The legal persecution of former President Donald Trump has continued unabated ever since he stepped into the political scene in 2015. What is clear now more than ever is that we now have a two-tiered system of justice.
On one hand, we have leftist authoritarians using their power to crush their opponents while on the other hand, we have the justice system looking the other way on things like Joe Bidens classified document violations, the ties between himself, Hunter Biden, China, and Ukraine as well as his use of his office to squash media stories about his son.
Then we have examples such as the Douglass Mackey conviction for daring to make fun of one of their anointed ones. This double standard is a sure sign of how corrupt the Biden Admin and the Deep State are.
Using the Douglass Mackey conviction and the Donald Trump indictment, both from the state of New York, Carlson puts an exclamation point on the toxic nature of the two-tiered system of justice; accurately noting they are not trying to hide it, because the visibility of it is the point. In their misguided attempt to prevent Trump from gaining the White House they have now opened up a Pandora’s box.
Democratic Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s case against Trump is so convoluted that even the Washington Post thinks it’s a stretch — and one that sets an ominous precedent. It threatens to open a Pandora’s box of political indictments against former presidents and other elected officials, as well as their family members, by local prosecutors seeking to settle political scores.
Paul Sperry goes through just a few of those individuals that will now become targets.
Let’s take the Clinton Foundation, described by whistleblowers as the largest unprosecuted fraud ever. Bill and Hillary Clinton registered it as a tax-exempt charity, but have used it as their own personal “piggy bank.”
The foundation keeps offices in Little Rock, Ark., where new Pulaski County DA Will Jones is a Republican who last year beat a George Soros-backed Democrat for the job. He might be able to get creative with a tax fraud case against the Clintons, who have potentially stiffed local coffers of millions in corporate income and other taxes.
Over the objections of local anti-tax advocates, the Clintons allegedly pressured Little Rock officials to float close to $20 million in bonds to buy land and construct the building housing the supposedly nonprofit foundation along with the Clinton Presidential Library.
What’s more, whistleblowers have accused Clinton Foundation officials — including the former president — of using tax-exempt donations for personal use, including private travel, which they have denied. Comingling such funds is illegal.
Other red states that could manufacture indictments against Democrats include Florida and Tennessee, where President Biden’s brother Jimmy Biden has gotten into hot water for allegedly defrauding health care companies (which he has denied).
…To be sure, nobody is insisting on ginning up charges against prominent Democrats as Bragg has done against former President Trump, the GOP front-runner for election to the White House.
The point is that what Bragg is doing could now happen anywhere.
“You can be sure there are prosecutors across Florida and Texas right now who are looking for a state-law hook into the Biden family,” warned Tom Fitton, president of watchdog group Judicial Watch.
And the moment such an indictment is unsealed, Democrats and their media propagandists will lose their minds.
But never forget: They started it. They are the ones who weaponized grand juries against political foes and sent us all down the slippery slope to a banana republic.
One thing the Democrats have been kind enough to give us is a target rich environment.
The only way to stop the Democrats is by giving them a taste of their own medicine.
It is time for Republicans in the House to begin investigating Democrats.
They could begin by impeaching Joe Biden in the House for a violation of his oath of office by not enforcing the law at the border. Mayorkas and Garland should also be impeached for perjury in Congressional testimony and failure to discharge the duties of office.
Investigations must be conducted by state and local officials in red states on any of the following subjects and beyond.
- Hunter Biden’s shady deals in Ukraine and Chine and Joe Biden’s abuse of power to get there.
- Hunter‘s tax crimes and false statements related to a gun purchase.
- Congress paying over $17 million in hush money following inappropriate behavior
- Nancy and Paul Pelosi’s suspicious trading activities prior to passages of laws or grants and subsidies granted to certain sectors.
- Hillary Clinton for accepting donations for the Clinton Foundation while being Secretary of State.
Let process become the punishment for the Democrats.
Let the Democrats face hardship by having to travel to flyover country for appearances in courts or during investigations.
Let the Democrats realize that the unwritten rule of not going after political opponents is in their interests.
This is an occasion for the GOP to stop being reactive to Democrat narratives, and instead become drivers of their narrative.
It comes down to this fact. The indictment of Donald Trump is nothing more than a politically motivated witch hunt carried out by partisan actors who are using their power to crush their opponents.

It was clearly established today that the law can grab even a billionaire former president by the collar and drag him into a courtroom.
Buying a porn star’s silence before an election and altering business records to hide the transaction might seem routine in some circles. Obstructing an investigation involving classified documents, pressuring Georgia election officials to come up with votes, and launching a violent mob at the Capitol to stop a constitutionally required electoral count may prove harder to pass off as irrelevant.
Cite the part of the indictment that mentions the specific crime. We’ll wait.

Trump didn’t obstruct the investigation of the documents he had declassified (there were no classified documents). He allowed the FBI in to view them every time they requested.

Well, we found out a couple of things today. First, the indictment is nothing we didn’t already know it was. There was no surprises, no bombshell, no wall closing in. It’s just as big a worthless pile of shit we were already led to believe it was.
Second, just as everyone had been reporting, there were 34 counts. That’s not an easy number to just guess. It’s pretty specific. What that means is Bragg definitely leaked details of the sealed indictment. If it wasn’t him, then he should be busy prosecuting someone that did it. He’s not, of course, because HE did it. Bragg should be impeached, prosecuted, convicted and disbarred.
And, yes, by all means, the crimes committed by all the Biden’s, the Clinton’s, the Pelosi’s and all those squad bitches that each have campaign finance and ethics issues. Obama should be prosecuted for spying on Trump and the IRS targeting scandal. Let them prove their innocence. Otherwise, Democrats will continue to believe they can commit any crime that suits them and continue to get away with it.
There’s an important fact being left out by the crowd calling for Republican prosecutors to do the same thing to dems.

joe, Hunter, Jim and even Hallie actually commited real crimes.
Bill and Hill actually committed real crimes.

Obama’s campaign committed real crimes.
So, it isn’t a “tit for tat,” situation at all.
It is a dam breaking so that politicians are fair game and those committing real crimes ought to be charged. The nest ought to be cleaned.
Imagine a simple reversal of roles. Imagine for a moment the defendant was a democrat and the judge a republican with this biased baggage.
There would be calls and rightly so, for this judge in this hypothetical, to recuse and remove himself from the case.
