Barack Obama has demanded immigration reform and hasn’t gotten it from Congress and consequently has adopted a dark and dangerous policy. He has decided to put the lives and well being of Americans and their children at risk for political gain. The other day he said that immigration reform was necessary for our “safety and security”:
“Our broken immigration system makes it harder for our law enforcement agencies to do their job,” Obama said.
“Our system is not fair to workers, is not fair to businesses and and is not fair to law enforcement agencies.”
And he asserted that is only a narrow window to get it done before the midterm elections. But why is it so important to Obama that it be done before November? Might he be planning to issue an executive order allowing newly legal immigrants to vote immediately?
But then he said that immigration enforcement “isn’t smart”:
Cops should be going after major criminals, not the many illegal immigrants that are quietly living in their districts, said Obama, who has twice sworn to uphold the nation’s laws.
“You’ve got to spend time dealing with somebody who is not causing any other trouble other than the fact that they were trying to make a living for their families,” Obama said.
“That’s just not a good use of our resources. It’s not smart. It doesn’t make sense,” said Obama, who has already directed immigration police to minimize enforcement of illegal living far from the border.
Thus in that spirit Obama decided to release 36,000 illegal alien criminals from detention, including those who committed homicides:
Among the 36,000 immigrants whom U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released from custody last year there were 116 with convictions for homicide, 43 for negligent manslaughter, 14 for voluntary manslaughter and one with a conviction classified by ICE as “homicide-willful kill-public official-gun.”
This includes:
• 116 homicides
• 426 sexual assaults
• 303 kidnappings
• 1,075 aggravated assaults
• 1,160 stolen vehicles
• 9,187 dangerous drug possessions
• 24,822 DUIs (15,635 for liquor and 9,187 for dangerous drugs)
• 303 flight escapes
One of Obama’s protected children killed a nun:
The deadly results of President Obama’s “supervised release” program for illegal immigrants were exposed long ago by a Judicial Watch investigation of a Bolivian national (Carlos Martinelly-Montano) who killed a Virginia nun in a drunk-driving accident.
A Homeland Security report obtained in the course of JW’s probe details policies and actions of the Obama administration and local governments that allowed Montano, an illegal alien who committed a series of crimes, to remain on the streets despite being subject to deportation. Rather than detaining Montano, federal authorities determined that he was a candidate for the Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, which supposedly monitored his whereabouts.
On August 1, 2010, while under the influence of alcohol, Montano crashed his car into another vehicle, killing one nun and critically injuring two others. Last year he was sentenced to 20 years in prison, but the fact remains that the tragedy never should have occurred. Federal immigration authorities never should have freed Montano under Obama’s outrageous “supervised release” program.
Incredibly, the administration continues full throttle with the controversial program. Earlier this week, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released “waves” of illegal immigrants detained in facilities across the nation. The administration claims that impending budget cuts forced the move and in a statement to the media ICE said the detained aliens have been placed on “an appropriate, more cost-effective form of supervised release.”
It’s about saving money, says Obama:
A mainstream newspaper well known for its pro Obama reporting called the move a “highly unusual effort to save money.”

On Friday, police in Harlingen arrested Luis Alberto Sosa Reyes, 27, after he reportedly forced a 14-year-old girl to have sex for money.
The victim who lives on Pat Neff Street reported that Reyes raped her after she refused his sexual advances, then gave her an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.
The attack occurred at a home on the other side of town.
Reyes has been charged with sexual assault of a child. He is currently being held at the Cameron County Jail on an immigration detainer.

In 2006, criminal psychologist and instructor in criminal psychology to numerous police departments, Dr. Deborah Schruman-Kauflin, Ph.D., released her study of illegals who committed sex crimes and/or murders in the United States. Her study included 1,500 illegals and reviewed those cases that occurred between 1999-2006. Her findings were shocking, to say the least.

The study, probably the most complete criminal study on illegals, was ignored by the power that be. We can’t have the public understanding that illegal drunk drivers kill more Americans every year than Al Qaeda slaughtered on September 11, 2001.

Black home ownership was 46.1% of their population when Obama took office, now it is down to 43.3 percent.

