The FBI at this point is damaged goods. Probing for collusion since the 2016 Presidential election has produced nothing, and the Mueller investigation has gone far afield from the original purpose. The results, contrary to Adam Schiff and other bleating sheep on the mainstream media has been disappointing. What they have come up with so far as nothing more than process crimes of lying to the FBI. Gen. Flynns crimes were even called a “non-event” until FBI Agent Peter Strzok got involved.
Peter Strzok is the main feature of the entire probe. Changing words in an exoneration delivered by James Comey, being in charge of the investigations of Hillary Clinton, (not under Oath and not recorded in any way), Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills who blatantly lied over 200 times and were given immunity, Michael Flynn ( found to have lied to the FBI by entrapment) and overall the catalyst of the Russian probe into President Trump. It is amazing that he found any time for diddling his mistress and sending e mail to her.
It was Peter Strzok who interviewed Mills, Abedin, Clinton and Patrick Kennedy, undersecretary for management for the State Department that all claimed they could not recall the details of the acquisition of Clintons server, nor even how it was set up in a non classified location and used to send and receive highly classified information. All were given immunity by the FBI, led by Peter Strzok and the laptops destroyed.
And what to say about James Comey. Comey was a Clinton sycophant all the way back to his days as a U.S. Attorney. In 1997 the Clintons had made Sandey Berger the National Security Advisor, a representative to the 9/11 commission and has stolen classified information, but was let off with a $50,000 fine and to avoid any explanation of what had been taken. It is interesting to note that it was James Comey, serving as Deputy attorney general who let Sandy Berger, off with that small fine for stealing classified material from the National Archives and the cover up that followed..
It was James Comey when as U.S. Attorney James Comey closed the case of clemency for the Hasidic enclave called “New Square” that members had been accused of having four members convicted of fraud. Hillary visited the community and the case was summarily closed before the New York election that put her in place for her run for President as a public figure who have never lived in the state that made her a Senator.
Andrew McCabe is another member of the Clinton crime syndicate, working with Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, Strzok’s mistress to foment the current insurrection. In March of 2017, McCabe was heard to say to other high ranking FBI agents “ first we fu*k Flynn, and then we fu*k Trump which garnered raucous applause from at least 16 top FBI Officials, as reported in True Pundit. These same FBI personnel are now using “burner disposable phones to stay ahead of the investigation that will be starting, a breach of federal law. Anyone who is found using one of the phones should be summarily dismissed as it is a violation of federal law. McCabe was scheduled to testify in front of the House Intelligence Committee but was held back because of the finding of Bruce Ohr, who worked for McCabe meeting with FusionGPS, and his wife Nellie actually working for Fusion GPS.
Fusion GPS is the Hillary hired opposition research group that developed the phony dossier that started the Mueller probe into Russian collusion with the Trump campaign. A probe which has been largely discredited and is basically a group looking for a crime that doesn’t exist. With the assistance of the media and politicians like Adam Schiff they continue to push the investigation into unrelated areas in search of a crime. Fake News CNN, has been totally discredited, and even Allyson Camerota saying the dossier has “mostly” been verified can’t change the fact that the only portion of the dossier that is true is that Carter Page traveled to Russia to give a speech. CNN partakes in “agit-prop” to do nothing more that to distribute falsehoods as news under cover of once being a reputable news source.
All of this and more has come out in bits and pieces because the DOJ IG has made it available, none of this information came willing from the DOJ or the FBI. It appears that those at the higher echelons consider themselves above the maw, and that the only oversight they need it that which they place upon themselves. They seem to forget that they work for the American people, and the integrity of the rank and file members of the DOJ and the FBI have suffered because of the lies, innuendos, and outright fabrications of the Obama-Hillary sycophants at the top.
So we have come to the point that we are at now. The convenient loss of five months of FBI emails that closely resembles the IRS-Lois Lerner debacle with tapes that were lost for two years. No one has determined whose e mails were “lost” . Was it only Strzok and Pages emails that disappeared, or how many other FBI agents have no way of retrieving information. Why did it take five months until one day after Mueller was named Special Council that the system mysteriously started working again.
