An overtly biased press is the enemy of the people

A year ago Donald Trump suggested the media is the enemy of the people.

Check out this new tweet from The Hill:

Really? Here’s a piece from the article:

Rudy Giuliani said late Wednesday that men like senior presidential adviser Jared Kushner are “disposable,” but it would cross the line for the special prosecutor to go after first daughter Ivanka Trump.

Scroll down a little more and you see what Giuliani did actually say:

“Jared is a fine man, you know that,” Giuliani, who joined President Trump‘s legal team last month, said on Fox News. “Men are disposable. But a fine woman like Ivanka? Come on.”

Giuliani’s was talking about Ivanka Trump:

Recent media reports have been questioning why Mueller has not summoned Ivanka Trump, who is also a White House senior adviser, for an interview.

Giuliani said he doubts Mueller will call Trump for testimony because “the whole country will turn on him” for going after the first daughter.

But The Hill twisted it into a story about Giuliani dissing Jared Kushner, which he did not do. He did not say “Men like Jared are disposable.” He said

“Men are disposable”

That was the point. It was a point in a discussion about Ivanka. Giuliani’s assertion that Mueller dare not summon Ivanka is a good one. After all, when it came to hillary those cretins couldn’t find a crime if they were run over by her truck.

An overtly biased press is the enemy of the people. Like I said, Trump says the press is for sh*t and they continue to prove him right.
