The Week in Radical Leftism – Yep, More from the Economist!

Welcome back to Day 1404 of the now waning days of the Biden*/Coupmala occupation! Sorry for no post last week, but that pesky real life got in the way of my blogging. This week’s post will be relatively light, and the we should get back to relatively normal after Thanksgiving. But for now:

GLP-1s like Ozempic are among the most important drug breakthroughs ever

It wasn’t that long ago that whenever drug companies got blasted by critics my initial thought was, “How about a bit of gratitude towards the companies that offer medical miracles towards everyone, regardless of income?” Now I read a post like this and just hear an announcer’s voice adding in, “This article was proudly bought to you by… Pfizer!”

Why half of America will vote for Donald Trump

I’m sure you’ll be as shocked as I am as to how wrong the Lefties got this. Let’s break down the 3 reasons The Economist missed it:

  1. Our two party system – somehow Trump winning our primaries, as opposed to the Democrats’ rigging of every one of their primaries since Barry O was on the ticket gave him some inexplicable advantage.
  2. The economy – Spoken in the true fashion of an academic completely disconnected from reality, The Economist offers some Paul Krugman-esque broad brush stroke empty platitudes about how we’re just too stupid to appreciate how awesome the Biden* economy is.
  3. “Political Sociology” – their way of downplaying how Trump connected with average Americans.

Read it all – it’s fun to see another angle of how The Radical Left gets it wrong.

How bad could a second Trump presidency get?

Another fun read of terrified Lefties. Again, the cluelessness makes you enjoy their misery all the more.

Democrats need to understand: Americans think they’re worse

This is one of those cases where “I read so you don’t have to” – their simple answer is that we Simpletons failed to appreciate the awesomeness of the Biden* occupation.

The biggest losers from Trumponomics

I could go on all day about how The Economist no longer is, but this post as a whole could be summed up with this excerpt:

Mr Trump’s policies are also set to reshape migration flows—the third big upset. He has repeatedly promised to deport millions of illegal immigrants. Mexico, again, would suffer more than any other large economy. Reintegrating a huge mass of workers into its labour market could take years, causing unemployment to surge

And somehow the US economy isn’t even considered. This perfectly summarizes today’s Left.

A second Trump term comes with unacceptable risks

Again, one small excerpt sums it all up:

But voters claiming to be hard-headed are overlooking the tail risk of a Trump presidency. By making Mr Trump leader of the free world, Americans would be gambling with the economy, the rule of law and international peace.

Which begs the obvious question – how would any of these three categories get worse than they did under Biden*?

Ukraine can, at last, use its Western missiles inside Russia

And finally, in the most disturbing post, The Economist tries to positively spin it as “Joe Biden wants to send North Korea a message”, where any Normals see it as, “Biden’s* handlers are sending the world a message that they’re ready to start WWIII”.

Have a great weekend!
