Despite evidence to the contrary, Biden denied being involved in his son’s business, barking at the reporter the second time.

The winning story, chosen from over 2,300 entries, reported the claims of a whistleblower who said they were on a 2012 conference call with then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter discussing a Latin American online gambling business. The whistleblower revealed Joe was active on the call discussing details of the business, and appeared to be involved as a ‘silent partner’.
The NY Times has confirmed that USA David Weiss wanted to charge Hunter Biden in DC and California but was blocked:
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley claimed that U.S. Attorney David Weiss alleged to multiple witnesses that he was told by the DOJ that he could not bring charges against Hunter Biden in California and Washington D.C. Attorney General Merrick Garland denied there being any interference in the probe.
However, the Times is now confirming that Weiss did in fact make such claims about the DOJ.
“But in mid-2022, Mr. Weiss reached out to the top federal prosecutor in Washington, Matthew Graves, to ask his office to pursue charges and was rebuffed, according to Mr. Shapley’s testimony,” The Times wrote Tuesday. “A similar request to prosecutors in the Central District of California, which includes Los Angeles, was also rejected, Mr. Shapley testified. A second former I.R.S. official, who has not been identified, told House Republicans the same story. That episode was confirmed independently to The New York Times by a person with knowledge of the situation.”
Shapley’s legal team has six more witnesses who corroborate Shapley’s account.
Now Biden plans to tour the country spewing lies about his “economy.”
President Biden was slammed by critics on social media over a post claiming that his administration has created more jobs in its first two years than any other president has done in four years.
“My Administration has created more jobs in two years than any previous administration has created in the first four years,” the president’s Twitter account posted on Tuesday. “It’s no accident. It means our economic plan is working and this is only the beginning.”
Biden’s tweet was immediately panned and “ratioed” on social media by those pointing out that much of the job creation during Biden’s term was the return of jobs lost to coronavirus lockdown measures.
Claremont Institute Communications Director Nick Short tweeted, “72% of all job gains since 2021 were simply jobs that were being recovered from the pandemic, not new job creation.
“Prior to the pandemic, job creation under Trump was 6.7 million—3 million more jobs than the current President.”
It’s going to be an uphill slog
“Inflation is less than half than what it was a year ago, caused by Russia and by the war in Ukraine and by what was going on.”

The efforts of the left-wing media notwithstanding, the atmospheric pressure of Biden’s crimes are going to prove to be unrelenting and overwhelming.
