@retire05: I put MSNBC and Fox in about the same category. If you want an opinion or a twisted slant that makes your ideological preferences feel all warm and fuzzy, there you go. Fox tends to be more guilty of photo and vid editing while both are plenty guilty of taking quotes out of context. You can always count on Fox to mistakenly place a “(D)” in front of Republican’s name when they’re caught red handed in some hideous deed.
CNN tilts left but is much closer than the other 2. In reality, when you consider that today’s corporately owned GOP or republicans or conservatives or baggers or whatever in the hell that they are today are so unrepresentative of anyone other than very wealthy white males and that their agenda pretty much goes against the wishes of most Americans, I well understand that many of you Obama haters only construe reporting of such as total garbage, regardless of facts and reality.

I do recall Fox being a mouthpiece for the teabaggers and giving untold hours of free and friendly air time. That’s pretty much documented and indisputable. Another indisputable and documented argument is that teabaggers were corporately funded by America For Prosperity and Freedomswork which were mainly bankrolled by billionaires and orchestrated by corporate friendly right wing extremist. You may not like that reality but that’s just the cold hard facts, reality, the way it really happened. And while CNN may have come up short in trying to get a coherent argument from the baggers who were going around the country intentionally shouting down people’s freedom of speech at town hall meetings on health care reform (another cold hard fact and reality), they were actually quite friendly to their plutocratic sponsors.

Since day one of Benghazi, FOX News has been purposefully rolling out more speculative bullshit than any other mainstream media outlet. FOX clearly has a political agenda. It’s no more a straight news outlet than MSNBC. The difference is that FOX pretends to be and proclaims itself to be, while simultaneously utilizing a variety of propaganda techniques recognizable to any attentive and critically minded viewer.

Anyway, how about you present ONE example of Fox misrepresenting what the Tea Party does or has done? In fact, if one reports on the Tea Party, one reports positive stories because they are peaceful, respectful and orderly. So, you are required to present false reporting on the Tea Party by Fox or shut up.
Several things here (in addition to more of your overt hatred of gays which may reveal some sort of fear of exposure of your own tendencies). First, what does it matter if millionaires are supporting the Tea Party? You don’t have any problem with a Nazi sympathizer that helped process Jews for the gas chambers and ovens (even though he is one), makes money by destabilizing currencies and making billions off the misery of others, so what could you possibly object to over wealthy industrialists supporting a group which protests against government waste, corruption and high taxes (due to government waste and corruption)? And, what exactly is a “right wing extremist”? What do they do that causes harm? Either give solid examples or shut up.
This statement generates yet another requirement for sources and examples. CNN characterized Tea Party protests as racist and violent, when in fact no racism or violence (oh, other than left wing thugs attacking them) and you mention Tea Parties shouting opposing voices down; where are your examples? You really should present examples, or shut your big, lying mouth.
Sorry, but now you must present examples of bigotry by we that post here, or, once again, shut your lying mouth. Obama would be much better liked (thought much of the ire is directed at his policies and failures) if he would only not lie so much and stop trying to keep the economy from expanding and creating better jobs. @Greg: Was exposing the lie about the video speculative? Was exposing that Stevens had requested, repeatedly, additional security speculative? Was exposing that Obama went to beddie-bye that night rather than stay in the situation room to make decisions speculative? Was exposing that Obama went to a fundraiser the day after instead of sending personnel to get evidence and facts speculative? And, finally, with the testimony of 3 of the men that fought to save those killed in Benghazi stating that the CIA DID give stand down orders, was the exposure of the stand down order speculative? The sad truth (for people like you, Greg) is that the attack on the consulate in Benghazi was avoidable, preventable and, in the aftermath, was attempted to be covered up with lies, lies, lies and more lies. I recall when my then preteen-age son had an infatuation of the World Wide Wrestling whatever when the “Rock” was laying “Smackdowns” (which was something along the lines of an asskicking of epic proportions) on “Stone Cold Steve”. The TV network was enjoying record ratings.
Of course, we (well, most) adults understood that it was a rigged set up for the sole purpose of, uh, ratings. It had no reflection whatsoever of the real world of actual wrestling but rather that of either entertainment or for the purpose of generating ratings.
