Wait a minute – Europe is angry that President Trump’s tax plan is fueling business investment and economic activity? Of course this would anger the Radical Left, because everything angers the Radical Left. If only we’d elected Hillary, Europe would have loved us for another 8 years os economic malaise!

Your depressing story of the day. The sad part is that if you point this out to any Leftist they’ll see this as an opportunity to create a Cabinet-Level government Czar with a department of thousands to “solve” this problem
12/25 – Santa’s To-Do List
I subscribe to a few Leftist newsletters, and one of them is Washington Post’s “The Lily”, a Feminist newsletter. If I had the time I could probably write a post on them every day…
Anyway, On Christmas I decided to click on their newsletter that day. Normally these e-mailers from political publications just consist of a simple “Merry Christmas to you and your Family!” message. Not The Lily – it gave us a To Do List for Santa, starting with #1 – Impeach Trump. You can guess how the rest of the post went – seriously, you Lefties can’t let go of your bile for just one day out of the year? As the next two links show, the answer is “no”.

You would think that the Radical Left could go one day out of 365 without reminding half of the country how much they hate us. You would think wrong.

In WaPo’s defense, their definition of “America” is the West Coast, the Northeast, and various cities throughout the country. As George Costanza once said, “It’s not a lie if you believe it’s true!”

Seriously, how miserable of an excuse for a human being do you have to be to hate Thomas the Train?
12/28 – Why Republicans Need To Self-Deport From Washington DC
This is one of those BIG IDEAS that sounds great but will never happen. But I do like the notion of agencies being removed from DC and placed in the heart of whatever sector they are supposed to oversee. How about putting the Dept. of Energy deep in Texas, or the EPA & Bureau of Land Management out West? Put all Department of Education offices deep in inner cities, and mandate that all employees and contractors send their children to public schools? Yes, abolishing them would be better and delegating any appropriate functions down to the state level, but staffing these agencies by people who might live by their policies or have friends and neighbors who do might actually bring back the concept that these agencies are here to serve the American people and not lord over us?

And going back to the archives almost seven years ago, here’s the first post that I wrote after a several month absence while Sister Babe and I were busy getting married and getting settled into our new home. I wrote some words I never thought I’d ever say, but would end up saying many more times in this past year. The topic was of all things, Thank you, Donald Trump, regarding President Obama’s birth certificate.
