Heh….

And in other news Oliver Stone wants to do a biopic on Bush but refuses to tell us his feelings on the subject…

Stone declined to give his personal opinion of the president.

“I can’t give you that, because the filmmaker has to hide in the work,” Stone said. “Here, I’m the referee, and I want a fair, true portrait of the man. How did Bush go from an alcoholic bum to the most powerful figure in the world? It’s like Frank Capra territory on one hand, but I’ll also cover the demons in his private life, his bouts with his dad and his conversion to Christianity, which explains a lot of where he is coming from. It includes his belief that God personally chose him to be president of the United States, and his coming into his own with the stunning, preemptive attack on Iraq.

Nope, no true feelings about the man there. There will absolutely be no bias in this movie! Cough….

Glad to see this will be another loser in a long line of losing movies this guy has done. Nixon? Loser, Alexander? Loser. Oliver Stone, loser!

Ok, let me just say that seeing the bit about the Hezzbollah voice mail system…I snarfed. THAT WAS GREAT! That and the foot bit near the end. omg…thank you SO MUCH for starting the day off great!

It includes his belief that God personally chose him to be president of the United States, and his coming into his own with the stunning, preemptive attack on Iraq.

We can all certainly hope Mr. Stone includes in his “creation of Bush’s revelation” this little tidbit of factual information:

By Janet Hook and Nick Anderson
LOS ANGELES TIMES — WASHINGTON

A measure to authorize the use of military force against Iraq won final congressional approval early Friday, giving President Bush a strong bipartisan mandate and broad power to challenge an adversary who has bedeviled the United States for more than a decade.
Ending a somber debate that pushed past midnight, the Senate voted 77-23 for the resolution. The action came hours after the House gave its approval on a 296-133 vote.

“Stunning” indeed—–huh Mr. Stone?
