Before any Soros typing monkeys or FBI interns trawling through the blogosphere think this is some MAGA INCITEMENT OF VIOLENCE!!!, trust me it is not. However, I do pay attention to various data points, and what I see coming together is disturbing at best. New York Rep Dan Goldman offered this bit of effluent last week (emphasis mine):

Trump knows his campaign can’t win New York. But he also knows that the path to the House majority runs straight through New York.

Why does he care? Because he wants Mike Johnson – the architect of the 2020 effort to overturn the election – to be Speaker of the House on January 6, 2025 in order to execute a coup when he loses.

We cannot let that happen.

Combine that with Rep. Jamie Raskin saying the quiet part out loud in that when Trump wins the Dems will just stretch the law to disqualify him from taking office.

Then there was A Disturbing Number of Democrats Think America Would Be Better Off If Trump Were Assassinated. As PJM’s Matt Margolis writes (again, emphasis mine):

According to a new survey that RMG Research conducted for the Napolitan News Service, a staggering 17% of voters believe that America would be better off if last week’s assassination attempt on Trump had succeeded. This includes an alarming 28% of Democrats, with another 24% unsure whether America might be better off if Trump were dead.

Only 48% of Democrats could definitively say that the country would not be better off if Trump had been killed.

Let that sink in. Using my brilliant mathematical brain, I was able to deduce that 28% + 24% = 52%. There is no subtle way to say this – half of all Democrats are clinically insane. If you seriously believe that assassinating a presidential candidate is definitely/might be better for the country you are a couple of cans short of a six pack. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that these 52% are heavily represented in the media and Democrat politicians.

The final piece for today is a story that got surprisingly little coverage when it came down last week – Police Towers and Brick Pallets in Springfield, Ohio. The half minute video isn’t verified, but a local resident noticed that ahead of this Saturday’s “P****d Off Americans March” there suddenly appeared a small tower and a few pallets of bricks. It’s looking like if The Radical Left can’t get another Charlottesville Big Lie ( A lie so egregious that even the Leftists at Snopes finally debunked it)  to happen they’ll just have to stage it. Hopefully I’m wrong about this. Hopefully I’m wrong about all of this. For everyone’s sake.

Hopefully Warren Zevon did not prophesize what’s coming in a few weeks…
