Donald Trump is the only thing standing between America and a complete fascist state

Oh I know they call it “cancel culture” but that’s simply a fancy name for fascism. No longer are you allowed to have an opinion different from the “woke” elite. Expression of such brings down the wrath of the mindless, ignorant left. The left wing media has utterly abandoned their pretense of having any kind of journalism standards. The left is already fascist – imagine what the country would be like were (the marionette) Biden to win.

See what is taking place now:

Obama administration DOJ official tells Senate panel that all American institutions are racist

The head of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division during the Obama administration told lawmakers on Tuesday that she believes all American institutions suffer from structural racism.

Vanita Gupta told the Senate Judiciary Committee that racism is something she sees in all aspects of American life. “I don’t think there is an institution in this country that isn’t suffering from structural racism given our history,” she said.

(so tear it all down)

New York Times apologizes for posting a conservative opinion

In an act that virtually stands alone in the abandonment of self-defining values, the New York Times last night caved to protests from its own writers to apologize for publishing a conservative opinion piece by a ranking Republican senator. On Thursday, the editors had rightfully held firm on the need for the paper to hear all viewpoints as publishing a column by Sen. Tom Cotton (R, Ark.) calling for the use of military troops to quell rioting.  Times editorial page editor James Bennet and Times publisher A.G. Sulzberger issued defenses of the use of the opinion section to hear all sides of such national controversies. We discussed that position yesterday and many of us heralded the editors for their courage despite the overwhelming calls for private censorship.  Then, the newspaper and its journalistic ethics entirely collapsed with an announcement that effectively declared an original sin “mea culpa, mea culpa, mea máxima culpa” (“through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault.”

Principal on leave for saying she supports black lives but not movement’s ‘coercive measures’

A Vermont principal was placed on administrative leave by the school board with no intention to reinstate her following a social media post about Black Lives Matter.

Windsor School Principal Tiffany Riley was put on leave late last week over the post, which has been called “insanely tone-deaf” by former students, in which she said she believed “Black Lives Matter” but did not “agree with the coercive measures taken to get to this point across.”

“I firmly believe that Black Lives Matter, but I DO NOT agree with the coercive measures taken to get to this point across; some of which are falsified in an attempt to prove a point,” Riley wrote in a Facebook post, according to the school board.

“While I want to get behind BLM, I do not think people should be made to feel they have to choose black race over human race,” she added. “While I understand the urgency to feel compelled to advocate for black lives, what about our fellow law enforcement? What about all others who advocate for and demand equity for all? Just because I don’t walk around with a BLM sign should not mean I am a racist.”

Ex-anchor Soledad O’Brien says CNN executive told her to host only the ‘right kind of black person’

Soledad O’Brien tweeted Saturday that a CNN executive had expressed an opinion about a certain individual being the wrong type of black person.

“This is an interesting read. Reminds me of the cnn exec who told me: “Roland Martin isn’t the ‘right kind of’ Black person.” She didn’t want me to book him on my show,” O’Brien tweeted.

“Charles Blow, she told me, (also a frequent guest) was ‘the right kind of Black,’” O’Brien said in another tweet.

Nolte: Woke Staffers Threaten Strike Unless Publisher Blacklists JK Rowling’s Upcoming Book

A bunch of book burners who work for Hachette have threatened to strike if the publisher does not blacklist JK Rowling’s new book.

JK Rowling, the 54-year-old Harry Potter author, is under fire because she rejects that a biological male magically becomes a woman by simply saying, “I’m a chick now.”

Rowling has been thoughtful on this issue, she’s been compassionate, and she’s been science-based. She also believes, correctly, that this trans madness erases women and homosexuals. If there is no sex, she says, if sex is just a social construct, there can be no same-sex attraction, there can be nothing unique about being a woman, so those two identities are erased.

Further, say goodbye to women’s sports. These lunatic trans activists believe that any man who claims to be a woman should be allowed to compete against women with all the physical advantages that come with being a biological male. Among other things, no woman will ever win a weightlifting competition, foot race, or rowing contest again. Anything that involves strength or speed or parallel parking , the advantages all go to the “woman” in the wig with five o’clock shadow.

UCF Professor under investigation and police protection after tweeting about “black privilege”

We have been writing about efforts to fire professors who have criticized the “Defund the Police” campaign or Black Lives Matter.  Now, Charles Negy, an associate professor of psychology at the University of Central Florida, is under school investigation and has received police protection after he tweeted about what he views as “black privilege.” While countless professors have written about “white privilege,”  Negy is looking at discipline or termination while police have been called to his house to protect his life.  Negy is not the first professor to be put under police protection after voicing criticism of the protests or BLM.  Once again, I am less interested in the merits of the underlying debate as the implications for free speech and academic freedom.  As one of the large free speech blogs, we have long discussed efforts to pressure or fire academics for their exercise of free speech and academic freedom.  Recently, however, these efforts have been joined by schools and fellow academics who seek to deter others from expressing opposing views.

