So what if The One should actually lose next week? The brainwashed hysteria whipped up on his behalf is, to put it mildly, dangerous. The media proclaims daily that Obama has already won. He cannot lose. He is the Saviour of the Planet. McCain is a mumbling senile idiot. Palin is evil incarnate. The polls show an Obama landslide. So if the world should revolve backwards on its axis next Tuesday and people wake up and find he has lost, then either the election will have been stolen in the way we all know evil Republicans always steal elections – or the American public will be proved to be, as we all know they are, irredeemably racist. Accordingly, we are warned that there would then be riots on the streets.
You have to pinch yourself….a Marxist radical who all his life has been mentored by, sat at the feet of, worshiped with, befriended, endorsed the philosophy of, funded and been in turn funded, politically promoted and supported by a nexus compromising black power anti-white racists, Jew-haters, revolutionary Marxists, unrepentant former terrorists and Chicago mobsters, is on the verge of becoming President of the United States of America and apparently it is racist and impolite of us to call him on it……..
It has been surreal, even with the election beginning at the next sunrise, more is coming out regards Obama that simply has been suppressed or ignored by the mainstream media. Promises to bankrupt the coal industry if he is elected, other s that we have known for some time but apparently of no import to anyone who plan to vote Democrat: association with Black Separatists, adoration of political mentor/Sprirtual Adviser, Racist Jeremiah Wright, Jr. (Obama’s Pastor), affiliation with Louis Farrakhan, Nation of Islam leader, denial of his family background and deep Muslim roots, kinship with Jesse Jackson, failed presidential bids twice, deception – pretending not to support the war but voting to fund the war. I could go on and on, but what does it matter?
The polls say McCain and all those who support him are headed for a fall. The country, well half the country, is ready to turn things back over to the Democrats. Baring a miracle, that’s what the polls are predicting. Since the polls are never wrong, what do you think is going to happen if the voters have the Audacity to send Obama back to where he came from? Florida will seem like a tiptoe through the tulips. We should expect the voting tabulation of Every state to be thoroughly scrutinized by Democratic operatives for the purpose of establishing ‘fraud’ and deception by the evil Republicans. Come January whom is actually president will still be in ‘question’. Democrats must elect a black man to put to the grave the ‘guilt’ that seems to be inherent in them and goading them forward to pulling that Democratic lever.
Being from the South, I am biased, but I wonder what the world would be like today if the North and South had fought to a stalemate during the War of Northern Aggression and thus created two separate countries. Since the country is split right down the middle, everyone would be free to migrate either north or south across the mason-Dixon line and live happily every after. The central government in Washington, DC would obviously not be the bloated monstrosity that it is today. Taxation without representation would be nonexistent in the South.
A sigh of relief will go up on the left side of the Supreme Court when all the votes are tabulated and Obama is the victor. Then octogenarians will race out the door with a shout: “I have fought the good fight! I have kept the faith.” Misplaced sentiments, but true for them nonetheless.
Am I wrong to feel the way I do? Beyond politics in this election, I see evil in the push to elect Barack Obama. I see portents of disaster not only for the Right to Life, criticism of the government, silencing of conservative voices, and the welcoming of the One World order that George Bush referred to in his speech to the Congress after we had put Saddaam Hussein back over the border.
From Christopher Love, a Puritan, shortly before he was executed in the tower of London: “I am accused of being an apostate, of being a turn-coat, of being this, of being that, of being anything but what I am. In general, I will tell you, I bless my God, a high court, a long sword, a bloody scaffold have not made me in the least to alter my principles or to wrong my conscience.” “Take heed of those doctrines that come under the notion of “new light.” Those doctrines you ought to suspect as to whether they are true, which the broachers of them say are new, for truth is as old as the Bible. Many things go under the notion of “new light” yet they are but old darkness, old heresies raked out of the dunghill, and which were buried in former ages of the Church with contempt and reproach many hundreds of years ago.” “Here I come to that which you call an untimely end and shameful death, but (blessed be God) it is my glory and it is my comfort. I shall justify God; He is righteous because I have sinned. He is righteous though He cuts me off in the midst of my days and in the midst of my ministry.” “I conclude with the speech of the Apostle, 2 Timothy 4:6-7, “I am now to be offered up, and the time of my departure is at hand; I have finished my course, I have fought the good fight, I have kept the faith, henceforth there is a crown of righteousness laid up for me; and not for me only, but for all them that love the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,” through whose blood I expect remission of sins and eternal salvation. And so the Lord bless you all.”

It’s not the coal industry he is after. He was talking about cap and trade and coal ran power plants. He plans on attacking the utility industry. Expect your electric rates to go up.
Somebody got around to talking to a couple of real plumbing companies instead of just Joe’s hypothetical business. The break down of Obama’s penalties is stunning. The penalties for the company with 52 people is enough to fire about 5 workers according to that owner.

