Say what you want, but Donald Trump won the GOP Presidential nomination fair and square. democrats were disdainful of their constituency. Wikileaks has released a flood of DNC emails and they show that the DNC rigged the system against Sanders.
The cascade of internal DNC emails released Friday by WikiLeaks underscore what Sen. Bernie Sanders and his advisers have long claimed: The DNC appeared to have its finger on the scale for rival Hillary Clinton through the long nominating contest.
In some ways, that is not entirely surprising, because Clinton is the institutional choice of the Democrats and because DNC members are the party’s establishment. But the national committee’s role is to maintain strict neutrality during the primaries, and the emails indicate that did not happen.
The emails also paint a picture that confirms what has long been assumed, that of a DNC more or less isolated from key elements of the party — including the White House — and left to the devices of Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (Fla.), its long-standing chair. Her swift resignation, under pressure from Clinton’s team, will help move her out of the way, but the potential for more embarrassing emails being released this week and beyond remains.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz was waist deep in this:
Wasserman Schultz wrote in May that Sanders “isn’t going to be president” and in April that he “has no understanding of” the Democratic Party.
Sanders supporters did not take kindly to this. They booed DWS off of the stage in Philadelphia
As she spoke, people stood on chairs holding up signs that said “emails,” “No!” and “Thanks for the ‘help,’ Debbie.”
Others repeatedly shouted: “Shame.”
DNC Committee members made it clear it’s all about clearing the path for a woman:
The Democratic National Committee is ‘clearing a path’ for Hillary Clinton to be its presidential nominee because its upper power echelons are populated with women, according to a female committee member who was in Las Vegas for Tuesday’s primary debate.
Speaking on the condition that she isn’t identified, she told Daily Mail Online that the party is in the tank for Clinton, and the women who run the organization decided it ‘early on.’
The committeewoman is supporting one of Hillary’s rivals for the Democratic nomination, and said she spoke freely because she believes the former Secretary of State is benefiting from unfair favoritism inside the party.
Clinton aims to be the first female to occupy the Oval Office, and ‘the party’s female leaders really want to make a woman the next president,’ the committeewoman said, rattling off a list of the women who she said are the ‘real power’ in the organization.
‘I haven’t heard anyone say we should make Hillary undergo a trial by fire,’ she added. ‘To the contrary, the women in charge seem eager, more and more, to have her skate into the general [election].’
Sure, there were rumblings at the GOP Convention about changing rules but it was suppressed and it was very public. There was not the skulduggery committed by the democrats. DWS was left to her own devices and she screwed the pooch. There were racist and bigoted emails passed around the DNC.

The DNC had been working to Dump Debbie for some time but their hand was forced as the Convention approached. The DNC did apologize to Sanders, who really ought to apologize to his supporters fro selling them out. Clinton was interviewed by Scott Pelley for 60 minutes on Sunday but immediately put on her jackass in the headlights look when asked about the emails:
Pelley began by reading some of the emails among DNC staff members suggesting ways to undermine Sanders’s campaign. “Did you know anything about any of that?” he asked.
“No, I didn’t know anything about it, and I haven’t read any of those,” Clinton responded.
Pelley kept pressing. “You have people in the Democratic National Committee who are supposed to be, if you will, agnostic about who the nominee is going to be, and they seem to have their thumb on the scale for you. They seem to be working against Bernie Sanders, their fellow Democrat.”
“Again, I don’t know anything, I don’t know anything about, uh, about these emails. I haven’t followed it,” Clinton responded.
“In your view, any effort in the DNC to favor one candidate or another would have been improper?” Pelley asked.
“Again, I don’t have any information about this, and so I can’t answer specifically,” Clinton said.
Hillary Clinton: Stupid and ignorant when it counts. She won the nomination and probably would have won without the high jinks but what transpired is a blatant expose of just how dishonest the democrat party is. Now the DNC is left to babbling about how the Russians, Donald Trump, UFO’s and Yeti’s are to blame for it all.
Remember when the democrats were so gleeful about GOP disunity? I am looking forward to seeing more from Julian Assange.
Schadenfreude! Paging Mr. Schadenfreude!
And pass the popcorn.