Is it a coincidence that the “lost” emails cover the time of the Presidential transition, the firing of the Lying FBI Director James COmey and up until the appointment of a Special Council? There are many people that have answers to questions that many Americans are asking. Everyone from Lisa Page, who worked as the advisor to Andrew McCabe, the Deputy FBI director. The Inspector General needs to fully investigate along with the Congressional Committees just what the “secret Society” that is mentions in the Strzok emails means. There are even rumors that they met “off-site”. What were they planning and who were members of this “secret society”?
And how many of the missing texts can be used to prove that there are contingency plans to cause actual physical harm to the President. A high ranking FBI official has actually confirmed this. The Secret Service under the auspices of DHS needs to investigate this concern, and see how it ties int to the “secret society the Peter Strzok and Lisa page and probably others were discussing. It is time to fully drain the DOJ and FBI swamp, put people in jail and gives the premier law enforcement arm of our government back to the people

I have said for over 16 years the FBI is a waste of money, at best. It hurts America at worst.
This is clear evidence the FBI has been hurting America for at least 3 years!
Kill it! Fire them all!
@an ol eJarhead: A decent purge of political motivation, some need to be prosecuted in order to enforce that. The dots continue not only did the use the dossier they helped to create it. Sedition is the best charge in prosecution. Allowing them to simply be demoted or retire is horrible policy. The next steps will determine if America is a land of all equal under the law or a banana republic that allows government employees to shape elections, or set up impeachments based on ideology.
Devin Nunes, an elected official sworn to uphold our laws and Constitution, is nothing more than a White House errand boy, and the republican Congressional majority is allowing itself to be turned into the mindless tool of a corrupted Executive Branch. It isn’t the FBI that’s rotting in plain view.
These people aren’t the cure; they’re the f-cking disease itself.
@Greg:
And what has that to do with what they discovered he isnt the only one on the committee.
Vital information to obtain a warrant may have been withheld you said yourself if this points to the worst you would need to concede, what other information was used? nothing nada zip. It was sedition to request an extension when they knew the source of the unverified dossier. Had the information in the dossier been proven we have no case against it, none, the warrant would have been perfectly valid.
@RacistGreg: RacistGreg, you are really sour grapes since your boys got caught with their finger in the til. Doesn’t it bother you, even a little bit, that the top people in DOJ and FBI did very clearly illegal activities to ensure that Trump would not get elected, and that Hillary would get elected, in exchange for the great rewards they expected to receive from their Queen? Most Americans, I believe, are just a little upset that the Dimocrat Party is/was attempting to turn the FBI into their very own KGB. They were so sure that their illegal tactics were a sure thing, that getting caught was never even a concern to them. Comey, McCabe and Ohr and Strokz , for starters, should get at least 20 years each in Gtmo for acting as home grown terrorists.
@an ol eJarhead: an ol eJarhead? Rich, that ain’t you in disguise as a Conservative is it?
@kitt:
They didn’t discover squat. They perpetuated a lie: that the FISA warrant was justified based on the Steele document. Nunes has submitted a totally one-sided, deliberately misleading memo—possibly written with the assistance of the White House.
Half of the investigative committee have been effectively silenced, by refusing to declassify their dissenting statement and the facts that support it. Trump, the man under investigation, being the only one empowered to declassify. Does that sound like a set up for getting to the truth to you?
Speaker Ryan has now sold his soul as well. All that bullshit and hand washing yesterday about this having no bearing whatsoever on the Mueller investigation… Of course it does. It enables Trump’s lies. It enables his attacks on the people who are investigating him.
What the hell is this? There is no “FBI-DOJ swamp.” The investigators are not the criminals. Snap the hell out of it!
@Greg: We have been told over and over Trump was NOT under investigation, snap out of it? Trump did not release it congress did he declassified it and then kicked the can back to congress, I agree let the dem memo be declassified too, who the hell in a divorce listens only to one side? this isnt a divorce but just as vicious.
Was Obama running for office in 2016? Why would his campaign fund ,Obama for America, pay the law firm that hired Steel who got his lies about Trump from Russians, almost a million dollars for legal fees?
