4 years ago today we were attacked. Thankfully we had a President strong enough to battle our enemies instead of shrinking from them.
May the families of those who lost loved ones on this date find peace.

I will never forget.
4 years since the message of hate was delivered.
4 years of trying to explain away the unexplainable.
4 years of trying to make political hay upon the graves of so many.
4 years of people wanting to turn the other cheek.
4 years of averting our eyes to the real lesson of the day.
4 years of lipservice to those that died.
4 years of trying to blame ourselves for what others did.
4 years of personal recrimination for all the ills in the world.
4 years of failing to come to grips what that moment meant.
and 4 years of failing to learn the lesson will mean another event to try and open the eyes of those that will not see…We cannot afford another 4 years of keeping our heads stuck in the sand.
