Several democrat mayors, governors and even some LEOs have vowed to obstruct CBP and ICE in their efforts at deportation.

Immigration advocacy groups and Democratic leaders are seeking to disrupt President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to deport millions of undocumented immigrants by pre-drafting lawsuits that could be filed as soon as he takes office.

Trump has vowed carry out what he calls “the largest deportation operation” in the country’s history, and has pledged to reinstate and expand his controversial ban on people coming into the U.S. from certain majority-Muslim countries as part of his immigration policy.

and more recently

As President Donald Trump tightens the nation’s immigration policies, lawmakers in Democratic-led states are proposing new measures that could erect legal obstacles for federal immigration officials and help immigrants lacking legal status avoid deportation.

The resistance efforts in California, New York and other states are a counterpoint to the many Republican-led states advancing measures to aid Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration, highlighting a national divide.

In just his first week in office, Trump’s administration has halted refugee arrivals; fast-tracked deportations; sent military troops to the southern border; lifted longtime rules restricting immigration enforcement near schools, churches and hospitals; attempted to end birthright citizenship; and ordered federal prosecutors to investigate state or local officials who they believe are interfering with his crackdown on illegal immigration.

Americans support what’s going on now

Many U.S. adults support stronger security at the southern border and deporting immigrants in the U.S. illegally who have been convicted of violent crimes, according to a survey by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.

And what is going on right now? To what are democrats objecting? Courtesy of Grok:

“CBP Arrests:

  • CBP primarily deals with individuals encountered at or near the border or ports of entry.
  • They apprehend individuals who are deemed inadmissible, those who are seeking humanitarian protection, or those who withdraw their application for admission and return to their countries of origin.
  • Specific arrests include those of individuals wanted for crimes, such as a California woman at Dulles International Airport and a man sought on a manslaughter warrant by Midland police in Presidio, Texas.

CBP also arrests those involved in drug smuggling, as seen in cases where they seized cocaine or apprehended non-citizens from various countries like Romania, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic in St. Thomas.

ICE Arrests:

  • ICE focuses on enforcement within the interior of the United States, often targeting individuals with criminal histories or those who have violated immigration laws.
  • In recent reports, ICE has arrested individuals for various criminal activities including murder, rape, drug trafficking, and gang membership. Notable examples include:
    • A Guatemalan national charged with assault and driving offenses.
    • A Mexican national convicted of aggravated assault and illegal reentry.
    • A Salvadoran national accused of kidnapping and child-related crimes.
    • An MS-13 gang member facing deportation.
    • Individuals charged with sexual offenses, like a Honduran illegal alien charged with rape, and others with connections to gang or criminal activities.

    General Trends:

    • Both agencies deal with a significant number of arrests related to immigration enforcement, with ICE focusing on administrative arrests, criminal arrests, and removals based on immigration status or criminal history, particularly targeting those with criminal convictions or charges.
    • CBP’s arrests often involve those encountered at the border, including those with criminal backgrounds or involved in smuggling activities.
    • There is also a focus on apprehending individuals who have entered the country illegally or have been previously deported, and then subsequently commit crimes or are found to have criminal warrants.

These arrests reflect a broad spectrum of enforcement activities aimed at protecting national security, public safety, and ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws.

    This from Fox News:

    Arrests include:

    – A Mexican national, Jesus Perez, arrested in Salt Lake City, charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

    – A Honduran national, Franklin Osorto-Cruz, convicted of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested in New York.

    – A Jamaican national, Kamaro Denver Haye, arrested for “promote a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years of age and possessing sexual performance by child less than 16 years of age: possess/access to view.”

    – A Mexican national, Jesus Baltazar Mendoza, convicted of 2nd degree assault of a child. He was arrested in St. Paul.

    – Colombian national Andres Orjuela Parra, who was arrested in San Francisco. He has a conviction of sexual penetration with a foreign object on an unaware victim.

    – Six illegal immigrants in Miami from Guatemala, with criminal histories including battery, child abuse, fraud, resisting arrest, DWI, trespassing and vandalism.

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Bill Melugin was on the ground in Boston, where agents arrested multiple MS-13 gang members, Interpol Red Notices, and murder & rape suspects.

To be clear, this is what democrats are protecting:

Criminals, murderers, rapists, sexual predators. The first gentleman in the following video has 17 criminal convictions.

This is what they’re objecting to. This what they’re vowing to stop- the removal of this garbage. It’s not unfair to assert that democrats want more dead and sexually assaulted young women and children. That’s Biden’s legacy.

democrat still haven’t caught on. Trump does this all the time and it’s a thing of beauty. He makes rather bold predictions and while democrats are chasing their tails he acts. Now they look stupid and anti-American for wanting to keep murderers, rapists and predators in country.

He did the same thing with Greenland. He suggested that Greenland could become part of the US while getting what he really wanted- a closer security relationship with Greenland.

Like many of us have said over the years- pay more attention to what he does and less to what he says. IMO Trump, Noem and Homan are focused on the criminal element primarily and shutting off any new invaders. After that, we’ll see.

Many are non violent people just looking for a better life, they have to go too. Start with the really bad ones the one that have turned shelters and the area around shelters into hell on earth. Trashed hotels that once were decent for tourists. Defund the NGOs hauling them in. No citizenship no financial assistance, green card or not.

And until this ridiculous “birth right citizenship” is eliminated, think of how quickly the 40 million hoard of illegal immigrants is growing. We may need some cheap workers, but we don’t need 40 million of them.

Nahhh we need to free up all the housing being occupied prices drop for competition, then the kids can afford to move out of the basement construction jobs pay good, on one site alone 8 of 43 workers came to work today. Parents will need to toughen up and end the free ride. All those fied DEI they can be the fruit pickers, toilet cleaners, learn to code.

No, Democrats don’t care about how many innocent citizens die at the hands of criminal illegal immigrants, just as they don’t care how much subsidizing millions of illegal immigrants costs the taxpayers. What’s a few insignificant nobody’s lives compared to a massive permanent voting bloc? Making omelets, you know.

Some of the worst need to be sent to places like Pelosi’s home. Put them in Newsom’s mansion. Have some of these Democrat elites use them as babysitters. Sorry, but until they feel personal pain, they will NEVER care and, until they care, they won’t act.

We need to send them Yah-Hoo’s to the United Nations to stay let them take care of these invaders since the UN are also Invaders

Seems the President of Colubis has turned away 2 transport planes, after speaking with Trump about a 25% tarriff and possibly sanction he is sending his own plane to pick a few up. We know what the first deportees are like in Colubia these are upright citizens.
