I don’t know about you, but I have pretty much had it with those stinking protesters. These cretins are abusing their right to free speech, presuming it to mean they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, screw everyone else’s rights to a life.
In Seattle, the protests adopted a new tactic. Disrupting a Christmas tree lighting and making children cry:

•Blocking highways so people can’t get to work
•Rioting and pillaging
•Trying to disrupt the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade
•Trying to “Blackout Black Friday,” essentially shutting down malls and places of business
In New York City they blocked the West Side Highway, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Lincon Tunnel and tried to disrupt the tree lighting ceremony.
In Philadelphia they ran roughshod over the children at a tree lighting ceremony.

The march eventually brought the protesters to City Hall, where they voiced their frustration during the annual holiday tree lighting ceremony.
“They’re only ruining it for the rest of the neighborhood, and the rest of the people who want their children to see something like this,” Terri Henderson said.
The chants by the protesters drowned out some of the children who were singing Christmas carols on a stage.
“All these young folks down here, they practice, they put on a good show, and they drown them out with a siren. Why can’t they protest somewhere else?” Carl Brown said.
Some of the protesters attempted to derail the tree lighting ceremony.
“The tree was being unplugged…so we just had to make sure we could re-connect everything and get it going,” Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said.
The title is ironic, dishonest and ridiculous. “Protesters seeking justice.” These cretins are the spawn of Barack Obama. They believe saying something makes it true. In each of these cases, justice has had its day. They may not agree with it, but the process has gone on. They’re not seeking justice, they’re seeking revenge. They want pounds of flesh. They want their demands to be met and do not give a rat’s ass about everyone else’s lives.
There is dimwitted crowdfunding website raising money for protesters whose plea begins like this:
Despite overwhelming evidence that Mike Brown, an unarmed teenager, was murdered by Officer Darren Wilson, Officer Wilson has yet to be indicted.
And they spell it out:
We are not concerned if this inconveniences you. Dead children are more than an inconvenience.
We are not concerned if this disturbs your comfort. Freedom outweighs that privilege.
We are not concerned if this upsets order. Your calm is built on our terror.
We are not concerned if this disrupts normalcy. We will disrupt life until we can live.
And oh, by the way- send us money. Disrupting your lives takes money and don’t forget, our wants trump your rights.

Yes, the revenge thing sounds good but is it really accurate? You seek revenge when you’ve been wronged. The protestors have been hit with a clue-bat and still don’t get it. Follow the lawful orders of police. You will get your chance to make your case later, with a lawyer at your side. Arguing with a cop is a losing proposition. Resisting a cop is a also a losing proposition.
The reason people like Brown and Garner resist is they know they are guilty and don’t want to face the consequences of their actions.

I believe protests should be limited to what the law provides. If the law is broken than enforcement should be administered!! It made me sick to see a Freeway Closed due to these racist idiots!! People trying to go to work, commerce disrupted, and police who just watch!!
Nobody around here seemed to have much of a problem with protesters when racist nitwit Cliven Bundy brought out hoards of heavily armed nutcases in open defiance of law enforcement officers who hadn’t choked or shot anyone to death. They were only trying to enforce a court order regarding Bundy’s decades-long refusal to pay required fees for his private use of public land. The Bundy clan has ripped off taxpayers to the tune of $237,000.
Does this seem a bit inconsistent? Maybe somebody could explain to me why it isn’t.
One thing people are overlooking is the various agendas of the various factions within these demonstrations.
If these people ever sat down and talked they’d realize how far apart they are…..from one another….let alone the police!

But that is exactly what happened when police took a passive stance in Ferguson.
And those checkpoints were far more egregious in how drivers were treated than police ever do.

People are out on the streets for a specific reason. They’re tired of the fact that excessive force is too often being used against them, sometimes with lethal consequences, and that too often there are only minimal consequences for the people who are doing it.
The Ferguson rioters were idiots. But what do they have to do with those who are currently peacefully demonstrating? For their peaceful protests about legitimate concerns they get anger and ridicule, while a bunch of heavily armed right-wing yokels who defied legal authority in support of a racist moocher are vaunted as patriots.
It’s like one of those compare and contrast test questions back in school. It requires actual thought.

One police officer was hit and dragged underneath the car for 25 yards.
The officer underwent surgery and was in severe condition after the accident.

When the woman tried to drive around them, the suspects reportedly pulled out a firearm, so she stopped the car.
After hitting her windshield with a crowbar, the suspects pulled the woman from her car, threw her on the ground and kicked her.
A suspect grabbed her purse, searched it, and told the others it was empty. All three suspects then fled the scene.
