This is Robert Garcia. He was born in Peru and came to the US as an illegal immigrant. He was the Mayor of Long Beach CA from 2014-2022 and he has a big mouth.
Donald Trump’s actions with Elon Musk have gotten Garcia’s pants in a twist and he made an overt threat to Trump and Musk. He implored Americans to kill Trump and Musk.
“what the American public wants is for us to bring actual weapons to this bar fight.”
Nasty stuff given that there have been two attempts on Trump’s life already.
US Attorney Ed Martin sent Garcia a letter warning him about his attempts to foment another assassination.
Garcia responded by whing about his being a victim:
So if you criticize Elon Musk, Trump’s DOJ will send you this letter. Members of Congress must have the right to forcefully oppose the Trump Administration. I will not be silenced.

There have been many such threats to Trump’s and Musk’s lives both on Facebook and TikTok. The silence of the democrat leadership is tacit endorsement. Trump’s DOJ needs to come down hard on this, starting with Garcia.

Notice the outrage at the threat of actual violence the CNN talking head expresses.
The left chooses their words carefully to, first, incite the though of violence and assassination while they can fall back and try to use the cover of rhetoric. However, when they claim “Peacefully go and make your voices heard” translates to “INSURRECTION! INSURRECTION! DESTROY THE CAPITAL!!“, they themselves set the bar for justified outrage rather low. Also, they have an actual history of inciting violence and assassinations.
I say arrest him. Take his phone and other electronics and investigate them thoroughly. Hold him without bail; he’s an illegal immigrant, so he’s a flight risk. If we keep allowing these leftist anarchists to get away with inciting violence (and it’s not like no violence is ever actually incited), they will continue to spread their political terrorism.