This boils down to one campaign using the DOJ to spy on and ruin the other campaign. What a pile of steaming seditious losers, and Obama is in it up to his floppy ears.
A democrat endorsed by Barack Obama was running for office in 2016. Obama strongly opposed Donald Trump. Why wouldn’t you expect financial assistance with opposition research or other legal matters? You’re trying to paint the routine as sinister. If you want to see genuinely sinister and decidedly non-routine, look into who seems to have been supporting the Trump campaign, and the means they were utilizing to do so. File under the general heading, Russian Election Meddling.
Perkins Coie, LLP is a highly respected international law firm having many high-profile clients, both political and corporate. They have no history of professional ethics violations. That’s more than can be said for Wikileaks, Russian state-supported hackers, and the St. Petersberg social media troll factory—which are apparently gearing up for the mid-term elections, and which absolutely nothing has been done to curtail.
@Greg:
Now, remember, YOU wrote that. That is EXACTLY what the memo shows and proves. The FBI, knowing the dossier came from a shady source who was financed and motivated by Trump’s political opposition, ignored facts and/or doubts, did no corroborative research of their own and used the false dossier as an excuse to spy on law abiding US citizens whose only “crime” was opposing Hillary Clinton.
It must really gall you that Obama, Hillary, Lynch, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein and 90% of the corrupt liberal media could not get Hillary elected! Well, we TOLD you she was a decrepit, corrupt, despicable, incompetent liar but NOOOOOOO…. you just wouldn’t believe us.
@an ol eJarhead: I still revere and trust the FBI. I happen to KNOW that rank and file field agents and investigators not only do not approve of this weaponization of the FBI but will have a morale boost when the deep state moles are purged from the honorable organization.
Until there’s an indictment of a principle suspect in the FBI/Justice/CIA/NSA/DHS collusion described in the FISA memo, none of this will matter. It will be spun by both Democrats and their media as “..just partisan politics to cover for Trump..”. As much as OIG Horowitz has been described as a white hat, and even Rosenstein, as some sort of gray hat, they’ve had 12 months to understand what Nunes discovered 30 seconds after reading the intel last March. Wray has been on the job six months; he has no excuse for (a) not knowing what was going on in his department, and at the very least (b) suspending these agents and lawyers who under suspicion, pulling their badges, guns, security clearances, and any connections to government IT systems. He should have had them sitting home when they weren’t in an interrogation room answering questions. There’s no excuse for Wray. It’s almost standard procedure when evidence surfaces that indicates, even only hints of corruption with an FBI agent or lawyer, yet not under Wray’s leadership.
All that and still, not one subpoena (doesn’t matter if there are sealed ones; they don’t matter if they don’t lead to a Grand Jury) nor one indictment. Not one principle pleading guilty and turning states evidence. There is a complete, and absolute stone wall, and the FISA memo doesn’t change that.
If Trump’s AG and/or deputies can’t see a need for a Special Counsel to investigate the abuses highlighted by the Nunes summary “FISA memo”, the non-FISA compliant NSA intercept unmasking (e.g. Samantha Powers over 200 times), and ask the central question “When did this all start?!”, Trump needs to fire his AG and others, until he can find an honest man at Justice to take the lead. (It’ll take six months or more to get another AG through Senate confirmation, so Trump will have to depend on someone already confirmed by the Senate to take over AG.). After a year of stonewalling, the Justice Department cannot credibly investigate itself. Appoint a new special counsel (Trey Gowdey? Tom Fitton? This is not a position requiring Senate confirmation, hint, hint), fire Rosenstein, and make Mueller subordinate to the new S.C.).
The media and DNC’s meme is that all of these abuses only occurred because Trump was such an evil man and unqualified candidate, that good men needed to act, inside or outside of the law. In fact, I have confidence that the 2010 election marked Obama’s “by any means necessary” campaign when it was realized that he was at risk of a one-term Presidency. It’s an established fact that the IRS (also a law enforcement organization) was corrupted for political purposes. Why would Obama’s people pull out all the stops to get Hillary elected in 2016, and not do the same for Obama in 2010?
