Abortion Barbie Once Sued Disney For Causing Her Mental Harm

During her failed 1996 City Council campaign bid, (Wendy) Davis was the subject of negative news coverage in theFort Worth Star-Telegram, including an editorial which criticized her negative campaign tactics.

Subsequent to her electoral loss, Davis filed a libel lawsuit against the paper, and parent companies The Walt Disney Co. and ABC Inc., to attempt to obtain an award for damages.

In her suit, Davis claimed that the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s editorial had damaged her mental health and infringed upon her “right to pursue public office.”

Oh, she’s mentally ill, alright. However, you have to look much further back in her history to find out if there was any external forces involved.

Sorry, Abortion Barbie doesn’t stand a chance to move into the newly renovated Governor’s Mansion in Austin. And oddly enough, not one Democrat has stepped up to the plate to run for her Tx. Senate district where Tea Party sweetheart, Konnie Burton, has already declared. Guess only winning her last election by less than 2% points didn’t bode well for a re-run.

The dirt on Davis is only now beginning. No one likes someone who uses the court system for nefarious reasons, Texans being no exception to that. Someone needs to ask Abortion Barbie why, during her last trip to D.C. to rally out of state backers, she refused to allow herself to be photographed with Nancy Pelosi. Oooooops.

This was after Wendy had become an ”public figure,” so, OF COURSE the case was thrown out!
Public figures are under different rules when it comes to libel.

Obama, sending hundreds of hospital workers into re-education classes after he was used as a straight-jacketed Halloween character, is skating close to the edge.
IF I had been one of those employees, I would have refused to go to his forced class on why he must never be a subject of humor.
But, as Obama’s idol, the Ayatollah Khomeini, once said, ”There are no jokes in Islam. There is no humor in Islam. There is no fun in Islam.”
    Obama adopts that about himself.
    It is UNAmerican.