@Gregory Dittman:
There was a story a few days ago about a businessman that ran the figures and realized he would have to let six people go. So he went out to the parking lot and found eight cars with Obama bumperstickers and said those will be the first to go when he has to make that decision.
It’s difficult to believe that a majority of Americans would enter the voting booth with eyes wide shut and ignore the mountain of character issues the Obama candidacy has uncovered. I guess people forgot what happened the last time we overlooked character issues and were saddled with an 8 year freak show of Clinton scandals that made America the laughing stock of the world.
Obama has apparently been so succesful in deflecting any criticism or difficult questions as “distractions” or racist that he has able to pull the wool over the eyes of willfully ignorant followers and gullible independents who have only heard his side of the story.
And for those of you who are getting visits from Democrats suggesting that McCain might be doing better if he had only run a positive, uncritical campaign, consider the source. People who want you to LOSE shouldn’t be listened to when they offer advice.
Get out and VOTE!
General Electric owns Obama, why do you think MSNBC/NBC are climaxing over him daily? GE wants to also build the electicity plants in Iran. Obama won’t drill doemstically to keep his Saudi backers rich too.
Hussein O outs himself when he visits SF, Michelle Malkin thinks some type of truth serum effects him. I think he goes to SF and gets stoned with the rest of the freaks and the truth comes out. He can’t quit smoking so what makes anyone think he quit coke, crank and meth?
Scrapiron: That’s a common malady of leftist politicians. Like we already know, Obama has said one thing in say..West Virginia…and a entirely opposite thing when he hit the left coast. That’s the problem with the left: what character they have is tainted, and morals are non-existent, truth is fairy tale.
Again, as I have said many times we deserve what we get and if we don’t turn out, don’t cry when your ice cream is taken…..so…as Mike’s America said: GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!!
Steve,
A divided United States/Confederate States probably wouldn’t have been as successful in fighting WWII. We’d probably all be speaking German or Russian right now. As far as the direction of the country, you should lay that blame at the feet of 43rd president…
Easy does it Scrapiron, we have no reason to believe that. However, 0 does seem to let down his guard when among “friends” in SF. The glimpses into his thoughts are telling to say the least.
Mike’s America: It was probably just as surreal when the Jew’s walked meekly to Hitler’s gas chambers. Personally, I have real problems with these Republicans, and their policies, but hell is going to freeze over before I vote for a Marxist, even without the character flaws. That goes against everything this country is founded upon.
Fit fit: That’s as one prefers to speculate. My own humble thought would be that the outcome of WWI and II would not have changed as I believe there would still be a common, inherent unity between the North and South and common goals for the defeat of the Kaiser/Hitler just is it would have been with any other ‘ally’.
Why do you single out the “German’ language as being what we might be speaking? Why not Japanese? Maybe Italian?
Missy: I liked that one! Very true! Who the hell do these people think are writing their checks? I am 55 and have never seen such mass delusion in my life.
Fit fit: Also, I forgot, do you really and truly lay the direction of this country at the feet of George W. Bush? If you do, then you don’t have a clue how this country operates, or you do but prefer to deny the fact.
The President proposes and the Congress disposes, regardless of Republican or Democrat.
The Democrats have had 2 years to do what they said they were going to do if elected. The only thing they HAVE done is enrich themselves. Are you also suggesting that George Bush created the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac meltdown?
Name a few things that George Bush himself has proposed and had legislation passed that has affected this country negatively. While I could name a few, I want to see what your views are.
Formerly known as Skeptic: As told by a friend to me: It’s all about the Ice Cream…
The most eye-opening civics lesson I ever had was while teaching third
grade. The presidential election was heating up and some of the
children showed an interest. I decided we would have an election for a
class president. We would choose our nominees. They would make a
campaign speech and the class would vote.
To simplify the process, candidates were nominated by other class
members. We discussed what kinds of characteristics these students
should have. We got many nominations and from those, Jamie and Olivia
were picked to run for the top spot.
The class had done a great job in their selections. Both candidates
were good kids. I thought Jamie might have an advantage because he got
lots of parental support.
I had never seen Olivia’s mother. The day arrived when they were to make their speeches Jamie went first. He had specific ideas about how to make our class a better place. He ended by promising to do his very best. Every one applauded. He sat down and Olivia came to the podium.
Her speech was concise. She said, “If you will vote for me, I will give you ice cream.” She sat down. The class went wild. “Yes! Yes! We want ice cream.”
She surely would say more. She did not have to. A discussion followed.
How did she plan to pay for the ice cream? She wasn’t sure. Would her
parents buy it or would the class pay for it. She didn’t know. The
class really didn’t care. All they were thinking about was ice cream.
Jamie was forgotten. Olivia won by a land slide.
Every time Barack Obama opens his mouth he offers ice cream, and fifty
percent of America reacts like nine year olds. They want ice cream.
The other fifty percent know they’re going to have to
feed the cow.
I don’t know why people even bother giving the media outlets more information about Saint Obama, they’ll never use it. The elitist illuminati are laughing their heads off at how much they are getting away with without hiding the evidence themselves.
There is only one thing that I am sure of. If Obama wins, ALL Americans will badly regret President Georges W Bush. They will then see how great that President was for America and they will wonder why in the world did they hated him so much? This would be my only consolation. I loved and admired G.W. Bush.

Steve,
#1 I said German or Russian
#2 I was merely blaming Bush for the way the electorate is behaving, his approval rating has been sub 50% his entire second term.
@Mike’s America:
Does voting really matter? I think the jury is still out.
http://www.pbs.org/vote2008/video/2008/08/voting_schmoting.html
http://www.thats-debatable.com/2008/10/rational-voters.html
What’s the point of voting if ACORN is going to stuff a couple three million ballots?
Sharpshooter,
If everybody was thinking like you, Obama would win the election on the Acorn vote alone. Don’t be such a pessimist. VOTE! After voting, probably that all the Acorn’s vote will be looked at carefully. And if there is fraud, it will be corrected. Go vote!
Fit fit:
Point noted, however, this is NOT a referendum on George Bush. Bush is NOT running. Per Missy’s comment above, better consider whom is your employer, whether, whether you are self employed or employed elsewhere…someone writes your check…are you banking Obama is going to do it?