This use of government intel against private citizens, private conservative and GOP candidates and office holders, has been going on since 2010, of that I am certain. Remember the radical flip of John Roberts USSC vote on Obamacare that infuriated his conservative court colleagues (because they had SEEN his written draft opinion contrary to his vote)? People were asking then “what did Obama have on Roberts?”, and speculating that the international adoption of Roberts’ two children may have been less than legal. If Obama’s government was unmasking NSA intercepts, they could have easily discovered if Roberts had taken any short cuts in his adoption, and threatened his family. Pure speculation, to be sure, but knowing that the Obama Administration was willy-nilly unmasking American’s in NSA intercepts since at least 2015, makes speculation about when that unmasking started and how wide spread it was used, not quite groundless.
Again, until there’s indictments – NOT JUST RETIREMENTS – nothing “real” is happening about these abuses, not even a legitimate investigation by a qualified prosecutor. Anything less is evidence of a cover-up, and probably, a coverup endorsed by the GOP. The last thing the GOP wants is to be embroiled in a 8-10 year constitutional crisis and investigation of the Obama Administration. That’s a tough election platform to run on over 4 or 5 election cycles.

@OldSaltUSNR: I can conceive that even honest people within the FBI might be reluctant to air all their dirty laundry for fear of the long-term damage that might ensue. Sadly, though, as you describe, it MUST be done. The damage has already been inflicted; the only way to restore the trust in the FBI and DOJ is to seek out and severely punish those who participated in inflicting this obscene damage to honorable organizations that we MUST have and trust. In addition, future attempts to weaponize our institutions will not fear the rule and power of law to be dissuaded from violating the public trust unless prosecutions are swift and harsh.
The only people not frightened and outraged by these actions and revelations are those who are pleased to see the ends justify the means, as long as it is targeting their common enemy: freedom.
SALT
Why are you not a “tar”? decades ago when I was FMF the “squid lifers called themselves “old Tars”. Is Salt more PC than tar
@Bill… Deplorable Me:
re: “..even honest people within the FBI… ”
Bill, if you could give me a list of those “honest” FBI agents or lawyers who knew about, and spoke up about the illegal NSA intercept unmasking, or about the blatant partisan investigation Strzok and McCabe were running, I’d appreciate it.
I would wager that for every possible FBI suspect/conspirator in this mess, there were ten that knew about it. That’s why true “conspiracies” are such a rare animal. Any more than three or four involved, and word leaks out, and this “cell” was a whole lot larger than that. There had to be a dozen or two dozen principles between the White House, Justice, the FBI, CIA, and the NSA involved. That would put the “knowledgeable” at 120 to 240 people. Plus, anyone involved in Horowitz’s year long investigation knew. Yet, like the Nunes memo, nothing leaked out. Zip, zero, nadda.
That’s evidence of total, institutional, and systematic corruption. Think about this. After Comey blessed her highness Hillary with complete absolution, an interesting thing happened. Huma’s Weiner was caught soliciting a minor, resulting in an FBI investigation and seizure of his laptop. His laptop, in turn, contained thousands of state department and “missing” Hillary emails. These regular, “line” FBI investigators knew immediately the significance of the find, and routed it direct to Comey’s office. McCabe then sat on it for four to six weeks, until word leaked out, and Comey then announced the reopening of Hillary’s email investigation because of “new evidence”. Hillary’s people considered that a direct betrayal by Comey, but Comey was compelled to act because the evidence became public. He tried to put out that fire in time for the election, but the damage was done, and the Democrats roundly condemned Comey for “politicization of the FBI”. (No, they were just upset that it was the “wrong” politicization). My point here is that when “real”, unbiased FBI LEO’s acted, “sha-zam!”, those Hillary emails were discovered.
So yes, there are honest agents out there. However, the entire institution is so badly corrupted that it’s impossible to separate the wheat from the chaff. The FBI needs to be disbanded, it’s former agents barred from future Federal law enforcement work, and it’s duties transferred to DHS. New, totally unbiased agents can be hired from the best of local law enforcement, to rebuild a new agency under the DHS banner, over a period of the next ten years. The current FBI is just too far gone, because they FBI did not police themselves when they had the opportunity. There aren’t enough good agents left to matter.
@an ol exJarhead:
I assume you’re addressing me as “salt”. A “TAR” is an active duty USNR, career reservist. That wasn’t me.
I was active duty four years, select reserve with significant “cammo” and “greens” time for eleven years, and IRR for the next seven years. I was an 05 at 14 years, and burned out from all the select reserve active duty time, plus my traveling (IT) consulting career. My “Navy” career has been a bit unusual, i.e. I had active duty direct reports, a department head tour, and two commands, but I was still just a reservist slug.
The “oldsalt” nom de plume was something I’ve used for over twenty years, due to a lack of personal creativity while signing up from some or another BLOG site, back when the internet was in it’s infancy. Too many copied my “oldsalt” name, so I switched to “oldsaltusn. After four or five of those appeared, I changed to oldsaltusnr. (NO ONE want’s to impersonate a Navy reservist, I suppose.) Now I’m an “older” salt. 🙂
Semper Fidelis, Marine.
@OldSaltUSNR:
I won’t name anyone, but those who don’t work in Washington don’t share the political agenda that has been instilled by Obama into the DOJ.
The swamp Dems had been watching Carter Page since 2013.
He visited Russia to give a speech.
Suddenly, in 2017, for no reason whatsoever, he became a groupie at Trump Tower, hanging out at the restaurants, riding the elevators when Trump team members were on it, sidling up to those members.
As a direct result of these members seeing him all the time, he was finally invited to one Trump meeting, unpaid.
Once that happened his FISA warrant extended to ALL Trump team, even to Trump, himself.
Was Carter Page threatened with prosecution had he not done this?
Will we ever know?
ALL Trump “wiretapping” had legal cover after this.
No Trump “wiretapping” had legal cover before this.
But, when the whole truth comes out, we will find out if the Trump family and team were wiretapped well before the Carter Page invite.
@Nanny G:
I wonder, was there FISA surveillance of Bill Clinton?
@Bill… Deplorable Me: Good question.
But we do know, Carter Page has never been charged AND the FISA warrants stopped being renewed which means NOTHING was ever found against him.
But over 200 “unmasking” requests came in on Trump associates also based on this faulty FISA warrant against Carter Page.
None of that ever came to anything, either.
@an ol exJarhead: well, I was certainly around back then, but what is a ‘ronnie democrat’ and what speech, 1964? I’m a swabbie from pre 1960, and what is a squid lifer? I know that a ‘salt’ is an old experienced swabbie, i think a TAR is a reserve.. “temp active reserve’. All Marines were just Jarheads. (jar being a empty vessel to put something into’.
@Bill… Deplorable Me:
Didn’t FISA come into being after Clinton left office?
@Redteam: But Bubba went to Russia and made a speech while his wife was Secretary of State. A $500,000 speech. If going to Russia and giving a speech is a red flag, I assume Clinton was surveiled as a matter of policy.
RED TEAM
A Ronnie Democrat is a conservative who was a Democrat before “THE SPEECH”
Late in Oct ’64 Ronnie gave a speech supporting Barry at the convention. Before THE SPEECH the progressive wing of the Cal GOP had put Ronnie down the same way the Bushes put Don down. After THE SPEECH all but the far left of the Cal GOP was 100% behind Ronnie as well as conservative D;( I was president of my college YD in ’63 , a real “hard core” D). Moderates and others refer to THE SPEECH by Ronnie’s title “A TIME FOR CHOOSING” Conservatives have for 64 years (not a repeat of the date) when talking about Ronnie called it THE SPEECH; because it was what made him a powerful politician. Not just an entertainer!
To see THE SPEECH go to hour search engine: Duck Duck, Bing … and type in “THE SPEECH”
If you are a Bush you will hate it; if your are conservative, you will, like the rest of us, love it!
Opposition research per se and/or financial assistance towards the campaign of the candidate you support isn’t sinister. It’s part and parcel of politics. If that’s all it had been, no one would have batted an eyelash.
