In Kerry’s own words, he reveals his superior skills as a diplomat and international statesman. He is quick to use slang (you know) from his hay days during the 60s; although, it may be confusing for men of intellect, it is hard not to be impressed when a diplomat is so relaxed during negotiations:
“It affects the community, it affects the country. But going forward, you know, we have to find the best way to bring people together and undo these tensions and undo these stereotypes and try to make peace.”
Hubba Hubba!
Israeli Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon (Likud) countered Kerry’s senseless remarks in the “Times of Israel”:
“It is never helpful when a moral equivalency is made confusing terrorists with their victims. The only way to deal with the evils of terrorism it to wage an unrelenting war against its perpetrators, wherever they may be.”
Obviously, in the arena of wit and ideas, Kerry is virtually unarmed, but in the Obama Administration these deficits are considered a badge of distinction.
President used up the good will of his trip to Israel in an effort to convince Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to apologize to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the Mavi Marmara incident and agree to compensate the families of those who attacked the commandos boarding the ship.
Kerry’s fool’s mission was just as ludicrous, he was trying to get Erdogran not to visit Hamas-controlled Gaza next month.
In another Kerry quote, his personal weakness is the strongest element of his message:
The trip ‘‘would be better delayed and that it shouldn’t take place at this point in time… Our sense is that it would be more helpful to wait for the right circumstances.”
Erdogran like Obama appears to be a narcissist, and since Kerry pleaded with Turkey’s foreign monister Ahmet Dayutoglu, his fool’s mission was doomed from the start, except for selling out the victims of Jihad from his home state. He was willing enough to sell out the deaths and maiming of innocent Americans to advance a feeble or laughable argument that compared them to the armed thugs who shot, stabbed, and beat Israeli commandos trying to board a blockade running ship.
Erdogan is scheduled to visit Obama on May 16, it will be interesting to see if Obama keeps Erdogan waiting for an extended period of time while Obama dines with his family and later shuffles Erdogan out the backdoor of the White House.
Erdogan realizes Obama is the one allowing neighboring Iran to acquire nuclear capabilities for “peaceful purposes”.
