do they have such low expectations of THEIR people but expect perfection from a Republican? Experience, maybe? I find it difficult to imagine, even for leftists, openly rooting against cutting waste, fraud and theft of taxpayer money, regardless of the final total. But, here we are.
“Conspiracies are kept away from the American people”? Really? Where have they been for the past 8 years? The left is NOTHING without their conspiracy theories, which always prove not to be very well thought out theories. Yeah, probably before the full-political weaponization of vital government agencies, people like Patel and Hegseth might never have been an agency head (which would be unfortunate). But in light of the abuses of power, people like Patel, Hegseth, Bondi, et al are absolutely necessary. How could Patel “exaggerate” the abuses of Crossfire Hurricane? The FBI took a known lie and based an entire investigation and persecution upon it. How do you make that sound worse than it is? This is all pretty rich coming from people that supported the FBI targeting, arresting, confiscating property from anyone that was simply associated with Trump. If a “crackpot” is someone that won’t tolerate fascism in our government, call me a crackpot.
I wonder what a better word to describe a 4-year march of 20,000,000 illegal immigrants across our border would be? Maybe, since they were invited by Democrats they could be called “5th Columnists”, but the result is the same. The second paragraph could have been rendered down to simply, “Trump enforced federal laws already in place.” And, gosh, you mean to say Trump canceled the app illegal immigrants used to schedule the hearings they ignored? How can we go on?
If the left doesn’t like these “martyrs” maybe they should stop creating them.
Wow… that one didn’t age very well, did it? Trump got about 80% of his agenda in motion in less than a month. What hindered Trump in the first term was he naively believed the government he ran would work for the American people, not far left interests. THIS time, he is prepared for that and is replacing the anti-American interests in government. The only luck Trump had in the first term was that he took over an economy ready to explode but was held back by Democrat suppression and oppression. This time, he has an economy that has been largely destroyed and inflation created by stupid policies and wasteful spending of TRILLIONS of dollars. That has to be repaired first, not simply unleashing the economy by removing onerous regulations. And with 30 to 40 million illegal immigrants, we aren’t likely to run out of cabbage-pickers no matter how many gang members we deport.
Weird. I double checked and the link is to archive. No external links either, so not sure what went wrong.
Wow… that one didn’t age very well, did it?
Yeah, I’m bookmarking this one to check back in about a year and provide a most likely failing grade to its author
I seriously doubt they would admit to their bias-driven “analysis” failure. Have they ever?
Sort of like how Jake Tapper is owning his complicity in covering up for Sundown Joe*
I swear, they must think they operate in a vacuum.
The first things I discovered when I started this latest endeavor:
1) The divide and conquer is the wrong mentality.(Standards are same standards we all follow)
2) Unity needs help to be restored in your community. (we can all help with this at the same time)
3) We all want peace, prosperity, privacy and protection (the bases for communities)
4) Strength comes in many forms. (knowing yours strengths is important)
5) Work life balance leads to more innovation. (Time to relax and reflect leads to more productivity and innovation)
6) know the necessities for life. (food water shelter)
7) Create a level playing field for all (a true incentive system)
8) Weaknesses are something we all have get to know yours. (Find people to help cover yours)
9) Cost are cost (knowing them makes decision easier)
10) KNOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. (SMALL OR LARGE IT IS STILL RELEVANT)