What you can’t seem to get through your head, or choose to willfully ignore, is that people in positions of political power misused their authority (kind of like you keep ranting about Trump doing) in order to use the supposedly non-partisan US intelligence agencies to assist in obtaining that research – and certain figures within the FBI lied in order to receive authorization to conduct that partisan spying on American citizens.
Actually, based on the above (which, despite your continual delusions about it being written – excuse me, POSSIBLY written, by the White House – or other partisan sources, is merely a summary of information FROM THE FBI’s OWN FILES) it appears some of them just might be…
Well, the FBI/DOJ lies of commission and omission certainly enabled many of the lies and attacks directed at President Trump.
The difference being it appears they may have broken (or at least severely bent) the law in order to do so.
The left is desperately seeking any opportunity to depose Trump. If there was even a hint that he might have at one time considered breaking the law in his attacks, the Democrats would have already filed any number of lawsuits, written more articles of impeachment, gotten pet judges to file stays, etc., etc.
I think we would have heard about it.
@Jay: Liberals excel at disbelieving their lying eyes all while aggressively lying to their own eyes and ears and gobbling up every bit of it.
Trump is about one more firing away from obstruction of justice charges and impeachment. Meanwhile, republicans are doing absolutely nothing to prevent the Russians from wreaking havoc during the 2018 mid-terms.
Is anyone protecting our elections?
No, because that would require an acknowledgment that Russia attacked the election process in 2016, and suggest that there actually is something to investigate.
@Greg: #28
Well, if you think about it, what you’re saying is that the typical left-leaning voter is mentally weak enough to be misled on who to vote for by a Facebook ad or Twitter post. Perhaps if they hadn’t been brainwashed over the years to vote for whoever they were told to vote for, rather than making up their own minds, ‘the Russians!(TM)’ wouldn’t have been able to change their minds so easily.
To make sure the actual voting process doesn’t get hacked, we could try implementing voter ID…but for some reason the left always starts frothing at the mouth over that.
Of course, these days, they seem to be frothing at the mouth all the time, so it can be difficult to tell what the actual issue is…
You don’t seem to have a clue about the nature of information warfare or the Russian social media operation. Nor, apparently, does Donald Trump. He believes in the reality television show he presently stars in.
@Greg: #30
Actually, I do have a clue. I was just poking a little fun at the selective outrage about voting issues on the left.
Twitter and Facebook have identified a combined ~$350,000 of ads from ‘the Russians!’
Hillary’s campaign spent $1,100,000,000 on advertising. Just for perspective, according to Wikipedia, to spend a billion dollars would be “$2,281.542 an hour; for 50 continuous years”, meaning she blew by ‘the Russians!’ in a little over 150 hours – or just over 6 days out of that 50 years.
So, was Hillary *THAT* incompetent? She outspent them by over a billion and a half dollars and still couldn’t manage to garner enough votes (well, Electoral votes, you know, the ones that actually matter in deciding the election results) to pull it off?
And remember, once again, the Hillary campaign manipulated things in order to have Trump be her opponent.
She chose – poorly.
Speaking of clues, here’s one for you – just because your candidate lost, doesn’t mean the other side cheated. Sometimes you just choose a terrible, awful, horrible, no good, very bad candidate.
How about this for a solution – forbid any social media company from accepting political advertising from any foreign entity. Or, better yet, any political advertising at all.
No? Maybe limit political advertising to actual policy proposals rather than character attacks? I admit there wouldn’t have been much left of Hillary’s campaign had that been in effect, but I digress…
What would make the left happy? An affidavit that someone had not been on FB or Twitter for at least two weeks prior to voting? A notarized statement that they’ve never watched Fox News?
The social media sites are already proposing that they *control* what political advertising is presented.
Yeah, because they haven’t displayed any bias in the past…
How about psychological testing before voting to find any conservative leaning tendencies – and then not allow them to vote?
But, since this is not the first time you’ve brought this issue up, let me repeat the question you didn’t answer last time.
If the left is so concerned that this is such a huge issue, please let us know what legislation they are proposing to resolve it?
{crickets}
If the left is so concerned that this is such a huge issue, why don’t they end their partisan witch-hunts and hourly outrage attacks against President Trump and propose bipartisan efforts to solve the foreign election influence problem?
