…but a cardboard cutout candidate…

Maryanne Patlak carries a lifesize cardboard cutout of Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama (D-Ill.) outside of a Miami Beach polling station on Tuesday. …an empty vessel, devoid of substance, and the seasoning that comes from experience. 2 years in the Senate…a third year spent mostly on the campaign trail for the highest office in the land…how can so many become so enamored with “the Anointed One”, as though they were witnessing the Coming of The Rapture?

A friend of mine, who is a campaign volunteer, wrote me, after I sent her the “Yes I Can” video link, saying she cried, and ended the e-mail with “I believe!”

That’s what we’re facing in November, folks.

Go Hillary (Primary-ily speaking, of course.)!

This kind of goes along with what Chris is talking about in that other thread. It’s amazing how the general populace has no idea, no clue about what is going on around them. Just like that video of that group of Obama supporters not being able to name one accomplishment of the man, but hey, lets still vote for the man with no experience. Why?

Because he’s the candyman.
