Jim Hoft:

What a coincidence! Obama just happened to find three friendly veterans in a booth at a Portland diner this week.

It was a “surprise stop.”

At least, that’s what local King5 told us.

Oregon Live also covered the “unscheduled stop” at the diner.

PORTLAND, OREGON – June 24, 2012 – President Barack Obama visited Portland Tuesday greeting diners Mark Peterson, center, and Thomas Foeller, right, at the Gateway Breakfast House in an unschedueld stop on the way to fundraisers at the Oregon Convention Center. Michael Lloyd/The Oregonian.

But then the truth eked its way out—-

The three veterans were not regulars.

They just happened to be sitting in a booth at the diner when Obama popped in.

The fact that Obama’s a phony is no surprise. He’s the “Photo Op” President.

Phony is not even close to a description that applies to this guy. This staging sthos how ignorant Obama really thinks we all are. Are you watching Greg, Jason and Ritch? He did this for you since the rest of us knew it was a set up! Hope you enjoyrd your president’s phony interview Greg and company!

@proof:

The scary part is that the Main Stream Media actually thinks everyone beleives this make believe.

The news story said that he separated out the pieces of ham when he ate his split pea soup.
He didn’t eat the ham.
Why not? Doesn’t he like ham?

This is an excellent example of Obama trying to use the Bandwagon Fallacy.
The fact that he had to manufacture his ”bandwagon,” for folks to climb on is very telling.

@Aleric: Obama must be well liked by veterans, he just happens to run into the only three who can stand to sit at the same table as he, so they must be “typical”.

This kind of evidence would not necessarily stand by itself in court.