{crickets}
To paraphrase Instapundit, I’ll believe it’s a crisis, when the people who tell me it’s a crisis start acting like it’s a crisis.
Well, you know, despite the best efforts of the left to pretend it didn’t happen and/or outrage against it after he did– he DID win the election, so yeah, he kind of IS the star right now.
There’s your clue, right there…
Rubin on Nunez:
@Greg:
Actually, you have whiny morons within your party actively trying to impeach Trump for the high crime and/or misdemeanor of defeating Hillary. If Trump fires people that have been caught illegally spying on the Office of the President of the United States, he can fire away and you crybabies can kiss his ass till his hat bounces, because he has all the right in the world to fire the people who work for HIM, which happens to be everyone in the Executive Branch.
No, because the Democrats themselves are helping the Russians, Chinese, Iranians and N. Koreans disrupt our government and electoral process.
And neither do you because the examples you provided are a laughable joke.
You would think that all the experience Obama and Hillary had in interfering with other countries’ elections they could have headed off a few Facebook memes. After all, they had full knowledge it was coming… or so they said.
The jig is up, Greg, and your corrupt side is about to do the perp walk.
Who gets to prosecute the FBI or DOJ for perjury? So far, the Russia collusion investigation has boiled down to setting perjury traps.
Comey released classified documents to friend to leak to the NYT in order to gin up a Special Counsel investigation. Ethical? With integrity? Spiteful? Hateful? Backroom operator?
Why are the FBI and DOJ so intolerant of Flynn and Papdopolous “lying” to them, yet had no problems with the multiple lies of Clinton, Huma, et. al. during the Clinton email investigation?
Mueller should be reined in. If his PRIMARY charter was Russian Collusion, he should be limited to that and not be allowed to root around for perjury traps. He should also be forced to declare what criminal activity he is chartered with investigating, and who he is targeting.
Republican lawmakers distance themselves from Trump on memo
There’s a clear message for Trump, from his own party, about a line he won’t be allowed to cross. He won’t be allowed to shut down the Mueller investigation.
@Greg: Having lost all hope of some actual crime to leap up and fill the space where your fantasy of Trump having actually committed a crime resides, you now cultivate the hope that he will do something that you can interpret as obstruction. Well, enjoy.
No one knows better than Trump that there was no collusion. Mueller knows it almost as well, but Trump knows for absolute certainty he never committed any crime.
And it wouldn’t have been illegal even if there was, right?
@Greg: Conspiracy is a crime collusion is not, that is correct.
collusion is ‘ playing together.’” The Packers collude to win against the Vikings.
Conspire is to agree together, especially secretly, to do something wrong , evil, or illegal: Some in the FBI conspired with Hillary to sway the election.
Definitions are so hard.
No matter how many times the media used the word incorrectly it doesnt change the definition.
@Greg: Apparently not, unless you have a better insight than Dershowitz. By the way, beating Hillary in a fair election isn’t against the law, beating her in an election she and Obama rigged isn’t against the law and using a dirty word isn’t against the law, yet these are the grounds on which some of your favorite liberal nincompoops want to impeach Trump on.
You are lucky whining and being a spoiled little sore loser isn’t against the law.
Cringe-worthy tantrum of the day:
The President behaves like a petulant first grader. He’s a national embarrassment.
Doubt cast upon Nunes memo’s bombshell claim about Andrew McCabe’s testimony on Trump dossier
“Doubt cast,” as in, It’s an outright lie.
@kitt, #38:
If collusion with the Russians is established, it will be the end of this administration. If conspiracy is established, people will go to jail.
@Greg: It looks like there was collusion. Hilliary Clinton and Russia. The dossier she paid for.
@Greg: Neither collusion with nor conspiracy with the Russians has been proven if they had evidence that would have been turned over to the DOJ and charges would have been brought. They had to lie by omission to obtain a warrant using a document that Hillarys campaign had actually conspired with Russian officials at the kremlin against an opposition candidate, then the media uses the same fairy tale non confirmed dossier to demonize the victim.
Yes charges should be brought, we need to set an example that our courts orginally given great power to protect the USA against terrorist plots will not be used as political weapons to punish the opposition for winning a campaign.
