With the vote for the next Senate GOP leader coming on November 13—just eight days after the general election—it’s crystal clear: John Cornyn is the wrong choice. His actions, associations, and behind-the-scenes dealings show that he is not aligned with President Trump’s vision or the priorities of the MAGA movement.
Cornyn’s close connection to Rob Jesmer, his top political consultant, reveals exactly where his loyalties lie—and it’s not with Trump. Jesmer, now a partner at FP1 Strategies, has openly attacked Trump, calling him a “psychopath” and saying the GOP must keep him out of the White House. Jesmer didn’t stop there—he claimed Trump is “blowing up the Republican Party,” signaling deep disdain for everything the MAGA movement stands for.
Jesmer’s past work with Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us—a group that promotes immigration policies at odds with Trump’s agenda—further exposes Cornyn’s true intentions. Jesmer has even dismissed immigration as a major issue, proving that Cornyn and his inner circle will likely block key Trump immigration reforms if given power.
Despite all this, Cornyn was recently seen aboard Trump Force One, clearly trying to cozy up to Trump and secure support for his Senate leadership bid. But it’s obvious Cornyn’s goal is not to advance Trump’s policies—it’s to gain power for himself and undermine the very movement he now pretends to support.
Cornyn and his McConnell-aligned allies are also pushing for a closed-ballot vote to avoid accountability, making it clear they’re not interested in transparency or MAGA priorities.
Make no mistake: John Cornyn cannot be trusted to lead the Senate under a second Trump administration. His associations, agenda, and hidden contempt for Trump’s vision will only sabotage the policies and progress that matter most. The GOP must reject Cornyn’s bid for Senate leadership—anything less will be a betrayal of the movement and the voters who demand change.

Cornyn is my Senator, but I wish Texas would provide a viable alternative. I’m sick of him. Maybe Trump can have some influence.
And sadly corruptocrats like him and Graham and McConnell are impervious to any kind of primary challenge
