Speaking of PsyOps (re, your previous thread), here’s what those “moderate” Muslims are up to now…
“NAMAW [National Association of Muslim American Women] appealed to the Justice Department to investigate the case, accusing the FBI of plotting to entrap the cell as part of a campaign against Muslims.” http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/131594
Earth to America. Wake up, America. Islam is NOT a peaceful, or honest, or honorable, or moral OR TRUSTWORTHY “religion.”
Are they sure that’s Italy, and not Israel? (Israelis will have no clue what I mean, but those who have Israeli friends will know exactly)

Why can’t Italians stand in a line? I had been in Italy for a couple of hours when I went into a little store for some groceries. Everybody just stood in a semicircle around the register. This British guy behind me noticed my confusion and said “I’ve been trying to get the Italians to queue up for thirty years now. They can’t seem to get the hang of it.”
Brits don’t appreciate the finer points of chaos. Italians are all one big family, and one doesn’t act like a stranger among family. Stangers stand in line, families mingle together and speak their mind to each other, up close and personal.
Hope you enjoyed the funny parts, btw. There were a few.

@Fit fit: Something I heard when I was in Israel: “It’s not that there are no lines; it’s just that there are many lines all at the same time”.
Do you mean like “All red lines were crossed?” I wouldn’t be surprised if, after crossing all those lines as many times as I’ve heard that expression, they have been round the world at least once by now.

From Pravda:
“First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their “right” to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our “democracy”. Pride blind the foolish. ”

I guess we won’t really know what’s going on until we start seeing some polls for the 2010 elections. If the people don’t send a message to President Obama, we’re screwed.

The “people” by ourselves aren’t going to influence Obama. The ones who need to send the message are the Conservative leadership, if there are any left. If not, we’re scrapnoid.
Aye: After seeing your gravatar image I guess I can stop complaining about mine.

Well, it certainly got Bill Clinton’s attention after the mid-term elections caught him with a Republican majority. If Obama continues to upset the moderates and his base, who knows?

anyone watching this Earth 2100 special on abc right now?
i feel like its pretty much a huge joke… far fetched speculations of the worst case scenerio of.. everything.
One can hope. But Conservatives will need organization and vision to capitalize on whatever gains we may make in 2010. I think even a best case scenario will still be a nail-biter.
Oh, and I wasn’t saying people shouldn’t send Obama a message of major dissatisfation, just that that alone won’t be anywhere near enough.
Best way to track the Sotomayor nomination process

On the day Obama should have been confronting North Korea, he chose to change the subject and roll out his new activist SCOTUS nominee.
Still, DPRK remains a threat, but the press corps and some in Washington said some really strange things!
Better guard my Fritos before the “bandito” gets them 🙂
Aye Chihuahua!

The Russians are sort of catching on, but probably too little…
