Manhattan’s flood of green protesters had climate-change skeptics seeing red Sunday.
“Their love for the Earth is so real, they couldn’t even use a trash can,” tweeted a disgusted @chelsea_elisa, along with a photo of an overflowing trash can in Manhattan, after tens of thousands of marchers invaded the city on fleets of smog-producing buses.David Kreutzer, a research fellow at the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation, shared a similar photo of the marchers’ refuse trashing the city’s streets.
“Somehow this doesn’t seem too green 2me,” Kreutzer tweeted.
He and other critics of the People’s Climate March called the protesters hypocrites for wasting paper and burning fossil fuel in getting to the big event.

Much like Al Gore, Leo is playing the masses for all they’re worth.
And, boy, is he richly rewarded for pretending to care.
(I guess there’s something to be said for being able to tear up on cue.)
I wonder if anyone has ever compiled the statistics on what percentage of far-left eco-wingnuts are big city dwellers. Certainly there are a handful who practice what they preach and actually live off the grid, in small self-sufficient parcels, but it would not surprise me if 85-95% of these eco-protestors live the big city life. Their waste water recycled, treated and fed back into the water supply, their trash and what ever solid wastes are shipped out going to landfills, with little of their solid bodily wastes being composted into fertilizer.
Meanwhile, you have the red states where large numbers of people still live rurally, use common sense in conservation and living with their surroundings. Most of their homes using septic systems where (when working properly.) their wastes are naturally processed by bacteria (and after exiting the septic array) the fertilizer is further processed and spread via earth worms and feed their lawns and trees, the waste water eventually peculating through the ground which naturally filters out all the bad stuff end enters the aquifer layer. Leftover food either is fed to the animals or tossed into gardens or compost heaps to break-down naturally. Wood, paper and some other trash is often incinerated on the property either in fireplaces or fire-barrels. Quite often, metal cans will be reused in numerous ingenuous ways, the typical rural folk hating to throw away things that can be reused in other ways. What trash is left will go to landfills, but it is often considerably less than what the city dweller sends.
Oh, by the way, most of the latter people are conservatives, and aren’t the type to go to protests or march unless it is something they get seriously upset about. Your typical TEA Party protestor comes from such a community and will have good manners, which is why when they do get worked enough to go protest they don’t vandalize property, set things on fire (except maybe a BBQ), they don’t overturn cars, get into riots, poop on police cars or throw things at law enforcement or victimize fellow protestors. It is also why when they’ve had their say, they clean-up after themselves and go home peacefully.
The pictures are actually a ‘BILL BOARD’ directly pointing out the ignorance, stupidity and most of all the hypocrisy that is the mind of the liberals / progressives / left = Democrats.
This ‘protest’ was to be about climate change however there had to be at least 50 or more other whiny “grievance” groups in the mix….shows how utterly dysfunctional the left is. The ‘message’ is also hardly decipherable – one person in a picture I saw read “Angry Pacifist” (Huh?)
No wonder America is turning into a Hell Hole.