You are not going to understand the gravity of the crimes done by some high in the FBI, you actually have been convinced what they did was constitutional. Even that if you piss off the intelligence depts they can screw you every way but Sunday and media seems to cheer them on to DO IT, that should blow your mind.
I know it doesn’t, you were told this is the way things work, thats how far from sanity the liberal ideology has swirled.
@Greg: Schiff, who has been leaking classified data to the media since Trump won election, is a despicable little prick. He claims the Russians are supporting the 2nd Amendment so we will all kill each other.
No, really. That’s the guy you believe instead of the facts.
AH, HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!!! The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, is REACTING to petulant first graders, and quite a number of spoiled rotten little kindergartners as well. Whiny little sore losers who thought the most corrupt, incompetent and lying individual ever to RUN for President should win simply because she is a Clinton, stamping their widdle footsies and crying for impeachment to save them from the Constitution. THAT’S who Trump has to deal with.
And, you know what? You’re LOSING.
It has been established, but it wasn’t anyone in the Trump administration. Hillary, Obama and the DOJ and FBI leadership are guilty of collusion, conspiracy and sedition.
@Mully:
She paid for it. The FBI contributed to it. The FBI used it as justification to spy on innocent Americans though they knew it was false and Obama promoted it all. All because they could not trust the Constitution to be the basis for our government; THEY knew better.
@RacistGreg:
So what level would you assign Nancy for playing with her dentures during the SOTU address.? Or squirrelly Shumer for glaring at the cameras? Give me an example of petulant first grader activities so I’ll know what to look for, so far I have only seen the actions of a man that understands what America is all about and does all he can to honor it, unlike your black football players that kneel for the anthem.
@Greg:
So, what would a ‘clue’ look like? Would the Guardian have one?
Ohhh, OK, that does sound pretty ominous and scary! Cyberarmy! Imposters!
Except maybe for the part where they admit that some of the ‘misinformation’ was not really ‘mis’ at all, but merely the release of actual words written by actual Democrats. There has never been a denial that those were the real emails.
And also except maybe for the part where they admit at least some of the stories disseminated about Hillary were, what’s that word again? Oh, yeah…True!
I’m not exactly sure why the release of Democrat’s own words and true stories about Ms. Clinton’s exploits are so upsetting to the left, regardless of who posted them on line.
More from the Guardian:
Correct me if I’m wrong, but that sounds pretty much like the current liberal hot button list doesn’t it?
Along with being the ‘must support’ issues for any politician running as a Democrat? I mean, what’s substantively different there than any number of comments made by Tom Perez, Chuck Shumer, Nancy Pelosi and many other Democrats?
So stripped of all the other BS, the basic premise of ‘Russian social media influence’ is that by clearly articulating and helping publicize the platform and goals of the Democratic Party, Trump benefitted?
Hate to break it to you, but the problem there lies with the message, not the messenger.
Aaaannnnddddd…. here’s the money shot! (again from the Guardian)
Right. Because it’s not like any federal agency has ever admitted to delaying or denying applications from conservative groups while allowing free reign for liberal groups…{rolls eyes}
@kitt, #43:
Mueller’s team haven’t yet completed their investigation. It isn’t known what they know, because there have been no leaks. The charges filed thus far have been a means of furthering that investigation. This is how criminal enterprises are taken down. It’s a time-tested and proven method.
@RacistGreg:
So I guess you have now officially written off Hillary as collusion of her with the Russians and with the FBI have been proven beyond any doubt.
And there can be no doubt that the conspiracy of the Clinton campaign with Fusion in an attempt to link the Trump campaign and the Russians with a very highly criminal activity. So I guess you are at the front of the line to get that whole crew thrown into jail for a long time. Surely you don’t have different standards for the Dimocraps and Repubs.
@PhuloffMarlowe: You are certainly confused.
@Greg:
Yes a page directly out of rules for radicals and the KGB handbook, I expect assassination is in those methods as well. Entrapment and falsification of evidence, you should be so proud of your time tested banana republic methods. I do think the Mueller investigation should be separate from convicting the players in this sedition.
