Jesse Macbeth Reveals the Truth about IVAW

Does the name Jesse Macbeth sound familiar?

I know my fellow authors are familiar with this yahoo’s  story.

For those coming late to the party, I present  Jesse MacBeth, a disgraced soldier and beloved member of IVAW (Iraq Veterans Against War).  He recently spent time in prison when he was found guilty of falsifying a Veteran Affairs claim and an Army discharge record.  He was one of the first charged under the Stolen Valor Act.

Back in 2006, he was the darling of the anti-war movement with his scathing claims of war crimes being committed by his fellow soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.  All of which were fabricated.

Now it seems Jesse is outing IVAW and their role in his rise to fame and infamy. He talks of IVAW ‘higher ups’ having a hand in altering his DD214:
