Hunter Biden opens a GoFundMe account

This country is a disaster. The clusterf**ks are piling up- Afghanistan, the open border, Bidenflation, gas prices, COVID- he’s screwed them all up. His approval rating is in the crapper but no matter what the mess, Biden puts the blame on the unvaccinated.

Psaki’s finger-pointing came as Biden’s approval rating nosedived to 38 percent, with 53 percent saying they disapprove of how Biden has handled the presidency,  according to a poll from Quinnipiac University on Friday. ‘So what do you make of these really terrible polls? Are they that he’s doing something wrong. Is it just the communication? Or is it that he’s doing unpopular things that just have to be done?’ a reporter asked at the press briefing.

Psaki replied: ‘Well, look, I would say that this is a really tough time in our country. We’re still battling Covid and a lot of people thought we’d be through it – including us. ‘Because of the rise of the Delta variant, because of the fact that even though it was a vaccine that was approved under a Republican administration, even though we now have full FDA approval and even though it’s widely available across the country we still have a quarter of the country – less than that, 20 percent of the country – who’ve decided not to get vaccinated.

A couple of things. First

That didn’t age well. Now more have died under Biden than under Trump. A bare two months later Biden said

“there’s nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months.”

It’s almost as if he was spewing bullsh*t to get elected. Second, the economy is sputtering. I remember Biden not cutting Trump any slack for the economy suffering under COVID and I’ll be damned if I am going to cut Biden any slack for Delta. He deserves nothing but scorn.

He’s in trouble and his handlers know it. So they’ve decided to open an unconventional GoFundMe account for Hunter. It goes under the name of the Georges Berges Gallery and it is funded through the sales of paintings.

Hunter Biden paintings. Five of them have sold for at least $75,000 each.

Sen Tom Cotton described Hunter’s paintings as looking like “Corona virus got sick with a bacteria.”

And they do. The paintings attract the attention of those who seek favor with the “Big Guy” who was said to be getting “10%” of the profits. Those interested in the paintings would be people like Eric Garcetti, who is rumored to be after an ambassadorial position. There is no doubt that will be a strong Asian interest in Hunter’s paintings. You know- the same guys who want Biden to stay quiet while they invade Taiwan. Berges has made very public his desire to be a big deal in China:

The art dealer representing Hunter Biden in his debut to the professional art world was once labeled ‘one of the leading art experts on Chinese contemporary art’ and declared he would be ‘the lead guy in China‘ on finding and collecting Chinese art in a 2015 interview.

‘When you think of it, China’s economy is transforming the global economy and everything is changing because of a rising China,’ gallerist Georges Bergès told luxury lifestyle magazine Resident. ‘But beyond that, what fascinates me is the cultural impact that China is having on the world.’

Not to mention the money. Berges has quite the past:

Meanwhile, art dealer Bergès, who reportedly was sued for fraud and breach of contract in 2016 by an investor in his gallery, also filed for personal bankruptcy in 1998, and “his creditors included credit card companies, a bank, a jeweler and furniture retailer Pier One Imports.”

Berges Gallery applied for COVID relief loans and received $150,000 but as Berges chose to rep Hunter it wound up with a total of $500,000.  See how that works?

Now that Hunter seems to have hit the big time ethics are not going to be an obstacle (wink, wink).

“All interactions regarding the selling of art and the setting of prices will be handled by professional gallerists, adhering to the highest industry standards,” Psaki insisted. “And any offer out of the normal course will be rejected out of hand and the gallerists will not share information about buyers or prospective buyers, including with Hunter Biden or the administration.”

Uh huh.

You do know that Hunter still is invested with the Chinese, right?

Hunter Biden still appears to hold an ownership stake in a Chinese government-linked firm that has invested in companies sanctioned by the United States despite repeated pledges  from President Joe Biden that his family would not have any foreign business ties and claims from White House press secretary Jen Psaki that Biden’s son was ending his investment.

What could go wrong?
