How they RECREATE themselves!
This lady is either a grande Bimbo or a bad speaker of English. Or are they really transforming themselves via art classes & books? This is rather weird given that islamists do not accept images because they cannot compare with Gods creation. The only Islamic art is strictly symbolic & restricted to certain applications.
If this person is right then that is proof that these detainees are not “The worst of the worst”.
I know Flopping likes GBay but this is way way too far a trip down Illogic Lane.
She’s Venzuelan… English is not her first language. Nor should her observations on Gitmo be construed as anything but lightweight entertainment, or bemusement at best.

When she heard the term “Club Gitmo” she thought it was a spa. 🙂
She’s probably just hoping the place can be converted to a forced retirement villa for Hugo Chavez.

She may very well have meant “re-create”, as in to create anew, but that’s the task of the Obama administration isn’t it? Señorita Mendoza may be more savvy than we are giving her credit simply because speaking critically of the Chavez government in her own once proud and free nation has become something of a dying art, quite literally .
But returning to the Obama administration, now that we can’t call GITMO inmates illegal combatants, terrorists, or really mean guys that like to accessorize their man dresses with suicide vests and AK-47s, we’ve settled on something like “disfriendly uncitizens” or some other drivel.
People can call them whatever they want to but it doesn’t CHANGE® the fact that they are locked in a war with the United States and have committed their lives to our destruction, no matter how much we can HOPE® that isn’t the case.
