I’m growing more and more convinced that, within the Republican party, there are a large number of politicians who want to remain the minority party. This status relieves them of the responsibility for the garbage that passes as legislation while at the same time keeping them close to the very wealthy people who want a role in the creation of that same legislation. They definitely want to keep their own seats and the perks, but they’re happy to let the silly socialists take the blame for the mess that is Washington.
And, since this thread is open, I’d like to take this opportunity to announce a change of heart regarding the term “teabagger”. I’ve decided to embrace it. I’ve figured out that those who disagree with my beliefs are my opposites… and the opposite of “teabagger” must be “teabagee”. In fact, those who call others teabaggers are acting as mouthpieces of the teabagees!
Check out this blog owned by a Marine. He’s discussing the above mentioned decrepid Facebook site that preys upon our youth, they have 12,000 members.
As I was reading through the comments, Carlton from Wiki Administration shows up with mean and vulgar comments. I believe Nathan Jessup, the Marine owner of this blog handled himself like a hero.
Re: Repubs. like being minority: I thought that last year when they seemed to be helping Obama.
Teabagger = vulgar connotation.
TeaParty = Boston harbor, Taxation Without Representation, MA/Plymouth/Pilgrims, Revolutionary patriots
No comparison unless you’re into lewd.

Janeplain, when you go about sending people teabags, and saying “teabag them!”, and have your No. 1 favorite media outlet refer to you as “tea baggers” . . . you risk being called a tea bagger.

Don’t care what they want or say. Most people had no idea what the lewd connotation was when they first sent tea bags. It was meant to be patriotic.
At this point B-Rob should be generally ignored. Arguing with Fools is just plain stupid.
@B-Rob: As I said, I embrace the term. Thank you for being another mouthpiece of the teabagees.
I enjoyed that.