How would the right have reacted if it had been Hillary Clinton who had made two former paid agents of the Russian oligarchy top campaign advisers?
These guys have deep connections with Russia. Manafort worked directly for Viktor Yanukovych, a Putin puppet, and he’s now campaign manager for a candidate who’s going to be receiving daily U.S. security briefings. Trump supporters don’t seem to think anything of it. What we’ve got here is a major disconnect from reality, and a double standard that’s too big to fit in a circus tent. It’s HUGE, folks. It’s HUGE.
@Mully: #9
Mully, another way to arrive at a conclusion on Clinton is consider what Obama said about her. He made the emphatic claim that she is the most qualified person to ever run for the Presidency.
Simple reasoning and deduction, given the past 8 years in the bizarro world of Obama, . . . . the truth is the extreme opposite of whoever he says. Therefore:
Clinton is the least qualified person to ever run for the Presidency.
@Bill:
Let me know when you find those hen’s teeth!
Dr.J. You had your analysis of Trump correct from the very beginning. He’s gonna lose. This should have been Biden against Kasich or Rubio- We could be proud of the winner and our country.
Trump sickens the majority of Americans and the world His brand of demagoguery and hate will never prevail, in this, the greatest country in the world.
Semper Fi
Did Putin help him win the nomination? If he did would that be considered ” fair and square”??????
@Richard Wheeler:
Not so sure of that, Rich.
@john:
I await your proof.
@james raider:
DrJohn’s Law!
@john: No, he didn’t. Only an idiot would consider it.
Trump has been palin’ around with Putin
Asking a question there Dr J didn’t you notice the punctuation ?
Or to paraphrase your GOP nominee
“Some people say Trump is Putin’s bitch……”
@john:
You are confused. It was Bernie Sanders who honeymooned in the Soviet Union.
He’s your hate capitalism pal.
@Greg: How would the right have reacted if it had been Hillary Clinton who had made two former paid agents of the Russian oligarchy top campaign advisers?
not much…
As a Georgetown junior, Clinton inherited his antiwar orientation from his part-time employer, Senator J. William Fulbright. Fulbright’s views on Vietnam had in turn been influenced by scholar Bernard Fall. Fall had an academic background at institutions linked to Chinese Communist apologist Owen Lattimore. He had recently co-authored a book on Vietnam with Marcus Raskin, cofounder of the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS), which disseminated Marxist propaganda aimed to sway Fulbright and other decision-makers. Fulbright’s office was also in regular contact with Igor Bubnov, a KGB operative on Capitol Hill. President Johnson had ordered the FBI to monitor Fulbright and his staff for suspected Communist contact at the time Clinton went to work for Fulbright.
During summer vacation, Clinton worked with the Vietnam Moratorium Committee (VMC), a US antiwar group which was helping a Communist-dominated coalition called the New Mobe organize fall protests.
[ownen lattimore was the man who coined the term Mccarthyism because they pegged him as a spy, which later was confirmed]

there is TONS of such soviet stuff… literally…
hey the lion of the Senate contacted the KGB to help him get rid of ronald reagan… you can read that in forbes.
-=-=-=-=-=-
and i guess you haev no idea of valery jarrets family history, do you?
Jarrett’s dad, pathologist and geneticist Dr. James Bowman, had extensive ties to Communist associations and individuals, his lengthy FBI file shows. In 1950 Bowman was in communication with a paid Soviet agent named Alfred Stern, who fled to Prague after getting charged with espionage. Bowman was also a member of a Communist-sympathizing group called the Association of Internes and Medical Students. After his discharge from the Army Medical Corps in 1955, Bowman moved to Iran to work, the FBI records show.

if you want more i have so much more your head would spin
when your ignorant you should not spout stuff out of assumption
and i have shown you to be ignorant many times greg
DrJohn,
I’d wish you wouldn’t abuse the good name of a great artist.
Anyway, vote for Trump, negativity and against Jesus in November.
Bit of breaking news:
The National Security Agency (NSA) has “all” of Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails and the FBI could gain access to them if they so desired.
William Binney, a former highly placed NSA official, raised the possibility that the hack of the Democratic National Committee’s server was done not by Russia but by a disgruntled U.S. intelligence worker concerned about Clinton’s compromise of national security secrets via her personal email use.
Binney:
So………….
Come and get ’em!