It’s right there in the Constitution where it says Natural Born citizen. The definition of natural born citizen is one born without split allegiance. That is a citizen naturally, not by a law. If one of your parents is not a US citizen, then it takes a law to make you a citizen, therefore not natural born.

If we’re just going to flush the constitution for the sake of electing the right person, why is one form of lawlessness preferable to another. I will answer one of my own questions, yes, some forms of lawlessness are preferable to others, but once we condemned ourselves to settling for ineligible people, the slope will only get slippy-er. Where should we draw the line? Is it only people that are a ‘little bit’ ineligible or is the door now open to anyone in the world, regardless of country of citizenship?

I’m not all that convinced that Perry is as much a Conservative as he’s been made out to be. How many Conservatives has he endorsed? How about we leave Ted Cruz in the very useful position where he is, and instead support Sara Palin for President. She’s a woman, a Constitutional Conservative and has actual Executive decision making experience (the last two unlike Hillary, and if the left tries to bring out that she resigned from Governor, well Hillary resigned too as Sec of State.). Retire, you’ve said that I’ve misread the Constitution. It’s very simple and I don’t see any way it can be misread. It says ‘natural born citizen’. How can that be misread? If it takes a law to make you a citizen, then it’s not natural, it’s law (man) made. It takes a law to make a native born citizen or a naturalized citizen. There is no law that makes a person a natural born citizen. The libs worked hard and diligently to make Obama eligible, but since he did have and still has split allegiance and may not even be a US citizen (may have given up citizenship when moved to Indonesia), I would say they’ve succeeded, even to the point that a conservative like you will argue that eligibility is not important for the office of President of the USA. There is no case that I will vote for Hillary, even if she is the only eligible person on the ballot. Who I vote for is not going to determine who wins anyhow, the state of Louisiana, like Texas is going to go Republican regardless of my vote.

Cruz might fill the office well, but would never be the President, as in Obama’s case, he would only be a usurper and not the president.
I would like to point out that one real trouble spot for me with Cruz, is that he has no executive experience. Much like Obama, he has never done anything except be a politician. But that seems to be the way it is for many.
@Ditto: I like Palin but when she resigned as governor (for reasons I fully understand), she relinquished any possibility of seeking public office again. In the first place, the left now knows the tactic that works on her; brutally and viciously attack her family. So, if they did that again, would she resign again? Secondly, having resigned from office will be used against her in any campaign, making her very vulnerable and a risky candidate.
She was treated harshly by the left and the media in a way that, if applied to a left wing candidate, would be considered a second front in the “war on women” (just look at how they have circled the wagons around Hillary over the very legitimate issue of her health) and has proven time and time again to be a worthy candidate and far more intelligent than the detractors who demean that intelligence. But, she can no longer be considered a viable candidate. Too fragile.
AT LEAST, SARAH PALIN IS BELIEVED ON EVERY WORDS SHE TELL,
that is such comfort for the citizens, and she know what she is talking about,
if she would have work with any other candidates, she would have made him or her take the PRESIDENCY,
McCain slept on the job, she had to run faster to make it up for him not moving,

Hillary resigned as secretary of state. Does that mean she she relinquished any possibility of seeking public office again? Did she resign because of the supposed brain injury that Carl Rove claims she may have” If so health reasons would be a reason to disqualify her. Was the job of Secretary of State too tough for her?If it was, than she certainly couldn’t handle being President. Was it so she wouldn’t have to continue covering up for the deadly incompetent handling of Benghazi, any more than she already had? The fact that we still don’t know where she or the President were, that it happened under her watch, and that she allowed without any dispute the false “Protest over a video” story to go forward means that as president she might allow cover-ups of her own.
Palin didn’t resign because of attacks on her family, she resigned because of the numerous frivolous lawsuits that leftist operatives were throwing against the office of Governor,the fact that the lawsuits were interfering with her performing her duties of office, and how much the lawsuits were costing the Alaskan people to fight. As President, by Federal law Palin would be immune from that kind of attack.
I say you can’t have it both ways, If Palin should not be considered because she resigned over floods of politically influenced frivolous lawsuits, then Hillary certainly cant either for much more valid reasons.