MIT Chaplain forced to resign after comments on Floyd case

The most recent controversy concerns a Catholic chaplain, Daniel Moloney, who has resigned as chaplain for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His removal followed his reference to the criminal record of George Floyd and equivocating comments on the problem of racism in police departments.  His case raises the question of whether the free speech concerns should be treated differently for non-academic positions.

‘Days of Our Lives’ star Melissa Reeves under fire for anti-Black Lives Matter stance

“Days of Our Lives” actress Melissa Reeves is catching heat from her co-stars and the long-running soap’s fans for coming out against the Black Lives Matter movement.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Reeves — who has played Jennifer Horton on the NBC sudser on and off for the past three decades — “liked” several anti-BLM posts from right-wing activist Candace Owens on Instagram.

Owner of Ohio store ransacked by rioters says she’s receiving threats for cooperating with police

An Ohio business owner told “Fox & Friends” on Monday that she is receiving threats for cooperating with law enforcement officials investigating the looting of her cupcake store last month.

Kelly Kandah, the owner of Colossal Cupcakes in Cleveland, which was destroyed by looters, said some of those threats include people telling her that when her store is rebuilt, “it’s going to get hit again.”

She said she also received complaints that her cooperation with investigators is “unfair,” that she shouldn’t be cooperating with the FBI and that what she is doing is “against the cause, which I’m actually absolutely for the cause, but it’s upsetting people that I would involve the police over something such as property.”

Kandah said her store was ransacked while she and four employees were hiding inside a locked bathroom of the store on May 30 during protests over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody. She said police saved her life that day.

Protester shoots 60-year-old driver whose SUV is blocked by mob of demonstrators; suspect arrested for attempted murder

The victim was driving a white SUV on University Avenue and tried turning onto Center Street when protesters began “crowding around the vehicle. A male protester ran to the SUV on the passenger side, pointed a handgun at [the] driver, and shot one round through the window,” Provo Deputy Police Chief John Geyerman told the outlet.

Even the truth can ruin you.

Scholar forced to resign over study that found police shootings not biased against blacks

Michigan State University leaders have successfully pressured Stephen Hsu to resign from his position as vice president of research and innovation after the Graduate Employees Union launched a campaign to oust him from his role.

This came after the union, which represents teaching and research assistants, crawled through years of blog posts and interviews Hsu had conducted and criticized him for sharing content on genetic differences among different races.

But the main thrust to oust Hsu came because the professor touted Michigan State research that found police are not more likely to shoot African-Americans.

Protesters target Milwaukee alderman’s home after he criticizes ‘Defund the Police’ mural

A Milwaukee, Wisconsin alderman says his home was targeted for protests after he publicly criticized a “Defund the Police” installation in the city’s downtown.

Bob Donovan on Thursday posted an image of the massive slogan—written on a city street in huge letters—with a blue line crossed through it. “Fixed it for you, folks!” he wrote on Facebook.

“I must say it’s a very sad day when a private citizen cannot exercise his first amendment rights without being confronted with this nonsense,” he said, adding that he “thank[ed] the Milwaukee Police Department for their great response.”

And the McCloskey’s?

This has to stop.

Never in my life have I seen this kind of fascist behavior so rampant and accepted. Tolerance is a thing of the past. We are headed toward a very dark future should democrats prevail in November. Take it from someone who has witnessed this personally:

ELIZABETH ROGLIANI: Why do I even worry about some silly little statues coming down or some silly little street names changing? Why do I care?

It is because the last time I didn’t care about this, I was a teenager. I have already lived through this thing when I was living in Venezuela. Statues came down — Chavez didn’t want that history displayed. And then he changed the street names. Then came the [school curricula]. Then some movies couldn’t be shown, then certain TV channels, and so on and so forth.

You guys think this can’t happen to you, I’ve heard it so many times. But always be on guard. Never believe something can’t happen to you. You’ve got to defend your country and your society or it will be destroyed.

We didn’t believe it could happen to us. Most Venezuelans –Cubans warned us– and we were like, “This is Venezuela, we know about freedom. That’s not going to happen here.” Yet it happened. And there are literally a lot of people wanting to destroy the U.S.

No, he’s not wrong

This is the most important election in our lifetimes. Not a single democrat object to the violence and death. Not one. They block resolutions condemning the violence. The media is wholly corrupt. You may not love Donald Trump, but he is all that stands between America and the end of America.
