Why oh why is it that the most stupid vile politicians come from my state? Can anyone tell me please. We had a great one, Ronald Reagan, and it’s gone to hell since then.
I knew Barbara Boxer was a idiot, but geez I didn’t know she was just plain retarded.
I’m sure most of you have heard about the confirmation hearing and Rice kicking Boxer’s teeth in but I just want to highlight a few things.
She had implied that Rice had lied about the reason for going to war with Iraq. She stated the only thing the congress voted on was to go to war for WMD’s and that is it. Hmmm, guess she should of read the resolution huh?
Congressional Resolution on Iraq (Passed by House and Senate October 2002)
Whereas in December 1991, Congress expressed its sense that it `supports the use of all necessary means to achieve the goals of United Nations Security Council Resolution 687 as being consistent with the Authorization of Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution (Public Law 102-1),’ that Iraq’s repression of its civilian population violates United Nations Security Council Resolution 688 and `constitutes a continuing threat to the peace, security, and stability of the Persian Gulf region,’ and that Congress, `supports the use of all necessary means to achieve the goals of United Nations Security Council Resolution 688′;
Joint Resolution to Authorize the use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq.
Whereas in 1990 in response to Iraq’s war of aggression against and illegal occupation of Kuwait, the United States forged a coalition of nations to liberate Kuwait and its people in order to defend the national security of the United States and enforce United Nations Security Council resolutions relating to Iraq;
…and to end its support for international terrorism;
…Whereas Iraq, in direct and flagrant violation of the cease-fire, attempted to thwart the efforts of weapons inspectors to identify and destroy Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction stockpiles and development capabilities, which finally resulted in the withdrawal of inspectors from Iraq on October 31, 1998;
…and supporting and harboring terrorist organizations;
…Whereas Iraq persists in violating resolutions of the United Nations Security Council by continuing to engage in brutal repression of its civilian population thereby threatening international peace and security in the region, by refusing to release, repatriate, or account for non-Iraqi citizens wrongfully detained by Iraq, including an American serviceman, and by failing to return property wrongfully seized by Iraq from Kuwait;
…Whereas the current Iraqi regime has demonstrated its continuing hostility toward, and willingness to attack, the United States, including by attempting in 1993 to assassinate former President Bush and by firing on many thousands of occasions on United States and Coalition Armed Forces engaged in enforcing the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council;
Whereas members of al-Qaida, an organization bearing responsibility for attacks on the United States, its citizens, and interests, including the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, are known to be in Iraq;
I’ve highlighted a few of the parts that contradict Boxer’s statement, the document is much longer so if you want to read the whole thing click the above link. Contradicting Boxer is pretty easy to do since she is such a halfwit. Doesn’t she know that there is a thing called the internet out now?
As CrushKerry noted, there are 7 reasons in the above for our going to war:
1. Iraq’s harboring of Al-Queda terrorists
2. Iraq’s support for International Terrorism
3. Iraq’s “brutal repression” of its citizens
4. Iraq’s failure to repatriate or give information on non-Iraqi citizens detained and captured during Gulf War I, including an American serviceman;
5. Failing to properly return property wrongfully seized during the Kuwait invasion
6. The attempted assassination of former President Bush in 1993
7. America’s national security interests in restoring peace and stability to the Persian Gulf
Ok then. If you will recall she also said some idiotic things during this exchange. First you have Voinovich saying this:
I think what we’re doing in the tsunami right now is wonderful. I think it’s — but we have got to show people that we love them, that we are for democracy, that we want them to enjoy the same thing but we haven’t any hidden motives.
Then Rice say’s this:
Senator, first of all, I do agree that the tsunami was a wonderful opportunity to show not just the U.S. government, but the heart of the American people. And I think it has paid great dividends for us.
Then the idiot says what?
When Senator Voinovich mentioned the issue of tsunami relief, you said — your first words were “The tsunami was a wonderful opportunity for us.”
Now, the tsunami was one of the worst tragedies of our lifetime, one of the worst, and it’s going to have a 10-year impact on rebuilding that area.
I was very disappointed in your statement. I think you blew the opportunity. You mentioned it as part of one sentence.
WTF is she talking about? Anyone with a half a brain cell would understand what Rice was saying. She was saying the Tsunami was a wonderful opportunity to show the muslim countries what we do as a people to help others. Does she really think Rice was sitting there saying the Tsunami was a great thing to happen? Man these people are stupid.
Think I just want to end with some of Boxer’s quotes from the past. Kinda show’s you what we’re dealing with in Calif.
Those who survived the San Francisco earthquake said, “Thank God, I’m still alive.” But, of course, those who died, their lives will never be the same again.
It’s a new day. Communism is dead. It’s even dead in Cuba. I hate to say it, it’s dead…Castro may think he has Communism, but he’s got a whole dollar economy going and I went to the restaurants and there’s all kinds of capitalism over there.
If you have any more please send them, would love to put em up here. I will end this post with a link to a very funny post by The Therapist. Go read the whole thing.
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee today reluctantly voted to confirm Articulate Black Woman Condoleezza Rice for Secretary of State today, with Sen. Barbara Boxer (Ca.) and Sen. John Kerry voting “no.”
It is believed that Kerry appropriated an obscure statute in parlimentary procedure to first vote for her, before voting against her. Sources say these things are frequently done “under the radar,” but that Kerry’s rumored vascillation is “uncorroborated.”
Boxer vociferously opposed Rice on grounds of her “disregard for the truth,” and that “hearing that kind of perfectly-honed diction and enunciation emanate from a black face is unnerving.” Aides to Boxer admit that the senator’s umbrage against Rice falls under the umbrella of low-expectations with regards to black people.

UPDATE – 1/20
Jim over at Doctorzhibloggo sent me another good quote from the retard.
In Madrid, 200 people died, 1,400 people were injured in that rail accident.
Um yeah, ok…the Madrid bombing was a accident. Just like those silly planes accidently flying themselves into the twin towers.
