Kamala Harris cannot and will not face a serious interview without a heaping bowl of word salad and she knows it. Thus, she only speaks at campaign rallies and it’s exactly the same canned speech each time.
The left-wing state media, already unabashedly in lockstep with Harris, has that covered. As Harris is interview-impaired, there’s no need to have interviews!
The Associated Press is raising eyebrows by downplaying the need for Vice President Kamala Harris to speak to the press.
“Meet the press? Hold that thought. The candidate sit-down interview ain’t what it used to be,” a headline from the AP read Friday.
Harris, who has yet to do an interview nor hold a press conference since she swiftly became the Democratic nominee, suggested Thursday her campaign will schedule a sit-down interview before the end of the month after her GOP rival, former President Trump, held an hour-long press conference, during which he spent a lot of time slamming her for avoiding the media.
“That’s about to change, now that it has become a campaign issue,” the AP wrote. “But for journalists, the larger lesson is that their role as presidential gatekeepers is probably diminishing forever.”
It is diminishing because the left-wing media has become an arm of the DNC.

One of Harris’ traits is a total lack of originality and authenticity. She needed a new theme and now promises a number of things that sound very familiar.
She’ll bring down prices.
“While our economy is doing well by many measures, prices for every day things like groceries are still too high. You know it, and I know it. When I am president, it will be a day one priority to fight to bring down prices…”
She knows how to fix the immigration system:
“I was attorney general of a border state. I went after the transnational gangs, the drug cartels & human traffickers … We know our immigration system is broken & we know what it takes to fix it.“
She promises to end taxes on tips
“It is my promise to everyone here, when I am president, we will continue our fight for working families of America,” Harris said, “including to raise the minimum wage and eliminate taxes on tips for service and hospitality workers.”
She’ll be tough on the border:
‘And as president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking. Fixing the border is tough. So is Kamala Harris.’
She’s going to get tough on the gangs that she allowed into the country
“I was attorney general of a border state. I went after the transnational gangs, the drug cartels and the human traffickers,” Harris said, touching on an issue she has rarely spoken about in depth. “I prosecuted them in case after case and I won, so I know what I’m talking about.”
If she’s doing better in the polls, it’s because she’s campaigning as Donald Trump. She is shamelessly and disingenuously stealing everything from Donald Trump’s playbook. She’s becoming Trump.
But it’s not all Trump. Here she espouses governmental price controls, which is always a disaster.
“It will be a day 1 priority to fight to bring down prices. I’ll take on big corporations that engage in illegal price gouging. I’ll take on corporate landlords that unfairly raise rents. I will take on Big Pharma and cap the costs of drugs.”
And here she ominously sounds like she intends to pare down the population of the US
“When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breath clean air and drink clean water.”
She’s going to reward those who illegally invade this country with US citizenship
The furthest she has gone in recent weeks is pledging to expand avenues for migrants to someday become American citizens.
I’ve seen a lot of things in my years, but this is a first. Harris has done a nearly total 180 on everything she stands for. In truth Harris believes in none of the things she now professes to endorse. She is soft on crime, wants to confiscate guns, defund police, give felon the t=right to vote and throw open the borders even further. Her campaign has become a Munchausen by Proxy policy– she made the country sick and now she alone has the medicine to heal it. Those are things she is and she is depending on people being too stupid to remember them.
All things she calls out are her fault. She helped engineer all the problems the country now faces. As VP she was a complete failure and would go on only to become a colossal failure as President. This mirroring of Donald Trump is both audacious and phony. Harris has never been regarded as very bright and IMO this cements it. This is not her idea – few are- this one reeks of David Plouffe of Obama hack fame.
I’ll be interested to see if the state media notices.
Harris means none of what she is saying now, except for the invasive government policies. Let’s go back to something from CNN three years ago- Harris learns nothing.
In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle’s Tal Kopan, which was clearly designed as a pushing of the “reset” button, it’s what Vice President Kamala Harris didn’t say that may be the most telling.
Here’s the line from Kopan: “Harris twice did not directly answer a question about lessons she had learned and whether she wished she’d done anything differently over the past year.”
What did Harris sound off on? That the press coverage of her has been “ridiculous.”

But, the media isn’t why two senior communications aides – Symone Sanders and Ashley Etienne – are leaving the vice president’s office after a year. Nor is it on the media that plenty of people affiliated with Harris seem comfortable openly discussing her problems with reporters.
Blaming the media for her problems might play well with her political base. But, an inability to look inward and reflect on what she could have done better this year could well impede Harris’ political rise.
The best politicians aren’t the ones who don’t make any mistakes. The best politicians are the ones who investigate any mistake they make in hopes of not making the same one again.
If you don’t think there is anything you could have done differently or better in your first year as vice president of the United States well then you are either a) perfect or b) not thinking hard enough.
The Point: Harris remains the frontrunner to be the Democratic nominee for president in 2024 or 2028. But, her first year in office – and her lack of willingness to consider what she could have done better – should set off some alarm bells for party leaders.
If the best she’s got is to emulate Donald Trump, one need say nothing more. Why vote for the would-be clone failure instead of the real thing?

Not so sure about the tough part.
DrJohn has been a health care professional for more than 40 years. In addition to clinical practice he has done extensive research and has published widely with over 70 original articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. DrJohn is well known in his field and has lectured on every continent except for Antarctica. He has been married to the same wonderful lady for over 45 years and has three kids- two sons, both of whom are attorneys and one daughter who is in the field of education.
DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed.
Except for liberals being foolish.
She appeals to the super-low information/welfare recipients who need gov’t-as-daddy.
They are a large voter bloc.
They don’t know what she’s saying or, whether it comports with things she’s been doing.
They don’t care, either.
They know she’s been taking care of them and will continue to.
Her copying of Trump’s talking points is mere rhetoric.
Kind of reminds me of when Obama used to lie when he spoke to the general public and his constituents knew he was lying so they kept supporting him.
It’s enough to make you puke when these thin-skinned crybabies that get absolutely CODDLED by the media blame their own Ministry of Propaganda for their problems.
And she IS a bitch. Her staff confirms it. Worse, she’s a bitch for the sake of being a bitch. She can’t handle power responsibly. She won’t do her research and then blames her staff when she looks stupid. It strains credulity to believe she’s suddenly reversed all her life-long positions that have caused so much damage. But, Democrats are accustomed to their candidates lying to the moderates in order to get elected. Obama did it and, under Obama’s direction, Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden did it. Why WOULDN’T Kamala do it?
If you support Democrats, you support the lies, the violence, the lawfare and they elitist rule that in inherent in the Democrat party.
