May Obama Voters Choke On Their Own Hypocrisy

A Pakistani Man Surveys The Damage To His Car After An Obama Drone Strike

Our Nobel Peace Prize Winning Community Organizer and his henchmen are facing charges of War Crimes by Amnesty International. There is an overabundance of hypocrisy; however, the bulk of hypocrisy belongs to the mute Obama voter and his reluctance to apply the same set of standards to a Progressive president as those used to discredit President Bush.

Those same sanctimonious claims of righteous indignation were used to elect President Obama, but Obama voters accepted the expansion of Bush’s Drone Warfare as being unavoidable. There was no need to march and call Obama a “Baby Killer; after all, he had already won a Nobel Prize for Peace. No, the Obama Voters remain silent like bumps on a log. Obviously, Progressive leaders have the innate intellect to conduct war crimes against humanity judiciously; therefore, Obama’s crimes against humanity are justified or at least, we are left to assume they are justified, when the watchdogs of justice are silent.

The United States is facing increasingly harsh criticism over its use of lethal drone strikes to target suspected terrorists. American drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen may amount to war crimes, according to a pair of reports released by international human rights groups Tuesday.

The Obama administration has always maintained that its lethal operations are targeted at terrorists and “proportionate,” that is, designed to avoid civilian casualties. “Under domestic law, and international law, the United States is at war with al Qaeda, the Taliban, and their associated forces,” President Barack Obama said in a speech at National Defense University in May. Nevertheless, the president said, the U.S. only acts against those that “pose a continuing and imminent threat to the American people” and that “before any strike is taken, there must be near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured–the highest standard we can set.”

Both reports say Obama isn’t following his own standard, accusing the United States of deliberately violating the laws of war. Examining nine drone strikes in Pakistan, the Amnesty International report concludes that the attacks killed large numbers of innocent civilians, and accuses the U.S. of targeting rescuers who arrive in the aftermath of the strikes to aid the wounded. A report from Human Rights Watch states that the majority of people killed by six drone strikes in Yemen were civilians (57 out of the 82 killed).

The reports describe civilians in both countries as being pinned between two equally frightening sources of violence: The extremist groups the U.S. is targeting and the lethal methods the US uses to target them. In at least one case where Amnesty International accuses the U.S. of deliberately targeting rescuers, Abu Yahya al-Libi, a high ranking member of al Qaeda, was killed. Amnesty International argues that al-Libi was among civilians and “overseeing” rescue efforts, and therefore shouldn’t have been targeted. In another case, one of those killed was a 68-year old grandmother with no connection to terror groups.

The groups’ findings that the United States has killed more civilians than it has admitted are bolstered by a UN report obtained by NBC News last week that stated U.S. drone strikes had killed as many as 400 civilians in Pakistan and almost 60 in Yemen. These reports clash with the U.S. government’s own assessment of the strikes. Officials have maintained that civilian casualties from drone strikes are minimal, even in the face of multiple third-party evaluations that state otherwise. While the majority of those killed in the six drone strikes examined by Human Rights Watch were civilians, the report states that a majority of the almost 500 killed in drone attacks since 2002 were “combatants.”

The criticism is international, the world is awakening to screams of hypocrisy.

Amnesty reviewed all 45 known drone strikes that took place in North Waziristan in north-western Pakistan between January 2012 and August this year. Contrary to official claims that those killed were “terrorists”, campaigners concluded that in a number of cases the victims were not involved in armed activity and posed no threat to life.

In July last year, researchers found that 18 labourers, including a 14-year-old boy, were killed in multiple strikes on a village close to the border with Afghanistan as they were about to eat an evening meal at the end of work.
In October 2012, Mamana Bibi was killed in a double strike – apparently by a Hellfire missile – as she picked vegetables in the family’s fields while surrounded by her grandchildren.

In a report published last week, the UN’s special rapporteur on human rights and counter-terrorism , found that 400 civilians had been killed in Pakistan’s tribal areas – more than the US had ever publicly confirmed.

Some of us wonder how one man can destroy a great country, the truth is he’s had help. It has been the Obama Voter/Citizen that has allowed the travesty to continue. Without his sycophants and their oblivious compliance, the overt and amateurish antics of state-directed media would be considered laughable. Instead, the Obama citizen willfully remains in a state of suspended intellect, and uses the state directed media to form opinions and the politically correct party line of the day.

Show me proof, you ask. Here are Obama Voters performing “Civic Duty.”

Let’s watch:

These people, may be considered to be of sub-human intellect; yet, they are loyal Obama voters and representative of the demographic that supports the Obama agenda. Are they capable of believing whatever they are told?

Again, Let’s Watch:

Yes, the Obama Voter can be considered enablers; their willful ignorance has the country on a steep downhill grade with no brakes and they still look to their infallible leader for guidance.

you just can’t fix stupid

@enchanted: #1
I don’t believe that the problem is stupidity. These are people who get their information from major media, public schools, and agenda-driven universities.
The problem, in reality, is ignorance. Unwilling ignorance can be fixed.
Willful ignorance, which we are seeing all too much of, however, cannot.

Wait, what? Willful ignorance is stupid. Never mind…

Obama has had this, ”who else are they going to vote for?” mentality about most of his supporters.
News to me that ObamaCare hasn’t bothered to get their Spanish language web site going YET!
http://www.jammiewf.com/2013/spanish-version-of-obamas-trainwreck-website-not-working-at-all/
Hidden deeper in is the fact that, out of over 10.2 million uninsured Hispanics, only 41,000 have bothered to even try to get registered!
Meager number.
Maybe they are used to not paying a dime, going to an ER and then bugging out on whatever bills they run up.
Why change what’s worked so well for them when the new plans all cost money?

@Petercat: Aristotle would have admired your logic.

The ones getting their free stuff from obama don’t realize how much it is costing them, or what the FINAL cost will be.

It is not hypocrisy. The “Obama voter” does car about “issues”.

They only care about those checks and freebies. The great “47%” will always vote in their best interest: FREE MONEY! [And from the rich no less.]
